LIKE NEW AGAIN CARPET CLEANING

Very well. We did have to move as much furniture out of each room as possible because that is not part of the job. Mike left 'booties' to wear in the house while the carpet and stairs dried, as well as putting plastic bags under the legs of furniture to avoid any wood stain seeping onto a wet carpet. It took somewhat longer than normal to dry some areas of carpet and the basement stairs because Mike made several passes to clean more thoroughly, so there was more moisture.

They did an exceptional job, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They even give you a free bottle of carpet shampoo with each cleaning, they are great. I mentioned that I needed a small floor mat cleaned after he was finished with my carpet. He took the time to get his equipment back out and clean my small floor mat.

Carpet looked great. Easy to schedule appointment. Technician was late, but called to let me know.

Both rooms had lots of pet stains from a cat that had a chronic diseases for many years. Carpets had not been cleaned for several years. Tech showed up on time. She treated both carpets with an enzyme for the pet stains. Then she cleaned both carpets. Entire process took a little over 2 hours. Most pet stains came out. Stains from cat urine could not be removed (not many of those). Discoloration due to "asphalt staining" in some high traffic areas could not be removed. Generally pleased with the outcome based on the age of the carpet, the nature of the stains, and the length of time between professional cleanings.

For older carpet, it looks as good as it could. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company to someone else. They even left me a bottle of stain remover for Pets.

She came on time and was very helpful with advice on care of carpet and explained why I was having the problems I was seeing with the carpet. I wish I had had her come out before I bought the new carpet. The carpet and furniture looked good when she finished. I think the bedroom looked better this time then when I had it cleaned before. I will definately use them again, but will do it when the a/c can run.

I am very pleased. The cleaning man called and asked me if he could come earlier. I had to say no as I would not have been ready early. He was fine with that. He made sure that we had my cats in a safe area when the work was being done as he had to leave the door open for the suction hose. I am particularly pleased with the carpet cleaning. I have already told a couple of my friends about the good job that the company did.

I liked the fact they called ahead of time. They showed up early which I liked. They took their time and were thorough. They sprayed my entire carpet instead of just spots for pet stains. They were very prompt. They did thorough job and I would use them again.

Called the company on a Saturday and they promptly returned the call. Discussed our problem and asked how quickly they could come out. I was floored when Frank set it up for the next Monday...two days later. Truly a pleasant surprise given the amount of rain that we had sustained in the St. Louis area. Mike showed up and provided the estimate. It was a bit higher than what Frank and I had discussed but the area was larger than I had guessed over the phone and the damage was a bit greater. I told Mike to go ahead and he proceeded to tackle the situation. Later in the week, the carpet was not drying as well as it was supposed to so Mike returned armed with more fans and DETERMINED to correct the situation stating he'd come back Saturday to pick up the fans, RECLEAN AND DEODORIZE again and check it out. Mike's day off is Saturday and there he was, as promised. He spent 3 more hours of HIS OWN TIME to make sure the job was done right. I'm proud to recommend Like New Again to anyone needing their carpet cleaned. If the saying had not already been taken, I'd say they could make the claim "Done right or I'll make it right, free". Our carpeting looks SPECTACULAR now.

Danny cleaned our carpets, did a great job with details (like pet stains), and left every room smelling clean and fresh. I was impressed, which is not easy to do. My neighbor friend had used them twice before and highly recommended them to me, however, I had forgotten her advice until I saw their name on Angie's List. One more very important comment is their use of organic cleaning agents. It smells great and dries fast. Thanks Danny!

On time, professional, carpet turned out terrific. No surprises in price.

Office staff was pleasant to deal with and schedule the appointment. Follow-up call was made to find out if I was happy with the job. Owner on phone remembered to give me an Angie's list 10% discount that was offered--that's the sort of thing I might have forgotten or overlooked.

We are in the process of having our kitchen remodeled, so there has been a lot of dust. Even though the kitchen is not quite done, my grandchild (8 months) was going to be staying with us and I needed to have the carpets and furniture cleaned as she puts everything in her mouth. I found Like New Again on Angies List and called, asked Frank if he could do my carpets and furniture on a particular day and he totally accommodated me. Kim came to do our carpets and furniture and did an incredible job! She even got out an 8 year old stain on my white couch which no one else had been able to do. She was friendly and professional, even helped me move some furniture. She also left some spot remover for us. I was very impressed with the work done. My carpets and couches look great. I will definitely be calling Like New Again in the future.

It was excellent. They did remove some stains that I did not think they would be able to clean up. It looks like new again.

It was fantastic. Dan was cheerful, helpful, good with my dogs and did a fabulous job. The carpets have never looked better.

Kim worked extremely hard and was very nice. When she was done it looked like brand new again! We appreciated Kim's work ethic and her professionalism. We would definately use the company again and would recommend Kim!

Lisa came out and literally worked up a sweat getting our carpets clean. They were overdue for cleaning and we have several pets who tend to grind in the dirt. After she was done the carpets not only were clean but also smelled fresh. Well satisfied with the job.

Kim was wonderful, friendly and prompt. She gave me tips for the next time we get carpet installed and how to keep the carpet clean by spot treating stains with solution she provided. I really had low expectations b/c the carpet was really stained and cheap. She made it look almost brand new. With a baby on the way, we knew it was clean and that is reassuring.

Great. They were able to get out stains that other companies could not. They also left cleaners to use in the future for stains as well as recommendations.

Performed in timely manner. Carpets were visibly cleaner and the house smelled great afterwards. This is a house I just bought and I wanted to be rid of the previous owner's smells and dirt - Like New Again did the job. The only reason I didn't give an A on price is that I'm not informed on the going rate for carpet cleaning these days. They cleaned around 1400 square feet of carpet for $299.

Frank is a little gruff when you talk to him on the phone, but the woman who came to perform the services was courteous, prompt, told me exactly what could and couldn't be done and why. Did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and left with a smile.

Seth called to say he might be a little late due to traffic, but was right on time. Very nice, friendly and polite. He explained everything he was going to do, and asked if I had any questions before he started. Carpets look beautiful! Seth was able to get out all the staining, and the carpet was nice and fluffy. The only thing that he was not able to remove was some candle wax, but that's to be expected. Wonderful service, I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We got a 10% discount from them. They were professional and excellent. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. They removed the stains completely off the carpet.

The cleaning went great. It looks much cleaner than I thought it could.
