LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING

I made the initial call for our carpet to be cleaned on Tuesday and they arrived on time Friday to clean my carpets. The floors were measured and all measurements shared with me prior to starting the work. A lot of care was put into the work and he made sure that all stains were addressed. It took around 4 hours for 1,100 sq ft to be cleaned and protected. We are extremely pleased with the work as our carpets have been brought back to life. We thought we were going to need to replace carpeting in our new home fairly quickly, but with the work done in cleaning them we will be happy in not replacing for a while. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would ask for my recommendation. I plan to bring them back frequently to keep my carpets in good shape.

I have used them several times. The tech this time was a little pushy on up selling me other items, which I didn’t care for. They did a good job cleaning the carpets.

I wasn't pleased with how my carpet turned out. The main traffic areas I thought thy could clean didn't look like I expected. I went back and fourth for months trying to pick the right people and I failed. Brian was a nice guy and I think he did the best he could. I don't have any pets and my home is only about three years old. I thought about buying a carpet cleaner next time I will maybe I wouldn't be so disappointed and still may have change left. 11-01-11 Afew days after my experience with this company Frank the owner called me to see if I was satisfied with my cleaning. I explained to him that I wasnt happy. Let me tell you this company isnt about just money they care about the customers experience. Long story short he sent guys back out and they re cleaned my carpet no extra charge to me and did a great job!!!! Thanks Frank will recommend them to all my friends.

I assume they did their job with the air duct cleaning since I can't see too far inside the vents, although some of the air duct covers were still off when we arrived and we had to put those back in place ourselves. As far as the carpet cleaning, we gave them information about the square footage of the house, number of rooms, etc. They thought it would take 1 day to do both the air ducts and carpets, but only sent 1 person who took 2 days to complete the work. The previous owners had 2 large dogs so there was a fair amount of dog hair to clean out of the carpets. When we arrived to the house, the main areas of the carpet looked ok. There was still a moderate amount of dog hair on a landing area and on the stairs, and severals stains that did not come out of the carpets. We asked them to come back and do those areas again (it was very difficult to talk to anyone as the voice mailbox was full, so this took several phone calls over a couple of days to reach them). They did come back out, but the hair and stains were not much better after the second cleaning. When I went over the areas with dog hair using my personal vacuum, it did much better at getting the hair out than theirs did. Before he even tried, the guy said he thought one of the stains was from the cleaning company and didn't think he could get it out. I'm not sure when the stain got there or who it was from, but when I am paying this much money to clean my carpets I wasn't looking for excuses just clean carpets. He did try several times to get the stains out, but they were not any better by the time the carpet dried. I recently bought some carpet stain remover from the local hardware store, and within 10 minutes of my own work the stains are significantly better and barely noticeable. Overall, we were very disappointed and felt for the money we spent, we could have done a better job ourselves.

A great experience to have this company located in Angie's List as it is truly an indication of fine and painstaking service., with good references to back them up. I will ONLY call them again, when I need them. An by the way, their prices were well under the 'market up' price that some companies quote you!

They were prompt and efficient. They were very courteous and performed good work. They removed 98% of the stains and I happy with those results. It took them about four hours to complete the work. I would recommend their services to anyone.

It had been four years since I last used this company and I was pleased to find Seth was still employed there. I first met Seth when he was training with this company and I remembered receiving one of the best carpet cleanings I had ever had so I requested him again. Seth called in advance to give me an appropriate time of arrival, he was punctual, polite and very thorough. We discussed some of my cleaning concerns ( I now have a dog living in my home) and he recommended the best products for getting the job done. He carefully spot cleaned where needed, he deodorized the carpets and he was careful with the equipment used so no damage was done to my furniture or walls. In addition, I found Frank (the owner) to be very accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment and he was friendly and helpful with making the changes with any hassle. I was completely satisfied and will definitely use this company again.

I called for an estimate and Frank described in detail the process. The guys came out quickly and again explained the process. We then headed to the second home where i was shown how their system cleaned tne carpets. I gave the go ahead for both homes. The work was very good, the two guys worked hard to meet my high expectations. I say this as i do believe that they are higher than most for the work performed. I get carpets cleaned twice a year and while i could not afford them to use them this bi annually, i do believe their work is superior. Carpets look great ! The tile in the kitchen looks good as well. If you've got the money, use them, you wont be disappointed.

Couldn't believe how good it looked when done! Brandon did an excellent job of explaining my options, etc. Cleaned the entire area by himself quickly and efficiently.

I was pleased with the overall results. Some of my stains were too old to be removed but the servicemen did an excellent job of removing any odors associated with them. I was impressed that the owner made a follow-up call and was very interested in my experience. He also educated me on what I could do to minimize stains from happening.

They charged about $1200 for their services. The job went very well. Their response time is quick and they provide great quality work.

It was just one person that came and did the work. I spent between $200 and $300 on that service. They did forget to bring me a spot cleaner and were supposed to get back, but they did not. Apart from that the service, punctuality, and professionalism were all there. I would give them an A for everything apart from the spot remover that they did not get. I thought that their pricing was competitive. I got them off the list.

I called "Like New" because I read about their expertise regarding pet stains on Angie's List. I had a cat that since moving into our new house a few months, stopped using her kitty litter box and was using the carpets in the living, dining and finished basement carpets instead. I was livid! Frank, the owner, was extremely sympathetic to my situation and immediately set up a cleaning appointment. Mike, the technician, did a wonderful job. My carpets are now "Like New" again. Stains & related odors are now gone! The price was right also.

Great company to deal with. I have used them 3 years now for all my cleaning. I called and had someone out the next week! Very professional; they bring all the stuff they need and are in and out very quickly. Seth got out some tough stains and was very professional and polite and respectful of my time and house. I complained of an odor in the basement so he added some deodorizer to the cleaning solvent and it now smells great. Thanks, Seth!

