I found them recommended on Angies List, emailed asking for a quote. Response was received shortly after I sent the email. Once i called to set up the appointment, they were able to come the next day. They came to my place of employment during the quoted time-frame. Installer was professional with a smile. Cost communicated was final cost. This was my first 'find' through Angies List. Very easy, very happy.

I needed a storm window made for my back door to prevent air infiltration. I called and gave them my measurements for a storm window in a white metal frame that I would install. I picked it up from them and it fit perfectly - just screwed it in place. Professional service from start to finish. Not all glass companies make custom storm windows.

They knew what they were doing. Their price was average. They have been the best people that have been out here. They gave good advice. They did a good job. They were very professional. I would recommend them for any glass work.

Wonderfully. I called and was unsure what I wanted or needed. The woman who answered was VERY knowledgeable and recommended a tinted glass for me. I was able to drop my table off to get precise measurements. The glass and tables now look beautiful - in great part because of their lovely glass tops.

Individual was prompt, pleasant, and professional. Price was in line with estimate.

We had 2 windows with broken glasses. The technician came in to provide measurement and estimate. He did very good job to explain the "possible" reasons. In our case, we had windows film, which reflects heat that causes the temperature to raise between the two layers of glass. He also pointed out moisture in other windows, and provided choices that we can replace them now, or later. We later got the quote that is in the typical price range. We also called for a price quote to replace the windshield for one of our cars. We decided to go ahead with both house window glasses and windshield, after asking and getting a discount on the windshield. House window glasses and windshield were replaced on 2 different days, as they are very different jobs. The technicians all did a good job. The one thing I was a little frustrated is the lack of punctuality. They were late in both appointments. I also wish they told me ahead of time that I should wait for an hour before driving the car after the windshield is replaced, so I could arrange my schedule better. The quality looks to be good. Of course, only time will tell. Overall, the price is right, and the fold did a good job. I would definitely consider them again in future work.

Their estimate was much lower than others. They came on time. They were responsive. They were very neat and we were happy with the end result.

Called Kirkwood glass with a size for some replacement plexiglass (replacing a glass pane). They gave me an estimate of $25 per piece, which was the cheapest I found. I informed them that the top had an arched cut, which they said would not cost any extra. I brough in the piece of broken glass (3 pieces), they did some measuring and stated the same price as on the phone. I was a little disappointed when they said it woud be about 4 day turn around, but figured it was do to the holiday season. To my suprise they called the next day to inform me they were ready. Kirkwood Glass was very friendly, customer oriented and did a great job meeting the dimensions needed using only a bunch of broken glass to do so.

Kirkwood Glass was excellent. They came right away and replaced the window pane in a timely manner. Their service was great and I was happy with everything.

They arrived at the scheduled time. The workers were very polite. They finished fairly quickly. When they were done they explained the precautions I needed to follow for the next 24 hrs.

I called them. They came to measure the window and ordered it. When it came in they installed it. They left the workarea spotless afterwards. It couldn't have been easier.

Their pricing was high. The only complaint I have is that they weren’t in the price range.

I was extremely pleased. I had used another company in the past without getting bids. I was so happy that I found Kirkwood. They were fairly priced. Very knowledgeable. They came on time and performed the service very well. The original day they came was extremely windy and they told me up front that the two largest windows would not be changed that day because of the wind. They put in all the others and came back the very next day to put in the two very large windows. They also have a great guarantee. I have tons of windows in my contemporary house and so will be using them again in the future.

I preferred to have it done in their shop, and they got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. They were ready for me when I arrived, and completed the job in the quoted time. Have not had any problems with my new windshield (has been three months), and price was very competitive. Only thing I would say is, they failed to give me any heads up or instructions on the tape that was holding down my molding. Wasn't much to it, but seems like it should have been pointed out. Overall, a great experience.

The reason I chose this company was because, several weeks ago, part of the seal around my car windshield had come loose. When I went to leave the car for them to fix they did it right then and there and didn't charge me anything. With this door repair I did have to wait while they got in some safety glass but I was pleased with their professionalism and their courtesy. They were good about scheduling a convenient time within a 2-hour window. They were within that time frame when they came to measure but were an hour later than the time frame when it came to installing. But I would rather have it that way than having to be home all day for an unspecified time. Their courtesy and professionalism made it all worthwhile.

I received a call the day before the delivery to confirm the time. On the day of the delivery the delivery person was running early and informed me of the possible schedule change if I desired earlier delivery. The glass fit the top of the desk perfectly. The delivery person cleaned the glass prior to installing and also made sure the top of the desk was free of dust. Very professional. There was a delivery charge which seemed high when compared with furniture delivery charges.

They are very good at what they do. They are timely, do a great job, and clean up after themselves. They are reasonably priced.

No issues with the actual job. We had the measurements taken for an estimate in March when we had our auto glass chip repaired. After not receiving a call back with the estimate for several weeks, we called them. Come to find out, the "piece of paper" with the measurements was lost in the shuffle. However, they gave us a quote that day...came out the next week...and cut/replace the window in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the results.

Overall, it was a good experience. They were excellent, very punctual, and friendly. I was very happy with them.

Very good. Called on 3/11 and setup the appt for 3/15. The repair man came to our house, was in/out in less than 30 minutes. While he apologized for the little bit you "could" see (you can hardly see the chip at all), he said it would prevent spreading of the crack. 10 days later and all is well... Price was right since we have a zero deductible on our insurance plan.

The job was done quickly and professionally. It took less than 30 minutes to have a single pane window replaced in my home. My only negative comment would be that my estimate was scheduled to occur between 8am and 9am but the contractor didn't show until 12:30pm which caused me to take a half day off of work.

It went great. Hopefully it cured the problem but too early to tell. Attitude was very friendly.
