Description of Work: We're moving into a new house at month end. I just assumed we would need to clean the carpets. There is a faint lingering cigarette/cigar odor, although the carpets are in great shape and have recently been professionally cleaned for home showings, etc. Called Frank because of his Angie's List reputation. I explained to him the circumstances, and he said that, while he would love the business, we didn't need him! He said the entire house painting that we plan to do would eliminate the smoke odor. He even gave a detailed explanation as to why, like the science behind lingering tobacco smell and where it really resides. Then, he told me about some of the other things he offers, took my contact info and gave me a discount for future services, when needed. I will be sure to call him back! Awesome experience.

 + -1 moreBOTH THE SCHEDULER AND SERVICEMAN WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROCESS AND THE WORK WAS DONE METICULOUSLY. I WAS IMPRESSED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE PRICE. PET, MUD AND FOOD STAINS WERE REMOVED. AS THEY MENTIONED, BERBER CARPET HOLDS STAINS MORE THAN OTHER CARPET, SO THERE ARE STILL A COUPLE SMALL SPOTS. BUT THOSE SPOTS ARE MUCH LIGHTER AND IT IS NICE TO KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN STERILIZED. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL FASHION. HOWEVER, THE SERVICEMAN WAS 45 MINUTES LATE - AT LEAST HE CALLED FIRST.

 + -1 moreTOM WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND OFFERED ADVICE. HONORED THE 1/2 OFF COUPON ON A ROOM AND DID A MARVELOUS JOB. MY CARPETS ARE 16 YEARS OLD AND THEY REALLY LOOKED GREAT WHEN HE FINISHED. HE GOT OUT STAINS THAT HAD BEEN THERE AWHILE THAT OTHER CARPET COMPANIES HAD NOT GOTTEN OUT. AT THE END I WAS GIVEN SEVERAL PAIR OF BOOTIES TO WEAR UNTIL THE CARPET DRIED AND A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF SPOT REMOVER. WILL DEFINETLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: HAD LIVING ROOM, HALLWAY AND MASTER BEDROOM MECHANICALLY CLEANED AND 2 SMALLER BEDROOMS STEAMED CLEANED (I BELIEVE IT IS CALLED MECHANICALLY CLEANED--RESTORES THE CARPET).

UNFORTUNATELY, I PROBABLY WON'T USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE AND ONLY CLEAN UP TO THE FURNITURE. THE PROCESS USED ALSO TOOK A LOT LONGER TO DRY THAN MY OLD COMPANY.
