The gutters were cleaned for a fair price. I called on a slow rainy day and it worked out that they were able to come an do the job the same day. I do not expect that this is normal but I appreciated the service. Fast and efficient and solved the problem of several clogged gutters.

M&P cleaned the gutters of a neighbor. We were working outside on landscaping work at the time. One of the employers (owner?) said an inappropriate comment to my wife. It is too bad because we are finding it difficult to make the time to properly clean gutters (we have a young child and need both of us around to clean gutters). We had thought about asking them if they could do our house until they gave a disparaging comment. Now I will go out of my way to tell others not to use this business.

They were here for a short time on my roof. Did a great job.

Received a bid to clean the gutters and windows. Agreed to the terms and time of service but they never showed. Very irresponsible to agree to do work but then not show up. Everyone is busy but it is just rude to not to contact the customer and tell them that you will not do the work.

Paul cleaned out my gutters at a home I rented. The landlord insisted that we clean the gutters at the end of our lease. I needed them cleaned quickly and at a reasonable cost since I don't own the home. I emailed him about what I needed. He called me the next day to discuss. We agreed on a fair price. He was out in 2 days and did the job. He texted me when he was on his way to the property. He texted me when he was almost done. I then went to the property to pay him. He did a great job. I just love Angies list because I can always find someone to handle these tasks. The reviews are always valid in my experience.

Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017 You look at one of the top rated contractors for a job, and schedule time with them. You take time-off for the workmen to come to your place, but they do not perform the task as expected - and not charge you (because you were not satisfied). Would you consider that fair? Here is my Review for M&P. 1. After checking for prospective companies to hire for cleaning gutters for my house (a ranch with ~1,700 sq. ft. on the main floor - with ~150 running ft. of gutter-length). 2. They quote me a cost of $90 and schedule a day. [They generally do not schedule and come anytime to clean your gutters. However, looking at others' work I wanted to be there to see the job done properly (which takes ~30 - 40 minutes for two workers - as per my past experience with other contractors).] 3. [As a thought how much would one expect for a job that takes one person hour of (unskilled) work. I see the market rate vary between $30 - $40. However it depends on the task - and as per my past experience I agree to the task. Other workers used to clean them by manually removing the leaves and debris from gutters and blowing / running water through down spouts.] 4. When I called back for the scheduled day (I think it was Wednesday of last week - 11/8/2017) - they said that they did not record my number and could not call back, because they want to reschedule. We rescheduled it to today (11/16/2017) at ~1:00PM. I again express my intention that I would like to be around when they do it. 5. The two of them (M&P brothers) come by and climb up the roof to blow off the leaves using a blower.... see the details above (in "What work did you need done?") 6. At the end they leave without taking money - despite my insistence. 7. I'm a scientist working with a Fortune 100 company and took time off my work to come by to make sure that the job gets done well. Though they did not charge me - would I consider myself satisfied - given that I had to juggle my time last week (which they rescheduled without informing me in advance (because they did not record my contact #) and again this week? I leave it for Angie's List officials - and other customers (prospective or otherwise) to decide.

Mark remembered that we had called upon the company previously. Within less than a half hour the word was done. Great guys who made the windows Thanksgiving ready. They are a polished team!

It is disappointing to see how many contractors don't have the appropriate insurance coverage when working at someone's home. If a contractor is properly insured, their broker will happily provide a certificate of insurance to prove it.

M & P did a great job as always We have had them for at least 10 years and have always been very satisfied.

If I hadn't sent a check in their name I would think I had hired a different company than all the great reviews talked about here. I was given a quote over the phone (after informing how many feet to be cleaned, how many areas were bad, and the house's style) and that almost doubled at the time of the service. They cleaned in less than 15 minutes (what really is not relevant if the service was well done). I thought it was weird to be told some debris in my front yard would dry out and then I could pick up, I didn't give too much thought until they left and I realized ALL the debris were left behind: on my deck, patio, kid's outdoor toys, front/side/back yard. NO cleaning of ANY debris whatsoever. They also didn't give me a day/time they would stop by to do the service. I definitely cannot recommend this company. I got more reasonable quotes from companies that do pick up ALL the debris (and take the debris with them) and also included minor repairs in their service. I went with the best reviewed company from Angie's list and this clearly was a mistake.

I wasn't home when they came by. I wasn't able to see who came by. Yes, everything was clean.
