LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING

He was very professional and nice, the price was good, and they did a good job. They left me some booties when they were done so I could walk on my carpet. I was very pleased.

Chris was punctual. He called when he was on his way. He is quiet, efficient and hard working. He knows the products he is using and can explain them and answer questions. The stairs and traffic patterns in the carpet revived to my surprise and pleasure. The carpet really does look "like new again". Mr Mooney called back the next day to get feedback from me.

We were very pleased with the service and performance of this company. We had used them before and were very well satisfied so we called them again. We were pleased they could get to us so quickly. The work was done the day after we called. The technician who came to clean our carpet, Larry, was on time early in fact and very efficient. The carpet had some stubborn stains but he was able to remove them all and when he was finished. The carpet looked as if it was brand new.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the week I requested. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He explained what he would be doing and what to expect of the results. The job was completed in approximately one hour. I am extremely pleased with the results. I would recommend them to my friends and will certainly call them again.

They did not even bring the light, and we had to reschedule the appointment. They also had changed the appointment for our cleaning without letting us know by 4 hours. When they finally got to the house to clean, they told me that the description of service did not match the price that they gave me. The cleaning that I wanted was described with the lower price when that was not the case.

Service was excellent. I got a thorough explanation of services from the representative on the phone. The technician was also very helpful and did a fabulous job. Our carpets look wonderful. They even left little booties for all of us to use. Will definitely use again.

I called and spoke to Frank to make my appointment. He was very personable and informative (I didn't know that pets seem to prefer berber carpet for their ''accidents''!). Although I didn't have the movers scheduled yet, he told me to just give him a call if the moving plans changed and they needed to work around my schedule. Buddy was the person assigned to clean my carpets. Although he was running a bit late that morning, Frank was on top of that and told me about how long it would be before he arrived (was not a problem anyway since I needed to be at the house to pack up a few odds and ends anyway). When Buddy got there he went to work and got the job done quickly. He was friendly and competent and invited me back a couple of times to see how different the clean part of the carpets looked compared to the ones that were not yet clean. I was very pleased with my experience with Like New Again, and even the price surprised me: it was lower than I expected!

We set the appointment for 9 am but the operator didn't arrive until almost 11. He called to say he had a flat tire. He said the work would take an hour and a half, and it was done in under an hour. The carpets looked clean but were still damp the next day. Also, the smell of chemicals took a few days to disperse. We're wondering if corners were perhaps cut since the job took less time than anticipated and the operator was running behind schedule. In all fairness, when they called to follow up the next day, the manager offered to compensate us for the delay. We declined since we felt that the price was fair and the carpets did seem clean. We should have just re-scheduled when we saw how late the operator was going to be.

Frank was professional on the telephone and upfront about square foot costs, based on two different cleaning methods for each type of carpet. Showed some knowledge of the carpet cleaning process. I asked for a specific date and time, and Frank was accommodating. Chris, the technician, was on time and courteous. The process didn't take long (about 1 hour or so). We were instructed as to drying time and given "booties" to wear should we need to walk on the carpet. Once dry, the carpets looked and smelled clean, though not all spots came up. Based on previous experience with other carpet cleaners, I feel Like New did a good job for a reasonable cost.

On time, polite, thorough, more value than expected for the $.

The work was done completely and professionally. This was the first time used, and I found them on Angie's list. I will definitely use them again. I had received three bids for work, and they were the best price and nicest to deal with.

Bid was given over the phone. Had used them previously for carpet cleaning in which they did an excellent job. Appointment was made for the very next day. They showed up early for the appointment after calling first to confirm it was OK to be early. Found them originally on Angie's List.

I am happy with the result, especially the removal of the gray traffic pattern in the living room, and on the steps. Professional and knowledgeable, the technician was helpful in recommending the right course of action for the pet odors and wear areas in the carpet. I would definitely use this company again.

