A man from Jon's Affordable Home Repair Company came out and gave me an estimate. He was very nice. We had planned to have the done but my son came over and was a little annoyed with me because I didn’t ask him to do it. So I called Jon and told him and he told me that he understands it perfectly and that it was okay. He was a lovely man to deal with. He was excellent. He was very punctual and very professional.

We have used Jon before. His work is always good and I think the price is reasonable. He was there for nearly two hours and had two people total.

It went great. I had used Jon before when he replace some deck floor boards.

Jon told me esactly what to buy at the hardware store, he came exactly on time and began the process. When he opened the screen door he discovered it was damaged, so after I exchanged it at the store, he came back and finished up! Even the door installation required his creative carpentry talents as he had to buiild up around the door since it is a non-standard size in an old house! He is wonderful to work with!! He gives me accurate estimates and helps me keep repair costs down by making suggestions. I already have another appt with him to come back and do more repairs!

Jon came out and gave me an est. told us the price and we said yes do it. He told us it would take 3 days (that was hard for us because we only have 1 bathroom) but Jon was great and had it done in about 21/2 days. The price was what he had said and the work wonderful. I will have Jon do other work in the future.

Jon first came to give us an estimate and to make an appointment to install the flooring and the exhaust hood. He and his son began on schedule and completed both those jobs and also fixed the wiring on an outdoor light. He had purchased the window to be installed, but it didn't quite fit our non-standard size, so he had to special order another window. When the window arrived, he called to schedule another appointment to put in the window and install a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Meanwhile, we noticed a funky smell coming from the pipes under the wet bar, and I called to ask if he could look at the plumbing when he came. During his second visit, he not only fixed the plumbing and installed the window and ceiling fan, but also happened to notice that the garden hose was leaking, and he fixed that, too! I cannot praise Jon's workmanship, professionalism, and trustworthiness enough. Working with him and his son Tyler was an outstanding experience.

Jon had to remove the broken pocket door, install a new sliding track and rollers inside the wall, reinstall the door, and replace the molding around the door frame. Jon also replaced my ceiling fan in our bathroom. Total time for this job was 10 minutes. Jon did an excellent job! His work was completed on schedule with no problems. I highly recommend Jon to work on your home projects. If you are looking a dependable, skilled repair man for a reasonable price – Jon is your man.

He seemed alittle rushed and perhaps not sure how best to fix the doors.

Jon was prompt in responding to our inquiry. For $130 made all repairs needed which covered 2 trips to the house. He was thorough in explaining options to me and was even consciencious about not waking my sleeping toddler.

Jon, as always, did a great job. It took him less than two hours to finish everything. I always find it difficult to measure for curtains and picture hanging. Jon measured perfectly the first time. I am really pleased with all the work he did today.

We made the appointment about a week from when I called. He did have an earlier opening, but I wasn't available. The scheduled time was a two hour window, and Jon called before the second hour and said he was on his way. Very considerate. He arrived with his brother, who had helped him on a previous job. He asked what price he had quoted me, looked at the kitchen sink, checked the old faucet, and agreed with the original quote. The job was started, his brother handed him what was needed, and less than an hour later the faucet was installed. Everything was cleaned up, and Jon said not to put my cleaning supplies back under the sink for about a day. This was so I could detect any leaks. Good idea. Of course there weren't any! I was very happy with the entire encounter, and will absolutely contact Jon's Affordable Home Repair in the future.

I have used him several times in the current year. I have always ended up calling him back because he is so trustworthy. I don?t mind him in the house, with my kids around. In my rental property, he redid my bathroom. He did the tile work and plumbing work, which included replacement of sink in the toilet. He put in a new floor at my duplex too. I spent $2500 on the job. I use him a lot. He looks at finding cheaper materials and gives me different options. I will use him again in the future.

Jon is very professional, friendly, extremely capable, and great at answering any and all of my questions. He was on time and the price was great. The work was finished in a timely manner.

The whole experience went very well. Jon was very prompt in returning my call. He came to my house and we discussed the issues I had with my deck. I had some wood boards that had rotted and some others that were pulling up. I liked several things from the start. First, he listened to my concerns and then gave me his solution. I liked that he didn't try to sell me more than I needed. His pricing was very fair and when I offered to give him a deposit he said it wasn't necesary. This made me even more confident with my decision choosing him.

Jon did a superior job. From the initial contact to job completion Jon was very personable and professional.

When he tells you the job will be done, it will be done. He is affordable enough to use for rental properties yet professional enough to use on personal residences.

Jon is very professional and responded quickly after I called him to schedule a service date. He comes to the job with a truck that's filled with all the tools and materials he needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. I have a very large window and he measured for the curtain rod perfectly. Also, he came up with a solution to a problem with the installation hardware for the screen door. The fix works great and was inexpensive. I recommend Jon for large or small jobs around the house.

We had a strict time constraint on when we needed the work done. Jon arrived promptly for the estimate and was very professional and pleasant. We asked for the least expensive way to remodel and he recommended the type of flooring, and for us to have it at the house rather than having him pick it up. He did the work on the date he promised and brought his brother, so it was completed even more quickly than we had been told. Jon was recommended by my brother for his work ethic and honesty and we felt comfortable leaving both men in our home when we weren't there. The floor looks fantastic and we stayed within our budget and time line.
