Needed squirrels out of my attic. We are still trapping but I am confident they will get the job done. Very nice techs, always shows up and super nice people in office. Locally owned and it shows. Will use them again for sure.

Holper's helped us keep the sqirrels out while we waited for the roofer. They extended their service for several months in order to accommodate us. The service was reliable and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

The tech was great, very helpful and informative. Set traps, caught a mole and activity was quiet for awhile. Since construction started up around me, more mole activity! Holpers has been on it, and because the job is open from earlier in December, there is no charge for the continued service, only when they trap a mole. They charge a yearly fee (maybe $300?), plus a charge per mole (maybe $79? can't remember). I've used Rottler and Critter Control in the past, but I've found that Holper's is the best value and most effective.

Holper's sent someone out a couple days after I called. He was prompt, thorough, and polite. He explained their procedure clearly. Someone will be out here to refill the stations in a month and then every other month after that, however there is a charge each time they provide this service.

They were expensive but they did good work. The raccoon has not been back since.

Have done business with them on a quarterly basis for years. Service people are always friendly and professional, but we often have to wait until just about the end of the three hour appointment window before they show up. Called today when it was getting near 3 hours again and we were told they were delayed and it would be another 45 minutes. Delays are understandable but what is not is the matter of fact way it was communicated and not being advised when the delay was known on their end. We schedule 3 months in advance and should be able to get better service than last stop in the time window and no notice when they can't be on time. Told the dispatcher to take us off their future schedule and after years of being a customer his response was "okay". Not even a simple "sorry". There are plenty of pest control companies in STL that I'm sure would appreciate our business and figure out a way to be on time and communicate delays in a timely manner.

Matt was on-time and provided a quick analysis of our vole problem. Bait traps were set and the holes were also baited. Matt explained that it may take three treatments over three months to rid ourselves of the varmits. Holper's is by far the best at what they do. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They responded very quickly and I also talked to them on the phone about my issue with the varments getting into my basement, and they gave me some ideas as to what I could check before I had them come out. I am on a limited income and wanted to see what I could do first before I have them come out. They were very nice and helpful.

I was very impressed with the level of service that Holpers had preformed. It first started out as on morning earlier in the week I was out side smoking(yes, I Know it is bad for me)and having my morning coffee. I noticed some insects flying out of the ground very quickly and in one direction. I knew immediately that we had a Yellow Jacket issue. We have had them in the past in a few places in the yard and I know how they act and what they do. I study these insects, as well as any other Insects that have the ability to fly and sting. I have a sever phobia with bees, wasps, yellow jackets, and others. I had called Holpers that morning to get a quote as to how much it would cost to get rid of them. We watch my nephew who is 4 years old and is allergic to almost every type of insect. His Parents and us have not had the chance to see what would happen with bees or wasps and being stung. Nor do we want to find this out. Holper's gave me a time of between 2PM-4PM. I had received a call from Holpers at 1:30 stating that the will be arriving in 15 Minutes. Shock The heck out of me. When they arrived I greeted them outside and showed them where I had seen the insects were flying in and out at, and of course there must be a law of nature or something. There was nothing coming out of any of the holes that was in the ground in the yard. The technician laughed and said "isn't that always the way." I said "I swear To the good Lord above that there has been insects flying in and out of the ground right around here." he said "oh I Believe ya. so Let's poke the hole to see if we can get them mad." This brought back memories of being a kid say the same thing. This is probably where my phobia came from. He grabbed a stick and poked the hole. We waited about 10-20 seconds. Nothing. did it again. Nothing. He did it one more time and all of a sudden I saw a yellow jacket head poke out. That's all I needed to see and I was through the door, in the house and door shut in 0.3 seconds flat. The technician just laughed at me, (which I didn't care because I couldn't stop laughing either) and as the literally thousands of Yellow Jackets swarming the yard, he was extremely calm about it. He came to the door and let me know that he was going to get the gear and his bee suit on and he took care of the situation. The Yellow Jackets tried attacking home while he smoked and destroyed their nest and spraying the ground and after about a half hour they had dispersed and once he was finished with the job there were only a few Yellow Jackets flying around. He then checked the rest of the front yard to make sure that there were no other nests. He let me know that if there were any nests that pop up in the front yard the they will come back out and re-spray because we had received a 3 or a 6 warranty for the work that was done. I don't remember if it was 3 or 6. But, hey they gave us a warranty. They also do a POS (Point of Sale) with a Credit/Debit card right there at the time of service. Personally I do not like writing checks. and If I can Take care of my bill right there I will. I recommend Holpers To anyone that needs pest removal especially Yellow Jackets, Bees, and Wasps.

Left them a message to contact me, because I was having problems with Carpenter Ants. They have never called me back. Not very professional and will never give them an opportunity to ever service my house and will let other's know about it!

Holper’s Pest & Animal Solutions are punctual, they say they are going to be here and show up, and they do a nice job at what they do. They are real friendly.

They are excellent. They are on time. They do what they are supposed to do and leave.

They also do an annual termite inspection. They do very good work. They are consistent and reliable. They've helped with special problems that other companies weren't able to uncover. We had a mice and squirrel problem, and they have resolved it for us.

I like them. Its worth what they charge. Yes, I would definitely use this company again in the future

They show up on time and we have not had any pest issues so they are doing their job. Their price is just a little high but they do a good job.

I've always liked them. They are not pushy. They have been around for a long time. They know the St. Louis area really well. I have always been satisfied with the results. I don't think their prices are different than anybody else.

They took are of the problem. I might call around and talk to other competitors before using them again but if I could not beat their price I would use them again in the future.

They do larger animal (squirrel, raccoon, etc.) extermination and trapping.

I liked them. I think they were a little expensive. They were very courteous and prompt.

They always come out in a timely manner, same guy all the time. He looks after us good. They are very reasonable.

They have great customer service. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They come right away anytime I call them with problems. They are right across the street from my house. Insects had got into my house and they came within one or two days and helped me with the problem.
