Description of Work: They replaced my broken windshield. It was an insurance claim, so I only paid the deductible and don't know the actual total cost. My State Farm agent uses Kirkwood Glass, and I was very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Came out and looked at the situation, said the job was beyond the worker's capabilities, and took some pictures to show his supervisor. He would get back to me. He never did. I called them back a week later and they told me they couldn't do the job, that it was beyond their capabilities. I can understand not wanting to do a difficult or tricky task, but if you're in business at least be professional about letting the customer know that you can't do it.