Kim thoroughly vacuumed the carpets with their high power vacuum prior to cleaning, getting under furniture where possible. She was very thorough and explained each step of her work. She had recommendations on carpet and it is obvious that she is very well informed about their industry. Again, I was very pleased with the work performed and will call them again. Like New Again also sends out a newsletter which gives great information on carpet. This is a big help.

Kim did a GREAT job! She called ahead to say she was running late (she ended up being there at 9:07 instead of 9:00) and was very honest about the cleaning we had requested. She was upfront with us about an area rug that they didn't recommend cleaning and gave the reasons why. She did a thorough job and was able to remove pet stains that I didn't think would come out. She really improved the look of our worn carpeted stairs, they actually do look like new! Efficient, honest and very reasonable for the work performed. Would recommend them without a doubt.

The carpet is 20 years old and we were getting the house ready to sell. It was amazing, the carpet did look almost new. The woman that came to clean it was friendly, professional and good at her job. Also, the next day the owner of the company gave a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with the job. That to me was impressive in itself.

It is one of the most thorough carpet cleanings I have ever seen. Chris arrived early (after calling to confirm). He measured and gave me an exact quote before starting (matched estimate fairly closely). All stains were removed. He provided shoe coverings for my family and a bottle of stain remover for later mishaps. I indicated a "fair" for the price-- it definitely wasn't the cheapest, but I agreed to the price and the service was wonderful. I don't want anyone to get the idea that there was any hidden charges, etc. It wasn't a problem, just a caution if budget concerns are a prime concern for later consumers. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Cleaner arrived on time, and spent a lot of time cleaning this area. It truly looks new again. The stains left from last cleaning (by a different company) came out. We will not be replacing the carpet any time soon. Everyone who lives in the building said to be sure and say what a WONDERFUL job this company did.

This company is perfect. They performed the work in an excellent manner, were very pleasant to deal with and followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied. They got several stains out of the carpet that I was not sure they could get out. Thanks Angie's List- because I would not have found them without this service!

Overall, the experience was great. The stains that came out of the carpet amazed me. They did excellent work.

Very good. Very nice, friendly, professional. Apologized when could not get up some urine stains made by the previous owner's pet. Got a phone call the next day from the manager to see if it all turned out alright since there were some problem stains. Didn't expect this kind of follow-up.

I called Frank Mooney to set up the appointment and described the work I wanted done. He discussed the steam cleaning process used, and additional treatments that would be recommended based on the condition of the carpet. The worker, Chris, showed up on time. He performed the cleaning, setting up high-speed fans to help dry the areas he completed. He tested the wool rug to ensure it was colorfast, and removed several long-set stains. He performed deep cleaning and degreasing of master bedroom (where our dog lays) at no extra charge. He did not think additional treatments were necessary. Chris left behind a bottle of stain remover for pet stains and gave several tips for removing stains quickly and easily. Frank called the next day to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. They are professionals who are straight with you on what needs to be done and what doesn't, and they do the job quickly and well. I will definitely use again.

The overall experience was great. The young man arrived on time after calling to let me know that he was on his way. I had already moved all my furniture into the garage prior to his arrival; they do not move furniture. We walked through the area discussing the different treatment options for high traffic areas, general cleaning, and special spot cleaing based on the origin of the spot. Red dye is the hardest to clean. The carpet was pretreated, cleaned, and raked. I was given slippers to wear over my shoes while the carpet dried and asked not to walk on the high trafic areas for 8 - 12 hours. The longer we let the carpet dry the longer it would stay looking nice. The carpet looks fantastic. I have a light green / fern carpet. I honestly thought it could not be saved and was planning to replace it in the near future. Like New Again proved me wrong and saved me several hundred dollars.

Like New Again is, by far, the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. The technicians were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Because we just put our house on the market, our carpet needed to look like new again. Needless to say, our creme-colored carpet looks even better than when we originally moved in! I am going to HIGHLY recommend Like New Again to everyone that I know. It was a pleasure doing business with this company!!
