My garage door has been broken for months and yesterday stopped working totally. I was desperate and didn't know who would be trustworthy, affordable, efficient and could get here quickly. A friend recommended Keith. Keith went way out of his way to be here early this morning after I called him last night; and he did a perfect job! I highly recommend him.Whatever the word is for the highest praise, that's the word I choose for Keith's Garage Door Repairs!

This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I've had. Keith was scheduled to arrive between 11 and 12. He arrived early and looked at the garage. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a few adjustments which fixed the issue. He also noticed some adjustments that needed to be made and addressed those as well. Then he lubricated everything. The door was working and running quieter now, but he didn't stop there. This is a new house and I asked if he knew how to reset the keypad on the outside. He found that it was broken and he had a used keypad in his truck from another job. He gave that to me for free and helped me program it. I was just expecting my door to be fixed, but I got that and so much more. He only charged $65 for everything. What an incredible value! If I ever have any problem with my garage door I will call Keith.

These guys did an excellent job! I had the original old wooden door on my garage from 1968. The garage is a tuck under garage with a low clearance. The door was showing its age… the seals were gone, springs were wrong, and the original opener was removed when I purchased the house because it was installed improperly. Keith and Mark came in, removed the old door and rails. Of course when replacing old work sometimes you find other problems, which they did. But they took the time to fix those problems without charging extra. The low overhead rail system is great. I’m very happy with the new insulated steel & vinyl door they installed. The jack drive that was installed is quiet and works wonderfully. Keith and Mark are both very conscientious about their work and did a great job in the removal, installation, and clean up. He even suggested a few routine maintenance tips that any homeowner can do to avoid service calls. No upsell… just great service. If you’re looking for a company with a fleet of vehicles and fancy uniforms then these guys aren’t for you, and you’ll be paying extra for that extra overhead. But if you’re looking for a company that knows what they’re doing and does the work well at a great price then give them a call. Thanks again guys, and I’d recommend you to anyone.

Excellent! All the way around! Even helped make it quieter than originally was and suggested a few maintenance tips that I can do yearly to avoid service calls. No hassel, no upsell, just get the job done right type of service. Need more contractors like this!!

When I first spoke with Keith a couple of days ago, I told him about my problem and what type of garage door opener I currently have. He made some suggestions as to what brand I should replace the old one with to avoid major mounting/installation changes. When he and Mark arrived this afternoon they tested the old opener and discovered all of the problems were due to my having installed LED bulbs which apparently emit a frequency that disrupts the opener's frequencies. This not only saved me quite a bit of money but they did not want to accept any pay. Ultimately, they accepted a very modest amount from me and even loaded my new opener into my car so I can return it to the store. Bottom line: these guys could have easily just installed the new opener and charged me for the complete installation but they took the time to examine my old opener and do WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER! Called Keith early in the morning and said he would get to me early in the afternoon. It turned out the job he was doing at the time took longer than expected, but he called and let me know he was delayed. Once he got to my house though Keith and his helper went about their business in a professional manner and had the springs replaced and adjusted in less than an hour. In addition Keith and his helper went out of their way and fixed a minor problem with my wall garage door opener as well as lubricate all the working parts of the door.

Mark of Keith's was knowledgeable, helpful, quickly reassembled it and fixed original problem. Next time will call them before I take a tool to it and try to DIY it

The job was done very quickly without any issues. Keith returned my call on a Sunday and was at my house first thing Tuesday morning to do the job.

I called Keith on Friday June 30th, day before what most people considered a holiday weekend, and he didn't hesitate to set the appointment for Saturday morning. Keith and another serviceman arrived on time and repaired my garage door opener. They were professional and I now have a garage door that is quiet as it smoothly opens and closes the garage door. I highly recommend his company.

Excellent. The 16 ft. wooden door is 60+ years old and direct replacement parts aren't readily available. Keith suggested converting to a modern spring configuration with available parts. The work was done professionally, quickly, and with a minimum of fuss. The door works perfectly and I'm completely satisfied.

It turns out that our springs needed to be custom ordered since they were no longer a stock item. Apparently, the last repair people didn't bother to custom order a spring and we had a new spring that was a mismatch to the original spring - probably the reason why the spring just snapped. Keith took the time to diagnose the problem, and worked hard to repair the spring without damaging the drywall that was partially obstructing the beginning of the spring only to realize that the new custom ordered spring was too short. He reordered the spring and came back a third time. Didn't take any shortcuts like the last repairmen and didn't change his price quote despite the job being way more complicated than he originally estimated. I highly recommend Keith's Door Service
