Very smoothly. Saleslady provided large size samples, carpet was ordered & insta;lled in a very timely manner. The workers were clean, neat & very courteous. Great experience.

Excellent experience. Highly recommended. The sales rep arrived at the house on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to our needs and made solid product recommendations to ensure we would be satisfied with both quality and price. She took exact measurements of each room and submitted a written price quote within 24 hours. The price was competitive and installation was promptly scheduled. Installers were friendly, professional and did an excellent job in removing the carpet, eliminating floor squeaks and removing pet odors. They also demonstrated a respect and appreciation for the sales rep as her dedication to detail made their job much easier. They took care to avoid marring the freshly painted walls. At the completion of the job they took great care in their cleanup to leave the house in impeccable condition. A few days later the sales rep called to make sure we were pleased with their installation. Now, one month later, their work looks as perfect as the day they installed it. Best carpet installation experience I've ever had.

The installer arrived on time and explained everything they would do that day and assured us they would be complete with the work in one day. They moved all of the furniture with care and were very respectful to the customer. They vacumed and cleaned everything before they left.

Excellent help in selecting carpet. Installers were here two days and were very industrious, friendly and helpful. Even help us cut an piece of extra carpet to fit in the bathroom. Don't know about durability of carpet yet, of course, but so far very satisfied. They beat the price of Cosco by about 1,300.

It was painless and the end product was so well done the "new" seams were invisible. I had removed all furniture prior to the repair, so this made it easier, but installer was professional, on-time, and well priced. Only thing that made me nervous was the call-out fee regardless of whether the work was done not, but I would have not future reservations based on my experience with them.

I called Key Carpeting, among other carpet companies, to provide an estimate on some basic bedroom carpeting for a home we are remodeling. The representative, Madi, came out to my home within a few days with some samples. While I was reticient to purchase this way (typically I was accustomed to working with a "traditional brick and mortar" store with many samples, I found this way to be less stressful and much, much easier. The carpet I chose was installed within one week and the installers were wonderful! They introduced themselves when they arrived, made sure to let me know that it was their job to make sure I was pleased with every step of the process. I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. While the jury is still out on the carpet itself (quality, durability, etc.), the installation experience was great!

We visited the Key Carpet office in the Overland area. We were shown carpet samples and chose a few we were interested in. A representative visited our home and took the measurements. The quote was provided promptly and we scheduled our installation. Everything was done efficiently. The installers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. This was the best carpet experience we have had over the years.

They were personable, efficient, skilled and thorough. I was very happy they were willing to work with me and very helpful with giving different options.

I have light carpeting and the kids and dogs have taken the toll on the high traffic area from the front door to the kitchen. I emailed Key Carpet and asked them to come out. I told them what was annoying me and ask them to send someone out with ideas for me. Honestly I was assuming that it would be too expensive so I was just going through the motion of getting a bit. I thought that I might not hear from them because I emailed them, but after about 1-2 days Ray called me and set up an appointment to come out with options for me. Ray was able to match the hardwood that I had at the front door and in the kitchen. He left and the next day I had a VERY detailed contract emailed to me so nothing was left to question. I emailed it back accepting it and sent in the deposit. They called me back prior to receiving the deposit to schedule the delivery of the wood. The wood came on 1/25 and they installed it on 2/1. The crew that I had was the best. It was a noisy process but not bad. It was a bit dusty but again, not bad and they were VERY considerate of my house. They were AWESOME!! Key Carpet rocks!! I will never use anyone else. Thank you!

Madi answered my call, came out to give us an estimate, and scheduled the work. Very easy from start to finish and good looking results! Very reasonably priced.

Ray came to my home with carpet samples. He was patient and knowledgeable. They took only two days to replace carpet in our townhouse (2nd floor and 3rd floor including two sets of stairs). Everything was put back in place and cleaned up!!!!! Carpet looks Great.

