LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING

Jeff, the associate who cleaned the carpet took about 3 hours to do the job. It was 4 bedrooms, bonus room and a living room. I was a little taken aback with the estimate but approved it. I found out that the carpet cleaning estimate was for the total size of the room and didn't account for furniture in the room. They clean only areas around furniture but charge you for the entire size of the room. Bedrooms where the bed and dressers take up 70% of the space were still charged by the size of the room. This may be an industry practice; I don't know. The cleaning was fine but a stain I needed cleaned up due to my dog did not come up and is in a visible area of the living room. The worker said it won't come up and will have to be cut out and replaced. Several other dog stains did not come out of the carpet as well. Another stain of simple soda spill in the bonus room was not completely cleaned.

Ray called when he was on his way, and arrived during the time frame we had discussed in making the appointment. He did a good job, although if you look closely you can still see the shadow of some of the spots left by my cats throwing up. He explained that cat food has dyes in it, and sometimes the dyes actually dye the carpet and it won't come out. Both carpets look a lot better, and I would definitely have them back again. I will probably call them back later to clean my upholstered furniture.

Phil was extremely honest and helpful. He discussed problem areas and informed us that the prior owner's dog had urinated on the carpet. He wanted to make sure that we still wanted the work done. He then was honest and courteous of our home and did a great job cleaning it. Thanks Phil.

We called Like New to clean the carpets in my aunt's house we're trying to sell. The technician came and examined the (30 year-old) carpet that we wanted to be cleaned and "Like New" when the house went on the market. He explained that their process was fairly mechanically vigorous which, for our a older carpet would not be good. Although the carpet is really nice overall, he showed me where in a few places the carpet had worn so thin that it might actually be damaged in the process. He called the owner to discuss the situation and the owner agreed that it might be risky, so they declined to do the job. The owner later called to apologize and explain their decision. He offered me a discount on treating the bare hardwood floors underneath if we chose to rip up the old carpeting instead of cleaning it. I felt that this showed real integrity and professionalism on their part and would not hesitate to call them again to clean my carpet next time.

Mike and an assistant arrived on time and did a fabulous job. This company lives up to its name, Like New Again. Mike was attentive to my questions. I will recommend this company to everyone. I would suggest they ask for Mike, but I'm sure all of this company's crew are good - hence all of the other stellar reports on Angie's list.

The experience was great. Our technician, Brandon, called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He was polite, friendly, and fast. He was also very good at explaining what he'd be doing, and the results were amazing. We have pets and small children and a light colored carpet...not a great combination...however after being cleaned the carpet looks like it's brand new. We were very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

They were punctual and very professional. The carpeting looks like new and the basement carpeting smells fresh and clean. We couldn't be happier! We will definitely use them again and recommend the company to our friends.

I received a phone call from Brandon, telling me he was running a bit late, which was very nice. When he arrived I showed him what I wanted done and he jumped right in and was done within 30-45 minutes and it looked great.

Very well. Technician was very honest and helpful. I was originally going to do a basic carpet cleaning but they warned me that it may make the urine smell worse. This was a place I was moving into. Due to the condition of the place I was looking at I decided to back out on the services and look for a new place. This company possibly saved me and my family some future health problems.

Charges explained before work performed. Charges for time and quality seem very fair. Employee was curteous and seemed conscientious in doing the job right.

Like New Again was very responsive. From the initial phone call to Frank to our service technician Phill completing the job, the company was very professional. I called Frank and told him that we had pet stains as well as multiple stains from fruit punch, make up, markers, etc. He assured me that his company could help. He was right. Our carpets look great again. Phill was the consummate professional. He was punctual, knowledgeable and polite. This company is fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them as well as hire them again.

Regarding the stain, the technician immediately said that it was caused by a leaking planter and those stains would not come out. The planter contained a PLASTIC plant however and I had placed it there to hide the stain!..............I subsequently had to remove the stain myself. Upstairs the tile cleaning appeared to be going well, although there was a lot of water on the floor. Fluids soon got underneath the baseboards which absorbed the water and they swelled up. At that point the cleaning was stopped. The Technician became quite agitated and immediately claimed tthe problem was with the composite baseboards. (which are probably a feature of every new house in my area in the last ten years or so) and not his carelessness. Long story short I ended up with half a job done, half the floor clean, half not. On the credit side the owner of the business was helpful and prompt in getting a insurance company involved and they paid promptly. My overall experience is still poor though

Mike came in and measured my rooms and stairs and gave me a quote before he started the cleaning. He was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and was able to remove most of the spots that concerned me. He took his time and I appreciated that. Frank called me the next day to ask how the carpet looked. I told him that one high traffic area didn't come out as clean as I thought it should. He sent Mike back out to reclean the area. Like New Again met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

On our appointment day, Mike arrived right on time. He was friendly, cheerful, and got right to work. He was able to tell us right away what the price would be and it was totally acceptable. But the cool thing was, he was able to get the spots out and he was fast. Not rushing, mind you, but he worked quickly and confidently, so we knew he wasn't out to extend the time and make more money. Honesty, very friendly and great service. Our carpets do indeed look new again. Don't bother searching other carpet cleaners. You will be thoroughly satisfied with Like New Again. We all plan to use this company for home and office.

The company Like New Again is named properly! My two and a half year old son decided he was going to paint the carpet with his poop in his room. It was a disaster zone and needed to be cleaned professionally right away. I also Have two dogs, one of which I am still potty training and had a few problem areas that needed cleaning. I called Frank at Like New Again Carpet Cleaning, who was very helpful and confident that my problem could be corrected and would have a tech out as soon as possible. I got a call back within the next hour letting me know that the tech would be here this afternoon. The technician was polite and professional and did a walk through my apartment with me. He was upfront and explained all of the services and their process very well. He even used a UV Light and found pet stains that I was not aware of. He cleaned the master, second bedroom, hall, family area and dining room and performed a urine flush with pet enzymes. He also applied a protector to repel any future problems that may happen. The job took only a couple hours and my carpet was dry the next day. My carpet really did look like new again. This company performed a miracle in my home and left it smelling great. I love this company and overall had a wonderful experience.

Phil was running late, but called to tell me that he would arrive within 10-15 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the chairs and quoted a price. He immediately begin working. He cleaned the upholstery and the armrest. He asked me to inspect the chairs. I was very pleased with the finished chairs. The next day, his supervisor called to check. I also told me that Phil did a very good job.

Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, after calling to confirm that would be OK. Very professional, measured space, quoted a price, and did a great job cleaning. I'd definitely recommend them, and will use them again.
