It was a wonderful experience. Garth arrived 5 min before the appt time and did a walk through with me and I showed him everything that was needing attention. He quickly went to work and had everything repaired in 30 min! He was very nice and answered all of my questions as well and spoke to me about solar panels I inquired on. He wasn't rushing off or in a hurry. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service.

I called office at 8:15 AM; they said someone would arrive between 9 AM and 12 Noon. About 10:30 AM, I got a call from Roger saying he was on his way and would arrive in about 15 min. About 10:45 AM, Roger arrived; I told him my CO/Gas detector alarmed about 3 AM, I checked it out and found the detector didn't seem to be acting right, so I decided it was a false alarm. However, as a precaution, I shut down the furnace and turned off the gas. Roger used his meter and checked for CO and/or gas and found no problems. I then had him listen to what I thought might be a noisy bearing in the furnace blower. He determined it was the inducer motor, not the main blower motor and gave me the option of replacing it now or waiting. I elected to wait. He finished the paperwork and left shortly after 11 AM. Roger was very personable and professional taking the time to explain what he was doing, and we discussed future replacement of entire heating and cooling system. I was very pleased with the entire service call.

From the beginning, I was given 3 options on systems to purchase depending on my needs and the cost I was willing to spend. Any issues I was having were explained to me in layman's terms and if I needed to do anything about it. After hours of research, I knew I wanted a Trane System. So, I went to Trane's website to find St Louis Dealers. After researching each one with Angies List and the BBB, I chose the Indoor Comfort team. This team was courteous, punctual, skilled, professional, and educated in their trade. You can look around all you want, but if you are considering a Trane system, it is well worth your while to have Adam and his team give you a quote. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!!! I felt assured that I was getting an excellent system at a great value. Oh and besides that, once we were done, they filled out all the paperwork for me to get energy rebates from Ameren and Laclede gas.... They have the customer in mind and provide a total service.

I called for appt about 2pm; they said they could come same day. Service Tech called ahead and arrived about 3:30 PM . After checking things out. he replaced pressure switch, then cycled the furnace a couple of times to make sure it worked okay. And he even replaced the air filter I had yet to install, because I can't get down on my knees very well and the filter can be a real "pill" to put in. We finished the paperwork and he left. Total time was about 30 min.

All the guys were great. Always on time and very professional. I would highly recommend!

Indoor Comfort Team is an excellent company. Everything went well and I am very pleased. Adam, the estimator, was very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. They were able to schedule the installation for the very next week. The AC that I ordered was not immediately available, so they upgraded me to the next larger unit for free. The crew was very nice and did a great job (the city inspector said that the work was well done). They took care of filing the paperwork for the Ameren rebate (for the furnace) and I have already received the $550 rebate check. They sent me all the paperwork I needed to file for the Laclede rebate (for the water heater) and gave me clear instructions on what to do. Great customer service and quality of work.

I bought the deal on Angie's list. Adam (owner) came out and speced everything out. Scheduled a date in September to take advantange of Ameran $650 rebate. I agreed to pay an additional $685 for the permit and relocation of the A/C unit (because of the location of the new room). There guys game out an installed and tested everything out. Did nice clean work and cleaned up after themselves. The hauled off the old furnance but left the old A/C unit, A-couil and blower on my request. I have rental properties and may reuse it. Currently I'm planning to have them run the duct work in the new addition. Dealing with Murph on this. He's been great to work with. I also talked with Adam about doing maintenance/repair work at my six rentals. He will prob get that business.

He strongly emphasized how they optimize the installation of the AC system to achieve the highest possible efficiency and how they have a special relationship with Trane which may be necessary for the best installation. He provided lots of information, some of it quite technical, on the AC systems which made one believe they could do it. He spent quite a bit of time answering my many questions. He also provided a price and complete equipment comparison of a ?good?, a ?better? and a ?best? system with a complete listing of all of the work that would be done. It was very impressive. However there is a heavy price for this. His quote was $1000 more than the quotes for comparable systems from other HVAC companies. Additionally the annual maintenance costs were higher. I calculate that the potential increased system efficiency would not lead to sufficiently reduced electricity costs to offset the larger upfront installation costs over the life of the system for a small 2 Ton system like mine. Consequently I went with another company.

prompt and timely arrival. Removed and hauled away all of old unit. installed new furnace, a/c coil, sheet metal work all new, new a/c condenser, all new lines, all new electrical, new humidifier, and new thermostat with wifi enabled controls. charged sytem, ran leak test on furnace (natural gas) and complete systems check before reviewing all operations and warranties with us. in addition their office personnel the next day registered all of our warranty information with trane (manufacture) for us and mailed all registration papers to us. they cleaned entire job site. overall very happy with sales staff, technicans and office personnel. service was first rate. all was completed as promised in one day. .recommend to anyone.

