Ken was very professional and detailed in his presentation and review of the project. He offered a solid product and was not pushy. The switching of door and window seemed to cause some concern but Ken felt comfortable that he could do the work and noted some other custom jobs he had recently completed. Though we didn't end up hiring Ken, I would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

We liked Ken. He was not a high pressure salesman in any sense of the word. He was very relaxed and very polite and very likable. The windows were made and ready to be installed within a couple of weeks just like he said they would be. When he started the job he stuck right with it and finished it promptly without disappearing for extended period of time. The work requires a lot of patient application of aluminum trim and a lot a caulking. He did it all very carefully. It looks good. The windows are made by Simonton. They work fine. They operate like silk. They are double pained they fold in for easy cleaning and will even lift out. The windows are vinyl and I gather will last for ever without rotting out or going bad. The one issue that you have to appreciate with Vinyl windows is that you cannot paint them. You can order them in different colors but whatever color that is is the same inside and out.

I was very pleased with the work and the quality of the windows. Ken was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The job was done in a timely manner and great care was taken to make sure everything was done right. Ken and his brother also did a great job of cleaning up once the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Ken's services.

Mr. Jones was very nice and professional. He held to the original estimate given, which I felt was very reasonable. He showed up on time, completed the job in less than a day and cleaned up very well after doing the work. What I liked most about him was his friendly demeanor, he also did a great job on my windows! I would not hesitate to hire Ken Jones again, and would recommend him to others.

Excellent. They answered the call immediately, gave me a quote the same day, and returned 10 days later to place storm windows. I asked him to look at an old window for me, and he told me in detail how to fix it myself so that I wouldn't have to replace it.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND AT THE AGREED-TO PRICE. MR. JONES DID A FIRST-RATE JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOWS, WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, AND KEPT THE WORK SPACE CLEAN AND FREE OF CLUTTER. I HEARTILY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

HE'S WAS VERY QUICK TO GET THE JOB DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN. HE ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO ADD INSULATION INTO OUR WALL WHEN WE REPLACED POCKET WINDOWS WITH DOUBLE-HUNG WINDOWS - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. AS FAR AS PRICING GOES, HE BEAT OUT ANOTHER COMPANY BY A THOUSAND DOLLARS. SAME KIND OF WINDOWS. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH.
