LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING

The service went well. Two technicians came out and completed the cleaning in an hour or two. They cleaned the bedroom, hallway and step carpets. The carpets looked pretty good after the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

As always, a very good experience. Cleaned whole living areas plus couch and love seat. I'm a repeat customer, and to date this company hadn't given me a reason to stray. Good work and fairly priced

We have had Frank and his employees clean the carpets in pour previous property many times. Most recently we were having the carpets cleaned after a renter moved out and we were putting the property up for sale. The best way I can describe their work is to say that it is true to their name, "Like New Again". In fact each time we have had them out to clean our carpets the carpets looked brand new again. The technicians were very knowledgable and cautioned us appropriately on tough stains after the renters had moved out. However, all the stains came up. They have always been prompt and always give us a follow up call to make sure everything went well. Even though we have never had any problems with the service, I am confident that Frank would fix anything that we found lacking.

He did an excellent job, including getting a stained hallway carpet clean.

He came on time. Discussed issues I had with carpets and he went to work. Was not here long. We used 3 fans on floor and it was dry by that evening. Very pleased with results. A couple of days later the owner called to check on the job. He also gave me advise on buying carpet. Very helpful. Good company to work with.

Can't say much more except the owner called early the nexr morning to ask if we were please with the service andresult....YES!

Great, in both places. I never believed they'd be able to get the apt carpets as clean as they did. Made me wish we had them cleaned before we moved in (our landlord did not clean them prior to us moving in) so we could have enjoyed them.

-They did an excellent job, and even got out a couple spots I didn't think was possible. They were through, courteous, and professional. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

They did a great job, were very nice and were punctual. The owner called me back the next day to make sure everything went well. I had called called 2 other service providers and those were more expensive. I plan on using them again in the next 6 months.

TWO WORKERS IN TRUCK SHOWED UP , ON TIME, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM TO PARK IN VISITORS SPOT THE DRIVER SADS HE WOULD HAVE TO PARK AT FRONT ENTRANCE . I EXPLAINED THAT SINCE I LEASED THE CONDO UNIT DOWNSTAIRS I COULD EASILY GET PERMISSION FROM MY TENANT TO ALLOW LINES TO BE EXTENDED UP FROM HER PATIO TO MY CONDO DIRECTLY ABOVE . I THEN ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT TYPE DYE WAS TO BE USED, DID HE HAVE A COLOR CHART, AND HOW LONG BEFORE I COULD WALK ON CARPET HE BECAME,VERY AGGITATED AND SAID THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS A COLOR CHART IN THIS OPERATION THEY WERE THERE TO SHAMPOO MY CARPETS, THEN SAID DO YOU WANT THIS DONE OR NOT I REPLIED NOT UNTIL WE SELECTED THE PROPER SHADE OF GOLD WITH THAT HE CURSED, ROARED OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE AND WAS GONE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED FRANK MOONEY OWNER ,EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED AND HE SAID" YOU MUST HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD" THE ONLY COLOR WE BRING BACK IS BIEGE AND WE ACCOMPLISH THAT BY A CARPET SHAMPOO NO DYES". FOR THIS HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $ 600.00 I EXPLAINED ONCE AGAIN THAT THE CARPET WAS SHAMPOOED A WEEK AGO, HE REPLIED THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS DYIENG A WALL TO WALL CARPET, THEN HE SAID YOU MIGHT TRY SPECTOR CARPETING, I CALLED ,NO SUCH PLACE. I'M 77 YEARS OLD NOT IN GREAT HEALTH AND SPENT THE ENTIRE MORNING MOVING WHAT FURNITURE I COULD. i DON'T BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ANY THING THAT ANGIES LIST CAN NEGOTIATE BETWEEN MOONEY AND MYSELF ,HOWEVER THE GENERAL PUBLIC SHOULD BE WARNED ABOUT THIS CON ARTIST, THANKS , MARTIN FLANNERY mOONET

This is the first time to have carpets cleaned in just over a year. This was the first time w/this provider who I found on Angie's List. The procedure used by the company was the same as the last time, but the results were more then satisfactory. Old spots left from previous dog mistakes were removed for the first time! The owner was very helpful in getting me the information and pricing. There were no add ons by the tech, Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great experience...

I'm impressed. My stairs were truly dirty from construction in my house and I have to say they look lovely after being cleaned. The serviced tech, Mike, was on time, polite, great at his job and gave me some tips on cleaning particular stains on my carpets. I was very happy with the work that was done.

The carpets look great and smell great, too! Mike was pleasant and knowledgeable. He left me with some information on cleaning spots and a container of spot cleaner. Cleaning the carpets didn't take much time, at all. I couldn't be happier with the results!

The service man showed up precisely on time and after examining our carpets, recommended their less expensive steam cleaning service for our carpets since they were not heavily stained or well worn. He was very professional and polite. Everything looked great when he was done. But the next day, once the carpet dried, some of the heavy traffic areas still showed some dirt. When Like New Again called me to see if I was satisfied with the job I mentioned this. Another cleaner was sent out THAT AFTERNOON! I was happily surprised by the responsiveness of customer service. This second cleaner had a different machine, a scrubber that was a lot more aggressive. I was not charged a dime for this second cleaning. When the carpet dried the next day it truly did look like "new again". We are very happy with the final results and especially how they kept working until we were completely satisfied.

Saw company in Angie's list. Talked to the owner who gave me an estimate (and an Angie's List discount). Made an appointment for later that week. They were right on time. The whole cleaning process took about an hour. They were even able to get paint out of the carpet, which is something that other carpet-cleaning companies had not been able to do. The charge was exactly what the estimate was.

The price was fair because it was a deal. They did a good job. They showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said they were going to do. The technician that came was very personable. He went right to work and did his job.

I have used Like New over the years to have my carpets cleaned. Each time they perform services they phone two days later to make sure everything is acceptable. In this particular situation we had a few sopts that did not completely get removed. The sent someone out the next day and the spots were taken care of. They again phoned two days later to follow up that the carpet was indeed clean. I highly recommend them.

They were nice and professional, but we have had other companies do a better job with the cleaning.

I spoke with Frank, the owner, initially and he quoted me the rate as well as what I could expect as I had just purchased the home. We set the appointment and unfortunately I had to call Frank to move back the appointment as my contractors were still working on the house. Frank was great and said, "Happens frequently when buying a home and renovating". He happily moved the appointment and Brandon, the tech, arrived on schedule. The carpets look great. I would definitely recommend Like New Again Carpet Cleaning.

The first time they came out everything went very well, the 2nd time, however, they kept adding things on and it ended up costing a lot more.

Went very well. Mike and Glen were very professional, thorough, arrive on time and insured that the job results were exception I have used Like New Again for many years, and they continue to do a great job at fair prices.