My experience with the Indoor Comfort Team was excellent from start to finish. One of the company owners, Adam, came out to my house to look at the work I wanted to have done and provided me with a variety of options (AC, heat pump, mini-split system) to replace our old air conditioner. I live in a smaller house and the old air handler was tucked up under the roofline in our finished attic space. I was interested in maximizing the space available as much as possible and Adam and his crew worked with me to figure out the best installation option that was in my budget. I also felt that Adam was very forthright about his company's pricing and the services they would perform, and that was definitely one of my deciding factors in hiring his company. Unlike other estimates I received, Adam left me with an estimate before he left the house and was very thorough in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. On installation day, the crew from Indoor Comfort Team arrived on time and worked hard the entire day to install our new heat pump and air handler. They were very professional, thorough, and clean. At the end of the day when they started the system up, the crew ran into a problem with the air handler with which they were clearly stumped. They spent at least another hour trying to get everything working, before leaving and promising to have it resolved the next day. First thing the next morning, one of Indoor Comfort Team's troubleshooting techs arrived and diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. It turned out to be a loose connection in the air handler that wasn't fully tightened at the factory. After the fix, everything started up normally and has been working great ever since. We have had our new heat pump now for about 3 months and have been very happy with it. During some of the colder evenings in the early spring, it provided great backup heating to our old boiler, and has now been providing great cooling during the hotter days of late spring. Overall the system is excellent and well-built. Despite not being one of the higher end units, it is significantly quieter than our old system -- at times it's hard to tell if it's running or not. My overall experience with Indoor Comfort Team was great and I would hire them again without question.

After extensive research we contacted Indoor Comfort Team as one of the companies to give us an estimate. Paul, our Service Advisor, came promptly and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. Answered all of our questions and left the decisions to us. After getting other quotes, we went with Indoor Comfort because they gave us the best price and were so helpful. The installation went perfect and the follow up was great too. They took care of all of the rebate submissions for us through Ameren and Laclede as well. This is a very well run company that has expectations for their employees and it is reflected in their service. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. We have had our unit for over a month now and have had no problems and our electric bill is much lower due to the high efficiency of the Trane unit. THANK YOU Indoor Comfort Team!

The Indoor Comfort Team provided excellent professional services from sales presentation through installation. I purchased a Trane system and am totally satisfied. I recently had my first maintenance service and really took note of the extra time spent calibrating my air system. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort Team.

Excellent as always. I'm so glad I purchased my Trane heating and air conditioning system from Indoor Comfort Team. They have outstanding employees that are knowledgeable and very informative.

They were very fast and efficient. I was happy with the outcome.

Contacted them on a Monday and was able to schedule them for the next Monday. They called on Saturday to confirm my appointment. Tech was to be at my house between 12-5pm. Tech called at 2 to say he was on his way. Tech arrived at 3 and work was completed by 4pm. Tech cleaned the HVAC unit and adjusted gas pressure on the furnace. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Wore covers on his shoes. Very professional. I decided to sign up for the twice a year maintenance plan where the unit is serviced for the furnace and then is serviced for the A/C. Very happy with them.

Nick was totally professional and finished in a timely manner, with care to keep our home clean. Assisted by Russ, both did a great job. They kept me informed as gas and water were turned off. I would not hesitate to call Indoor Comfort Team for future work/maintenance. They have good prices for the quality of products and workmanship they provide. I have used them in the past for heating/cooling and would not use any other company.

We can't say enough positive things about Indoor Comfort Team. From Chad (who came out and gave us the bid) to Steve and Nick ( the installers) we were highly impressed with the entire experience. They were professional, friendly, and hard-working. My husband asked many questions, and they always took the time to answer thoroughly. I was extremely pleased and impressed at how courteous the installers were in making certain they didn't track anything into the house, how they covered our carpets so that nothing was tracked in, and how completely they cleaned up before they left. Murph, in the office, called to make certain the work was completed to our satisfaction. Chad also called to see if we had any questions. We certainly had lower bids from other companies, but we both feel this was money well invested in our home.

I call this company to get a estimate this company was the second best for there price the 3rd best for having a noncomplaint against on there company. But what I don't like is all the other company was going to install a new thermostat with the new furnace. Furnace installers and one ladys working in office was very nice.

The service went fine. The crew had to come out multiple times to diagnose the issue with the furnace and figure out how to resolve the issue. They actually were never able to repair the unit and just replaced the unit. It took one day for them to replace the unit. The technicians were informative and were good at following up with us. We had no problem scheduling the service.

I have been very pleased with the purchase of the two heating and air condition systems. The installation was professionally done and the crew did a good job of explaining the operation of the two systems.

He came out and gave a bid, explained all of what was needed, explained the cost and the work to be done. They showed up the next day, on time, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Very satisfied! I would highly recommend them!!!
