Very well. The crew was neat and clean. They seemed friendly and professional. There were no problems, everything went smoothly and they did a great job.

Mark and Paul showed up right on time, were friendly & professional, and did a fabulous job. Our windows were sparkling clean when they were finished, exceeding our expectations considering the age and condition of the windows. Several windows were painted shut and difficult to open, but M & P were successful in opening and cleaning every single one. We couldn't be more pleased. My very frugal husband says it's the best money we've spent in a long time. An added bonus is the Mark and Paul are such nice guys with great senses of humor. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We'll definitely call them again.

Mark and Paul both arrived on time and cleaned all our windows, in and out, plus cleaned the screens which are difficult to remove. They did an excellent job - very professional and personable. I would recommend them to my friends.

I left a message for them on day one. Talked to them on the morning of day 2, and they came right out for this small job. Mark and Paul arrived right on time, washed everything in about half an hour, and did a great job.

It is the same two guys that come out every time. They are careful not to trample over my flower beds. They always haul off all of the debris and I really like that as it would be hard for me to dispose of it.

M & P came to my house to flush the gutters. They were so prompt they came a day early! They did an efficient & professional job on all the gutters for a medium-sized two-story house at a reasonable price. Mark also advised me what to look for to preclude future problems.

The two guys arrived when they said they would, brought their own supplies and got right down to work! My windows hadn't been cleaned in longer than I would like to admit, and now they are fabulous! I plan to have them come again next year!

M & P was the 2nd contractor I called for gutter cleaning. The first was unavailable for several weeks. Mark returned my call promptly. He was available within a few days. Two men arrived to clean the gutters and they cleaned up after the job. I am satisfied, although it hasn't rained yet. My only surprise was they showed up on a Sunday morning to do the work. Although it was not inconvenient, it was surprising to see a ladder suddenly appear at our window on a Sunday morning. I had no price comparisons so I rated them a B since I can't tell if this was a reasonable price for this size house. I needed the job done and didn't want to spend any time with comparison.

He was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate, did the work in the agreed upon time frame and at the agreed upon price, and cleaned up before leaving. All in all, an excellent service provided in a professional manner.

Mark was very responsive, quickly gave an estimate and once we agreed to have the gutters washed, he came out promptly. Would definitely use again.

The most recent time I hired this company, they came the very next day after I called them. The first time it took about a week and they had to reschedule once. Their work is very good and they cleaned up after themselves. He also repaired a small hole through which a squirrel was accessing our attic. Our house has very high gutters on one side, which requires a tall ladder. I felt the price was fair for the job.

This company is very good about calling to remind me it's time to have my gutters cleaned. Of course they ask if we want to have them do it. Typically, they give us a one to two week window during which they promise to arrive. They have always followed through as expected.

THE GENTLEMEN SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND SENSITIVE TO OUR 2 KIDS SCHEDULES. THE GUTTERS WERE CLEANED AND THE WINDOWS LOOKED FANTASTIC IN SPITE OF THE DIFFICULT LEADED PATTERN AND OLD PANES. WE HAVE ALREADY SCHEDULED THEM FOR FALL!

MY GUTTERS WERE TOTALLY CLEAN WHEN SPRING ARRIVED. THE TREES AROUND MY HOME HAVE BERRY LIKE DEBRIS THAT FALL INTO MY GUTTERS. THE GUTTERS ARE NOT FULL, BUT DO NEED TO BE CLEANED OUT. MY HOME HAS GUTTERS ON THREE SIDES ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND GUTTERS AROUND TWO DORMER WINDOWS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THE GUTTER IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY SO THIS JOB DID NOT REQUIRE CLEANING ALL OF THE GUTTERS. THEY QUOTED $80-100. HE ARRIVED LATE, AS I WAS LEAVING. I RETURNED 55 MINUTES LATER, HE WAS GONE AND HAD LEFT A BILL FOR $100. THE DEBRIS WAS LEFT IN MY WHEELBARROW ALTHOUGH A YARD WASTE CAN WAS ON THE PATIO. I WAS NOT TOLD WHY THE JOB WAS $100 RATHER THAN $80. QUITE A HIGH PRICE TO PAY FOR BARELY AN HOUR'S WORK, THAT REQUIRED ME TO SHOVEL THE DEBRIS IN MY WHEELBARROW INTO THE WASTE CAN AND THEN CLEAN OUT THE WHEELBARROW. GIVEN THE WATER I HAVE HAD IN MY BASEMENT THIS SPRING IT IS DOUBTFUL THAT HE CLEANED THE GUTTERS AROUND THE DORMER WINDOWS.

I WAS QUOTED A PRICE AND CHARGED A MUCH HIGHER PRICE THAN A QUOTE AND THEN WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE EXPLANATION.

THEY DIDN'T FALL OFF OUR ROOF, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, CAME QUICKLY, AND WERE WILLING TO SET UP A TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT.
