Key Carpet

They tore up my kitchen floor, knowing full well the subfloor needed to be replaced. They sent a bid, and the bid was accepted, and they sent a guy out to pull up the old floor. Once the installer saw the scope of work needed, they backed out and left me with a mess. I would not let them carpet my dog's house.

Removal of old carpet & install completed in a day. Great work and quality product.

The whole process went extremely well. It was a pleasure working with Madi and selecting the right color, and Michael and his crew did an excellent job installing the carpet and placing all the furniture back perfectly. Would highly recommend Key Carpet!

Key Carpet was the best deal for my approximately 350 square feet in my living and dining room after looking at several competitors. We scheduled an appointment (they don't do walk-ins) to come in and look and select samples that were as good or better than the other stores we looked at. In house measurements were taken a day later and one week after that the installers came to complete the job. They were extremely friendly, courteous and fast. The entire process and price exceeded my expectations. I will use again when we choose to do the flooring on the second floor.

They arrived on time and completed the job within 3-3 1/2 hours. They were very professional and courteous. They asked a few questions along the way during the installation process to ensure they laid the runner to our satisfaction. The total price including new runner and labor was very fair. Communications with the office were frequent and clear regarding order status, installation date, etc. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I had priced 5 companies. Some of those were pushy, others seemed rushed and all over priced. Then Laurie came in from Key Carpet. She is amazing. Never felt rushed to make a choice. She definitely has an eye for colors to help pull everything together. Felt like she actually enjoyed her job. The guys who came to install just as great. Stress free and would definitely hire again.

The Key Carpets team was easy to work with and very patient throughout our decision making process. Their service was excellent. They offered a very good price and well below the competitive bid. They answered all of my questions and I had numerous changes to my original bid. They showed up at 9:00 am and were finished by 2:30 with the entire top level of a split foyer style house with all the major furniture back in its original position. I could not be happier.

We just moved to the area, and needed carpet installed quickly. I originally went to Home Depot, where I chose to go with their Rapid Install carpet, and it was supposed to be installed within 7 days. When their contractor called, they said it would be 6 weeks. Frustrated, I cancelled my order and started searching for local companies. Enter Key Carpet. I drove up to their warehouse one day, and met with Chris, their sales associate. He was very friendly and gave me tons of options. He even came by the very next day to measure. Two weeks later, carpet was installed. The installers showed up early, and worked their tails off all day long. They asked me questions about how I wanted it installed, and gave me a few options to minimize the damage to the wood floors we were putting carpet over. They cleaned up before they left. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, and the quality of the carpet. I am so thankful I didn't go with Home Depot, and even more thankful to have found Key Carpet. I highly recommend them.
