Keith arrived earlier than promised. The single spring set up in my 2 car garage door has broken twice in the past 5 years. Keith put 2 springs on as the weight of the door probably really called for it. He finished the work in about 40 minutes and charged me about the same that the bigger name companies quoted me to replace the single spring.

He did a great job in short time and at a very reasonable price. Very prompt. Thank you! Eve

Called Keith at 11:50 AM , Garage door repaired and paid for at 1:20 PM. My wife is happy.

Keith came out on a Saturday, the same day I called, and could not recreate the problem. He checked out the door and said I must have already fixed it after I had swept away some dirt from the sensors. He said if it acted up again, he could replace the opener. He came at the time he estimated he would be able to arrive.

Keith and his partner showed up ahead of time and got the job done well and very quickly. They explained everything I needed to know and were quick to answer follow up questions.

We were very impressed with Keith's Door Service. Our garage door had been really squeaky when it was opening and closing for some time then one day my husband noticed that while the garage door was up one side of the door was hanging much lower than the other. when he tried to close the door IT GOT MUCH WORSE. So we immediately looked up a garage door guy on Angie's List. Keith said he could come out around lunch the next day. which was fine with us. he actually ended up showing up 1st thing in the morning which was even better. he fixed the alignment of the garage door and lubed up the wheels and springs and our garage door is now perfect again. he also told us how to prevent this happening in the future. We would definitely recommend Keith's Door Service.

Keith was amazing to work with. Upon my initial call, he picked up right away. I initially requested a tune-up prior to installing insulation, but he suggested waiting until after since he'd have to adjust the springs for the added weight. He said the tune-up would be $75. He arrived early and only took about 10 minutes to complete the tune-up. He said it was so easy he would knock $10 off!!! Wow. Communicative, prompt, professional, and honest!

I cannot say enough nice about Keith. He was on time(actually early), worked quickly and professionally. I called a couple services from the yellow pages and they wanted an arm and a leg to reattach a bracket that holds the springs that help the garage door up and down. One guy wanted to sell me a new garage door. I called Keith, told him the problem and he gave me a reasonable quote on the phone. He came out fixed the problem in no time and charged me a reasonable amount. He has my highest recommendation.

Went very well. I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a service call and new rollers. Keith contacted me immediately and we set an appointment that worked for me. He showed up early, was friendly to me and my dogs :) and very professional. I anticipated a few extra repairs were needed and he walked me through what needed to be done and what didn't which resulting in me spending less than anticipated. Was done quickly and cleaned up work area. Highly recommend him.

These guys really care about their work, and they did an excellent job. There are people who come and just go through the motions, and there are people who really care. Keith's Door Service really cares about their customers. Before they even came out, they gave me a bunch of options on how to handle the problem, and even troubleshooted with me without any charge to see if there was something I could do that wouldn't require them to come out. When the troubleshooting didn't work, we made an appointment. Ultimately, I chose an option that cost me less and got me a brand new garage door motor. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they did a great job. There was even a contingency that we didn't expect, and they took the extra time out of their day to handle that, too. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Definitely hire them!

Call early this morning and Keith's Door responded immediately. Stated he had another job but he could get me next. Reset the cable and springs and showed me how the cable most likely jump the pulley. By the instruction he provided it will help prevent any occurrence of that happening again. Checked the rest of the door and said everything looked fine. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend for garage door maintenance and / or repair...

This company was fantastic. Our contractor ordered the wrong garage doors. He ordered the garage doors without windows. This company corrected the problem immediately and ordered the windows that we wanted. They came back out the next day and installed the windows in the garage doors. They were very professional and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I would definitely recommend this company.

Keith was great. He pointed out what had happened to my garage door. (The spring broke which sent it into the support and broke the support and broke it away from the wall. A lot of power in those springs. Glad I wasn't there when it happened.) He came in snowy weather and cold to fix it for me. He replaced the spring, replaced the support and reattached the garage door to the wall. Thank you Keith.

I called Keith to fix a wire on the torsion spring that had come off the track. He quoted a price for that issue and we scheduled a time. He called before coming out and was on time. He fixed the wire then proceeded to fix a few other things that he noticed weren't optimal for the same price listed for just fixing the wire. Really happy with the service provided.

I have used Keith for over 3 years on multiple new garage doors, garage door repairs, garage door openers, and even moving a door from one home to another. He came to my place at 7 am even though it was (likely). inconvenient for him. I admire him as a great professional and would recommend him for any garage door related service.

There was a delay in communication from your office...he didn't know I had prepurchased the service package. (that wasn't his fault) I had told him the light kept going out. He said "Oh that's the vibration of the door." He didn't even look at it. I had to purchase a light socket later and I will have to have someone install it. I would not use this service again.

It went very smoothly and professionally. I'd gladly have Keith back again if additional service is needed.

Called Keith in the evening. He came the next day and got it fixed within an hour. Gave me a working remote for my broken one as well.

Keith was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeble, professional. Came out within 45 minutes of our call. As it turns out, the problem was very simple to fix but he did it--and managed to not make us feel too silly in the meantime. He also chatted for a few minutes and answered questions about maintanence, insulating, new doors, etc. He certainly found new customers with this call!

Keith gave me a bid for replacing my garage door that was very reasonable. When I asked for upgraded door and springs, he quickly gave me a new estimate that was also very reasonable. Within 2 weeks of ordering my garage door, Keith had it installed. Keith was very responsive to my questions and always returned my calls within 24 hours.
