His reply was they don't do yard work , so I guess he only read half of the message because I replied the shed assembly was the major thing wanted done , but no reply his loss, will not even consider him for future projects ....

He came the same day I called. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I was told to install a faucet would cost me $300 and up from other companies. I would refer him to anybody in my area.

He is professional, friendly, prompt, does not leave a mess and his estimates are spot on. He responds quickly to my emails, we discuss time and date, he shows up and the work gets done. Since my husband died, he has been a lifesaver for me. I probably should have called him when my husband was alive and I would not need him to correctly do what he had done.

You can't even see where the repairs are. Jon did an excellent job.

He could NOT do basement casement window repair or rout iron railing repair. Not happy with walkout garage door repair. Called him back to make adjustment. Garage floor repair is okay so far. Deck gate repair satisfactory. Tried to nail again any protruding loose nails. NO paper estimate or invoice provided. Finally asked for invoice for completed work. He emailed it.

Online request never acknowledged. No contact.

Very well. Jon and his brother completed all the projects in two days. The oven door repair required removing the oven from the wall for access and the basement light actually required rewiring of the installation. The painting and the door surround look great. The door had experienced some rotting because of a gutter overflow over the years and Jon suggested a plastic surround replacement, which works perfectly. Both men were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I will absolutely rehire them for some other projects we have. They were on time and had all their required materials with them. In addition, I had a bathroom sink which was clogged and, off the clock, Jon spent some time examining the problem, discovered that the problem was not in the drain popup, where I suspected it was.

Very well. He arrived early, completed the work quickly and everything has been working correctly since then. Plus he's got a nice handyman vibe where you feel comfortable having him in your home working on stuff.

This is the second time this gentleman has been in my home and I've been very impressed both times. Works quickly, on time, professional and priced well!

He installed the disposal in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We are happy with the work he did.

The install of both items went very well, and have that professional install look so far I am very happy with the work that was done. Jon was very professional and polite in his mannerisms, we had a minor logistics problem but were able to work it out.

Went great, Jon was on time and did the work as promised. He set us up to monitor for leaks and everything looked great but a few weeks later a leak developed. Called Jon and no problem he came back and fixed it.

In the past he's put together some shelving for me and painting. He's even installed new cartridges on my water heater. He's very handy and his prices are reasonable. I recommend him to friends and family members. Some times it takes him a day or so to get back with me, so I'm giving him a B for responsiveness.

Jon responded to all my calls and emails promptly. He was prompt when he came to our house the first time for an estimate, and also when he and his assistant arrived to perform the jobs. They did top-quality work at a very reasonable price, were courteous and meticulous in the jobs they performed. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend this company!

Jon and his brother arrived on time and went right to work. They informed every step of the way as to what they were doing and asked that I review their work. I felt comfortable working with them and they did a good job. I will use Jon again as I have other projects to get my house ready for going on the market. I also feel comfortable referring him to others. I rated a "C" on responsiveness because I had to follow up with Jon to obtain an estimate

John is awesome! Very dependable and always does a great job!

Jon is my go to guy whenever I need anything done around the house. I am a widow and unfortunately I did not use Angie's List when my husband was alive as Jon would not have to redo what he did (God rest his soul). I send Jon and email, we agree on a day and time (when I am not at work) and he shows up and gets the job done. I have used him many times in the past and will do so again.

Jon did what he said he would do, easy to work with, nice job, seemed like a fair price. Will probably hire again.
