He did a good job. He did the repairs according to the cities specs and it passed inspection the first time. He did a good job. He finished the job in a timely fashion and came out when he said he would.

Had purchased an attic ladder designed for a small attic opening. Bob showed up just on time as scheduled and performed the work it install it in a very professional manner. Clean worker with good personality and professional attitude. Would not hesitate to use again.

He was supposed to come back actually on last week for something we spoke about. He told he would check the count on and he would probably do the first thing of mine that was fine but he never called me back. Before I could get him here, last time I had to call him three times in order to get some of the other stuffs. I'm really not happy with his responsiveness anymore. I think he had got little bit of overwhelms with all the work he got. He was very good once he got here. He was very personable and I liked him as a person very much but I would definitely rate him low for responsiveness though. He did not charge me for the work which was very nice.

Everything went flawlessly, from start to finish. Although Bob was very busy in the days before Christmas, he was able to work around his schedule to accomplish everything I needed to have done. He even offered many helpful suggestions on what to do (and not do) that made the job easier and less expensive. This is my first experience in renovation, and I don't know if I could have done it without his help and advice. In the weeks to come, I plan to use his services again to install hardwood floors in the family room and kitchen, install the new kitchen appliances, and eventually to renovate two bathrooms.

We set up a time to do it but he got tied down with another project and wasn't able to come when we had arranged him to. He gave me another company to use because he was so busy. I really wanted use him because I liked him so it was a little disappointing.

The job went great. This was the second time Bob has done work for us and we will use him again. He has also done work for my son and neighbor and everyone was very happy.

Bob came out and gave me an estimate and, due to previous commitments, began work a week later. Before he could paint, Bob had to remove some funky old wallpaper. This process also pulled off some of the wallboard which he then refinished before painting. After letting that dry overnight, Bob returned and painted the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. It was perfect. While in the bathroom, he noticed that the ceiling fan in the adjacent laundry room wasn't working (and didn't work when I bought the house), so he fixed that too. Bob said he had enough ceiling paint in his truck that he wouldn't need mine. That way I could return it to Home Depot. Bob was very pleasant, professional and unobtrusive (which is important since I work from home.) All in all, Bob made this a very painless project. I don't like have my house disrupted, and this was as good as it gets.

He was very good and very professional. He had all of his tools and was prompt and on time. He seemed to know what he was doing. One of them he was really having a problem. He really stuck with it and did it until it was right. It was very impressive.

Overall, went really well. He showed up at the time he said he'd be there and performed the work requested. He didn't charge for time spent eating lunch or going to pick up parts. There was a small issue in the bathroom with a small section of the wall next to the light switch box he replaced. When it was pulled out, it appears the top layer of drywall was pulled back so the wall is no longer in the condition it was before he did the work. It's a fairly minor thing but I'll have to fix it at some point.

He did a great job. The price was a bit lower than he originally thought and he was all-around fantastic. It was a very fair price.

Called Bob Goodman, and he returned my call the same day. I described the work we were considering, and we agreed on a time for him to take a look at the project. He arrived on time, and gave us a very fair estimate. He is very professional pleasant, so we trusted him with our house immediately. We set a time to have the work completed, and he came back with all the supplies needed to do the job. He worked quickly and efficiently, and did great work. We will definitely use his services again!

Bob returned my call the same day I called him we agreed on a day and time for him to come by and look at the work we needed. He arrived on time he looked at the work to be done and completed the work that day. My wife and I were very pleased. This was the first time Bob did work for us and we will call him in the future for any other work we have.He was also very pleasant to talk with and considerate when working in the house.

Mr. Goodman returned my call quickly, came over to look at the projects within a few days, and was able to start work a few days after that. He arrived on time to start work, was well-prepared, and got the jobs done quickly and skillfully. He was very willing to talk things over with us and consult on future projects. He was always pleasant and courteous. We expect to ask him back for more projects soon.

I used Bob previously and was happy with his work. Called. Described jobs. Agreed on day & time. Bob arrived on time, was well organized, and ready to work. The work went quickly. One light fixture replacement turned out to be a little more complicated, but rather than do the job "good enough" he took the time to do it right... without me having to ask! Very pleased.

They were excellent. They were not deceptive, clean and on time. They did an excellent job. I don't have any complaints on them.

Bob had an opening one week before our scheduled appointment. We were pleased that the job could be accomplished earlier than anticipated. He arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work prior to beginning, and then worked throughout the day in a professional manner. He cleaned up the work area and made sure we were happy with the project.

I started a do it yourself deck extention, but was unable to drill holes in house's concrete foundation to attach ledger board. I called several places but no one was willing to do such a small job. Left a message with Bob at Lighthouse Handyman. He called back, said he had the proper drill, and was willing to do the job the next Tuesday after work. Early Monday night he called to say he was nearby and asked if he could come over. That was fine with me, but I mentioned that I wanted to go with a larger diameter hole than we had discussed. He said he did not have a drill bit that size but could pick one up at Lowes on the way over. He came over right away, did the job just as we had discussed. Professional, courteous, friendly, fast.

Bob Goodman responded promptly to my phone call and came out to provide a free estimate within a week. He was very professional and courteous. He returned to start the work within a week. He need to come back a couple of times due to the drying times needed for the ceiling repair. He was flexible in scheduling around my odd work hours. He told me to call him if the paint on the ceiling did not match well after it dried and he would come back out. It turns out he did need to come back to paint the ceiling. He again responeded quickly to my request. He came back out to match the ceiling paint and did not charge me for this visit. I plan on using him again this summer for additional home projects. Due to my schedule, I needed to leave Bob alone in my home. I felt very comfortable doing so and it worked out well.

It was fine. He got me in sooner than I expected and it only took him four hours to do all the work that I had written down for him. He was polite and courteous also.

Bob responded timely, was very courteous and capable. He did what I asked, and did it when he said he would. He even put up with my many questions and fussiness about aesthetics. He's very down to earth, does good work and charges a fair price. I'm glad to have made contact with Bob and plan to use him much in future.

He was very professional and personable. He didn't try to up sell us. He came to do what we asked. The first time he came everything was fixed correctly and we haven't had any problems since.

He keep reschudula several times and then did not even finish the job that he stated. I have tryed to get other painters to do the job but they are still trying to fix it.

This was a great experience for me. From the time I called Bob until the invoice came in the mail, it was an excellent customer service experience. Bob is professional and kind. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after. I will definitely be using him again for future handyman projects.

There were no problems and I thought they did a good job. They were on time and accurate as well. They are easy to work with and do a great job. I am pleased with them. They are able to do many things and are priced well also. I would recommend them to other people any time.