I am very pleased with Like New Again. I have a 16 year old dog who has had quite a few accidents in our living room over the last couple of years. I thought no one could get the urine smell out, but Like New Again did. Don the technician used a heavy amount of pet enzymes as a pre-treatment and it worked great. In addition to the pet stain removal, my carpeting looks brighter and smells great. Don was also able to remove an old stain from the previous homeowners, one I forgot to point out to him. And as a bonus for pet owners, the suction of the equipment removes every last dog hair, even ones your vacuum misses! The first level of the house dried within a few hours with the exception of the pet stain treated areas which took overnight. The basement took overnight to dry. I recommend using fans throughout the treated rooms for the fastest drying time. I will definitely use Like New Again in the future.

Like New Again was great the technician (I believe his name was Dan) was great. He was running a little behind, but he called to apologize before he was late. He also offered to scotch guard the high traffic areas for free to make up for it. He worked very efficiently and was in and out in no time.

The technician actually pulled up to the house about 10 minutes early, but I had the front door open, so he came in and started preparing for the job. The cleaning of the basement carpet went relatively quickly. We had a good sized stain on the carpet from getting water in the basement a little over two years ago, and this was the first time it was professionally cleaned. The stain is very nearly completely removed from the carpet in the effected area, and the rest of the carpet looks absolutely brand new. Following the carpet cleaning, the microfiber sofa upstairs was cleaned. It is a frequently used sofa that wasn't covered when some plaster repairs were made a week prior to the cleaning, and after the cleaning looks like a brand new sofa again. The only negative I comment I have is that the solution/water that was sprayed onto the sofa made quite the mess, with water getting all over the hardwood floor in the living room as well as on the walls we had just painted a few days prior. Some of that water remained even after the technician left, and the side table next to the couch had to be cleaned numerous times to finally get the residue of the upholstery cleaning solution removed. Seth from Like New Again called me today to follow up on the service and ask about our experience, and I shared the same positive (and minor negative) feedback with him. When we move, we will absolutely call Like New Again to clean any carpets that warrant it, and will also inquire about having the ducts cleaned.

Everyone from the person that answered the phone to the people that came out to clean the carpet were friendly and professional. It was an all around excellent experience.

This was my first experience with Like New Again Carpet Cleaning, but it wont be my last. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and Seth arrived at exactly 1 o'clock. I was having a sofa, two chairs, and the steps cleaned. I remarked that in the future, I would need two other rooms to be cleaned. Seth suggested that if I wanted, he would be glad to do the additional rooms since he had time. This morning, my furniture and carpet looked brand new. Seth could not have been more polite and he was very knowledgeable when I had questions. Finally, he forgot to give me the Angie's List discount of 10%, and I received a call this morning that the refund was already in the mail. There is no question who I would call for carpet and upholstery cleaning in the future. I highly recommend Like New Again Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs these services.

Brandon the service tech showed up on time and ready to go. He measured, provided the estimate and performed the cleaning in less than 2 hours. He was very cordial and professional. I would use them again and recommend the company to anyone looking for this service.

The technician, Brandon, was punctual and efficient. He measured the areas to be cleaned and informed me of the total price for my approval to begin the work. He explained their system and the use of eco-friendly citrus to clean. The process took about an hour and a half from arrival to departure. The carpet was clean when he left. It was a great experience and I would use this company again.

The team arrived on time, assessed the carpet and provided me an estimate as to how much it would cost. The carpet was heavily stained, so our expectations were relatively low. We're in the process of selling our mom's house and decided to clean the carpets first to see if we'd need to pull them up before putting the house on the market. Brent (?) did a great job and was very friendly and professional throughout. When he was finished, the carpets were amazing and the spots were completely gone. The next day, I received a call from the owner of the company to see how his team performed. This professionalism, follow up and attention to detail is why we've used Like New Again in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The owner, Frank, gave me an estimate on the phone, including a discount for Angie's List. On the day of the appointment, Mike called to let me know he was running fifteen minutes late. The whole job took about an hour. He is super nice, very professional, and easy to talk to. The process involves two lines or hoses coming in to the house from the truck, where the . cleaning solutions and the compressor are. Mike put plastic bumpers around to protect corners from being rubbed by the hoses. The cleaning solution is safe for pets and people. It wasn't very noisy or disruptive, in fact it was fun to watch. I was amazed at the dramatic improvement in the appearance of my Berber carpet in the family room. The carpet is 7 years old, and very light in color - basically white with tiny specks of colors. In addition to having a fireplace, that room opens to the patio & back yard, and adjoins a small entryway between the basement & garage. It gets a lot of heavy traffic and daily use. I have two indoor cats (who were confined to the basement for the duration of the cleaning, plus a couple hours after) so there were a few barf spots from them, and some very old coffee stains - all of which seem to have completely disappeared. The rose colored carpet in my bedroom is about three years old, and didn't have any stains. It looks and smells fresh - sort of a citrus scent. Mike left brochures on how to deal with carpet stains and pet stains, plus a bottle of enzyme cleaner for future use. Also he left paper booties to wear on the damp carpets, but they felt fairly dry within a few hours.

From the start, Mike kept us informed with a phone call, about the exact time he would arrive. When he arrived he got to work and seemed to care about the job he was doing. We had a number of spots that he pre-treated, and got out, and he took extra time to make sure our very dirty steps were clean when he finished up.

Very well. I contacted them using Angie's list and spoke to Frank. We set up an appointment for an estimate. The Tech looked over each room and asked several questions and gave me the estimate. We set up the date for cleaning and Mike did a great job. He was very professional and pleasant to have at the house. Frank called a few days later to make sure all was to my liking, great follow up. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.
