M&P Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

They took pride in their work. There were some windows I asked them to go back over because there was condensation inside the window. One of the workers was happy to redo the windows, however, the other worker wasn't. They did redo the windows.

They were easy to work with from ease of contact, estimates, billing, etc. And showed up when they said they would. They also have me on a reminder list to give me a call to see if the gutters need to be cleaned again.

M&P showed up promptly at the designated time for an estimate and came out within a couple days. While cleaning the gutters, they encountered a clogged downspout and spent additional time unclogging it. They also bent a couple of the copper gutters back to an appropriate angle to the gutterboard. They did not charge "extra" and considered this a routine part of doing a good job. The two gentlemen were professional, prompt, and provided a good service at a fair price. They will always be the company I call for this service in the future. Additionally, I will use them for window cleaning as that is also a service they also provide and gave an estimate that would be a fair price to do this job.

They did a good job cleaning my gutters. They were responsive, were there when they said they'd be there, and I thought their price was fair.

I called Mark on Monday because we noted a waterfall from our gutters over the garage. We have recently moved into this house and knew it was unoccupied for about a year, therefore suspected the gutters were obstructed. Mark said he would arrive sometime this week, but actually showed up the next day. Using ladders on our atrium ranch, Mark & Paul(?) found a ball, and chimney brick in the gutters. The previous owner had recently tuckpointed and capped the chimney. I guess the repair person was sloppy. The original estimate was $160.-$200. Mark charged me $140. I did happen to mention I had read Angies List reviews and that was why I selected his company. Will definately use his service again. And will most likely have our windows washed also. Thanks to Angies List and Mark Thompson for great job.

They came over same day, worked very fast and put us on their schedule for the Fall! I highly recommend them!

They are very professional. They come within two days after you call them and get it all done, and tell you and are gone. I use them all the time.

We had noticed rain spilling out of our gutter & decided to have them cleaned. I called M&P & they were very personable & first gave me a price range for an estimate-$160-$200 generally for the answers I gave them about our needs; 2-story, 4 sides of gutters +3 small gutters on front porch. He asked me if there were many trees around the house-to which I replied, "Only in the backyard." At this point he said that he thought it might not be that much under those conditions & offered to stop by to give us a better estimate. The next day he called & said that it looked like the job would only cost around $120. This was the lowest bid we had gotten so I asked them to do it. Only 3 days later he came out & inspected the gutters from a ladder & affirmed that it was only the back gutters that really needed to be cleaned. After performing the cleaning he told me it would be only $90 because of the amount they had to do. Honest folks who treated us fairly.

Contacted M & P, left a message and was called back right away. I was given a quote over the phone which was within the range to what I had paid to 2 other companies in the past that I was unhappy with. I decided to go with them. They told me they would be here in about a week. I am a calendar junkie and love to plan but went with the " about a week". It was going to be a holiday weekend :) I was called about a week later as promised about 30 minutes before they came. Gutters were cleaned, mess from the gutters was cleaned up from around the house, the downspouts were checked. I paid the same amount I was quoted. It rained 2 days later and the drains I could see out the window looked to be working overtime!!!! Absolutely will use them in the fall. Just wished I would have had them wash my big window while up on the roof.

I called two companies listed on Angie's List. M&P was the first company to return the call in about 2 hours. I described two properties that needed gutter cleaning (my home in Town and Country and my rental house in Webster Groves). Based on my description of the size and heights of my home he estimated that the two jobs would be $120 and $67. I told him to go ahead with it and he was out to the Town and Country home on that afternoon while I was away. He called when he finished the first house and told me that the gutters were very full and asked if I would like to be contacted in November for a follow up. I agreed and he said he would get to the rental house in the next few days. He called the next day and left a message on the second house saying that he had finished and that those gutters were very full as well and that he would send me a bill to my home for $200. Very professional and although the total was $13 more I think it was fair and the estimate had been site unseen. I will use him again.

This was a great experience. I called and left a message with M&P and was phoned back within an hour. The next day someone was at my house cleaning my gutters while I was at work. They left an invoice for me at the house that was actually cheaper than the estimate over the phone had been. I will be using them for my gutter cleaning service from now on.

Perfectlly. It could not go any better. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job that we were very happy with and the price was very reasonable. We definitely would use them again.

They came out to give an estimate. They said they could reach all the gutters and clean them all. The price was right so they did the work right then immediately after giving the estimate. They climbed onto the roof to reach all the gutters and downspouts. All gutters and downspouts were thoroughly cleaned. They picked up the debris that had fallen on the ground. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. After they had left, there was no trace that they had been there, they cleaned everything up. The next time it rained, it was clear they had done a good job.

This company washed my windows inside and out in October 2010. They did an outstanding job. Today, they cleaned my gutters very thoroughly. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and will use them again.

W contacted M&P by phone for an estimate. They were able to provide a narrow time frame for arriving at our home. The estimate was accurate. They were friendly, on time, and did a great job. We have not had any clogged gutters since they were here. Would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time (even called before they came), worked diligently, removed, cleaned and replaced every storm window on house. The windows looked great.

They don't have a store they just travel in their truck doing window and gutter cleaning. They've been in business for a long time. They are very relaxed about their business. I was disappointed with the window washing because there were many areas I had to have them go back and do it again. When they left, there were other places that needed to be redone. I think their price was high but I really don't know because we are new in the area and I haven't tried to find anybody else. I'm going to try a different window cleaning service.

I've used twice a year (spring and fall) for last 3 years. Always right out after calling for service. Removes debris so no mess to deal with. Will continue to use since reliable and prompt service. Very glad to have someone who provides this service rather than getting on ladder to do it myself.

Called company in Dec. 2010 for gutter cleaning/window washing. Since already freezing temps, I was told they would come as soon as warmer temps in late winter/early spring. They came just as promised, in February. Mark and Paul (M&P) friendly and courteous, did a thorough job removing gutter screens, cleaning gutters, removed window screens and cleaned windows and screens perfectly, even cleaned our two roof skylights without being asked, at no extra charge! There was not a bit of debris from the gutter cleaning left anywhere on our property.

It took about 4 or 5 weeks for them to come but that was not their fault. It was because it was real cold and they were unable to do the work. I understood that and they told they would come at the first available date when the temperature was high enough to be able to do a good job. They called before they came and took care of the work within 2 hours. They were reliable. They were the highest of the people that I got estimates from but they were prompt and gave me a written estimate rather than calling me on the phone.

I used them last year as well as this year. They did a good job. They didn't take a long time to do the work and it was done well.

Their charges were reasonable. They were great. They are a local company; I like using local people. They are really close to where I stay. I would use them again in the future.
