It went fantastic. They were very helpful and very nice. My floor is fantastic and I get complimants all the time. It is a type of vinyl tile but installed like real ceramic tile....it is GREAT looking and will last a lifetime. Chris, who sold me the floor was the best and Mike who installed the floor was so nice I adopted him!! btw, I have a slab home that was a pain to work in, nothing is level so they were like miracle workers. They are awesome.

They arrived on time. were very polite, professional and friendly. In preparation for the project, I cleared the tops of all furniture and emptied the closet floors; they were very willing to make sure that mattresses were all turned when they re-assembled beds as well as giving me plenty of time to replace freshly laundered bed skirts. A couple of doors needed further trimming and they cheerfully returned to make this minor adjustment.

Key carpet was recommended by my real estate agent. They came out to measure and gave a price for carpeting our first and second level with new carpet. Price was less than I had thought it would be. Installers came out on the day we had agreed to and finished the job in one day. They did a great job and the carpet looked great. I would definitely hire them again.

It went excellent from beginning to end. Ray, the owner, came out to show us samples and gave us a variety of choices and price points. He worked with us on the price and came in under the big box stores and others we had come out. After we signed the deal, his staff was in contact with us to let us know every step of the way. The installation crew was fabulous. They did it in one day and cleaned up everything. They worked with me to allow me to fix some squeaks in the floor as well. Overall, I could not have been happier. I highly recommend Ray and his team. Thanks as always to Angie's List for finding me a company I never would have known about.

Madi came and measured our home. She gave us a quote the next day. She was wonderful to work with and and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and helped us choose a wonderful carpet. It is so soft and has really brightened up our home. We also love the Villa Stone in our entry way. It looks just like tile, but is much more comfortable to walk on. Eddie and his crew came to install all the flooring. They were able to install all the flooring in one day. The instillation was the best. They were all very nice and professional. They were also able to get rid of a lot of squeaks in our floors. I just wish I had done this years ago. I am especially impressed with the Smartstrand carpet. The price of the carpet was better than the nylon carpet I had installed in my basement. It feels very thick, comfortable and durable.

The quality of the carpet and the workmanship of the installers was great I have no complaints.

The provider removed baseboards and bi-fold doors on pantry and moved refrigerator (which required removing the doors and fitting through a very tight space), and washer/dryer. This was a 3 day job that ended up taking longer due to the complication of moving the refrigerator and illness with one of the workers. Even with the complications, the crew did a great job. The crew lead, Cory, has been back a couple of times for bubbles that have formed under the vinyl. The bubbles are not due to poor workmanship or quality of material, but instead are due to how we drag a chair. They have come out and fixed with no questions asked.

They did fine and I would give them high grades. I think that their price was excellent.

I chose 2 companies to get estimates with. Both provided in-home quotes. It was very important to me to see the samples next to the newly painted walls in my home. I submitted my interest on the websites. Both companies responded within 1 day to my request and appointments were set up. Appointments were within 1 week of the first phone call. Both arrived on time and provided excellent tips and help with making color/style choices and there was never any high pressure sales tactics. Both companies were mindful of saving money where possible. Both companies offered quality tiles and laminates. I felt the quality of the carpeting from Key Carpet was superior in addition to the estimate was quite a bit lower with them overall. Key Carpet does not subcontract installation - employ their own Installers which I found very important as well. From sales to installation, they work as one unit. Communication is good on all levels. Chris from Key Carpet came back one more time for measurements as I added on the bathroom flooring later. Within 1 day, the Installers called and set up the appointment, arrived on time and were very professional, friendly and helpful. I needed some plywood replaced in the living room due to uneven and squeaky spots. The installation took 3 1/2 days as I had the flooring replaced in every room of the main level (approx. 1500 sq ft). I felt no need to stay home from work while they were there. The Installers cleaned up very well after themselves and the furniture was set back in place when they were finished. I am very pleased with all of the flooring. The Villa Stone tile in the Kitchen and Bathrooms is beautiful - it is a polymer and marble blend. The laminate in the Dining Room, Foyer and Hallway is rich and textured. The best part is that it doesn't look like a laminate. The carpeting has a great warranty and is a thick/dense cut pile. As it turned out, 6 doors had to be trimmed to close properly on the carpet. The installers took care of this for $10/door which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend Key Carpet for their quality and service. My home looks brand new!

I reviewed Angie's List for carpet installers and decided to contact Key Carpets via email. I was contacted by the manager to discuss what I wanted done and I gave him my contact info. He said Kristin would be calling to set up a free estimate appointment. Kristen called and she was at my house the next day. She arrived with samples of carpet and took measurements of the stairs and discussed what I wanted. We have Pergo wood floors and stairs and I told her I need the stairs carpeted due to disability and to make them more comfortable and easier to walk for me and my dog without slipping and pain. A day later she sent me a estimate via email and explained everything that would be done. The work included removing the handrail posts and all of the Pergo wood from the stairs, hauling away trash, carpeting the stairs over pad reinstall the handrails. It took about 3 hours for 2 men to do the job, so most of the cost was labor. The installers did a good job and I am pleased overall except for the concern that the treads are narrow. I tried walking on the treads and they felt short and I could easily slip. After the job was done the installers told me that the nose of the treads had been cut off when the Pergo flooring was installed. I wish I would have known that at first so I could have the proper size treads installed before the carpet went on. I emailed Kristin about the narrow treads and asked what could be done. The owner called me soon after and we discussed the issues. I told him I was not blaming anyone for the the problem. He admitted that he should have paid closer attention to the job because of the unique aspect of going from Pergo floors back to carpet. He is having the same installers come out to remove the carpet and padding so I can get the treads replaced and then the installers will return and reinstall the carpet over new padding. My share of the cost is $150.00 to remove and reinstall the carpet. I will post an update to this review once the job is complete. The installer Cory returned and removed the carpet as scheduled and on time. He set the carpet aside and cleaned up afterwards. I had the treads replaced and the next day Cory returned to reinstall the carpet. He did a good and thorough job. He cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the final product. Ray Johnson the owner of Key Carpets called to follow up during the install to make sure I was pleased with the rework. Key Carpets also followed up a couple of days after the work was complete to make sure I was happy with the final product. I am very pleased. I would use Key Carpets again for any other carpeting needs.

Fantastic experience overall. The installation date took approximately one week longer to schedule than anticipated, but on the day of installation the team showed up on time and removed the old carpet very quickly. Furniture was moved as needed, and I was able to work behind them to clean the subfloor and fix any squeaks or problem areas before the new carpet was installed. New carpet went down without any issue, and the carpet installed on the stairs was very well done. They worked with us to ensure the final look was what we desired, and offered a couple of suggestions to make sure the end product was as good as possible. Prior to installation Chris worked with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted, and was always happy to accommodate our requests and changes.

Got several bids to replace all the carpet in a home that we had for sale. Key Carpet were at or below all others. I don't solely based on price, but didn't want to spend a ton on a house we had already moved from. They provided several options and even though we went with the lowest price option, we were very pleased with results. Communication was great, materials and clean-up were good and everything was done on time. Will definitely used Key Carpet again.