Chris came to our home for estimate of work and showed us samples. We chose Mohawk carpet. We also had estimates from 3 other companies. Key carpet estimate was 3 to 5 thousand less, using the identical quality carpet and upgraded padding. We also wanted to add hardwood to dining room, which was adjacent to foyer and kitchen, so matching was important. Final result was perfect! The hardwood floor matches. Our installer/finisher took lots of time and was sure I was happy with color before sealing. Carpeting took 2 days to install(it's a big house), and looks perfect also. We paid to have furniture moved. Honestly, I'm sure other companies that say furniture moving is free actually factor that into the price. The workers were here on time everyday and cleaned up daily. They were friendly and professional. Chris was available by cell anytime I had questions or needed advice. Thanks to Key carpet for job very well done.

Ray came over and showed me many samples of carpeting, explaining about quality and type as he went along. After a lot of deliberation and some calls to the office, I picked a color and style that I liked and he gave me a quote that was better than others I had found. We set up a time to have the carpet installed, I sent a down payment, and the carpet was installed the next week. Alex and Mike arrived on time and worked quickly. On the second day they called before they came over because they were going to be just a few minutes late. They moved the furrniture, installed the pad and carpet, and cleaned up everything very nicely. When they were finished they moved the furniture back and vacuumed so that it looked beautiful. The carpeting is plush, a beautiful color, and looks wonderful! I was very happy with the job they did and their professionalism. I would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting new carpeting.

They are an excellent company. They do a great job. They are thorough, prompt, and professional. I would use them again in the future if needed.

The carpet had roll marks. They said the marks would come out in 24 to48 hrs, after nine weeks they are still there. they came out and steamed it once which helped but did not fix the problem. The president of the company gave me credit that i am happy with.

Very happy with their work. They cleaned up and vacuumed the carpet when they were done. We would use them again.

Madi was able to come out on very short notice to give us an estimate and show us samples of the in stock carpet. They were able to then have the installation team out 2 days later to install, accommodating our extremely short time schedule for getting our new house ready. They weren't the least expensive but they weren't far off. The in stock carpet selection was decent and their ability to accommodate our schedule was great. Madi also communicated with me late into the evening via email, going over the estimate and solidifying the sale. I would definitely recommend giving Key carpet a shot at earning your business if you need carpet.

They were very professional and neat and thorough with their work. They cleaned up every day and just did quality work. And they were friendly. I was very pleased with the workers and the salesman.

Everyone went very well - we had most of the furniture out of the rooms but still had some larger pieces that needed to be moved when they arrived - they had skids for hardwood and carpet to make moving the larger pieces a snap. They worked a room at and time and cleaned as they went. My wife wanted to run the vacuum ( a bit of a clean freak) so she ran the vacuum. Doug said they would do it but my wife said it was not a problem and wanted to do it herself. They worked hard - are carpeting was poorly installed initially so they had to lift the carpet from the strips from three sides of the room in most cases. They were very consciousness and made sure their work showed it. They offered tips on how to maintain the carpet and explained why the carpet got to the point it was at.

I was unimpressed with them overall. Their price was no better than the other companies I was looking at and because they didn't have a showroom with staff it was much harder to look through and see what they had available. The salesperson who came to my house was rude and didn't seem very knowledgeable in the field.

great job! got back with a quote right away. held to that amount. did the work within a week. cleaned up afterwards.

They did a nice job on the installation. The crew was very sharp and very good, and did everything as promised and when promised. We worked with Chris on choosing the carpeting and he was particularly patient. We had gone to another carpet store before and we had problems with him delivering carpets that didn't look at all like what we had ordered. Key Carpet was very good on working with us and going through many possible carpet selections. We were able to take a big sample home when the carpeting actually came in to ensure that it was what we were getting. We worked with them on the carpeting over a period of several months since we had so much carpeting to be replaced and we were very pleased with them throughout the process. Everything looks very good now. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
