Marcela's cleaning is a small family owned business that serves the needs of the Saint Louis, Missouri area. We have been in business since January 2010; our company has grown considerably and now we are having several groups of well-trained staff, and many pleased customers. Award winning.

Thanks for your review. We were hired to clean a ranch house, but we ended up only cleaning the kitchen and bathroom for the owner request. There was not way to clean anything else in the house because of too much stuff around, and due to many reschedule dates and cancellations, we decided not to call anymore to schedule more appointments.

They did a great job. I spent $100 for a two-storied house. They cleaned the whole house. They were a team of women and they were punctual, professional, and pleasant. The house looks great. They were a pleasure to work with. I will use them again in the future.

Marcela arrived on time with a team of three (3) total folks. They did a thorough and VERY deep cleaning of the (4-room) apartment. They were friendly, efficient and conscientious. They did an outstanding job of cleaning. I recommend her very highly and would have no hesitation in engaging her services again.
Description of Work: I contacted Marcela on behalf of a friend of mine who had been in the hospital for about 10 days with an arm injury and who was being released with use of only one arm. Marcela was very gracious about being flexible with her schedule as we weren't exactly sure when he was going to be released. I had to change times on her twice during the day and she was very understanding about this. I wanted the friend to return to a clean apartment so he wouldn't have to worry about cleaning for the approx. 2 weeks of his recovery.

Marcella and an assistant arrived approximately 10 minutes later than planned but eager and ready to work. She's worked for us before so knew where we kept cleaning supplies. We felt comfortable leaving with her in our home, so we were in and out during the 4.5 hours they cleaned. She called once to ask what we used to clean our wood floors; we appreciated that. We have kids and cats and they interacted well with all. Marcella was thorough and efficient.
