Grateful Power Wash did a fantastic job cleaning the siding of our house, which looked the best it has looked in years after its cleaning. John spent a lot of time on both the siding and windows and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again.

John did a great job. Our siding is very old. He uses a gentle method that cleans beautifully, even got rid of every bit of mold.

It went great! John was quick to respond to my inquiry and gave a quick estimate and date of availability. He was on time (early, actually) and my home looks all sparkly clean. I appreciate his timely response, his price and his ability to do the job well.

John Thiel, the owner of the company, was punctual and did the job for a cost I found very reasonable. He even went out of his way to accommodate schedule. On top of that he was very friendly and did a very good job. I would recommend him with no reservations.

Owner emailed that he was in the area and wanted to do my house after completing the job. This would mean a late afternoon appointment. He came and started but violent weather came through and he had to stop twice. He got the job done despite the weather and two short power outages. It was raining when he finished so he called to say I could mail him a check when I was able to inspect the work. I inspected it the next morning and was very pleased and mailed the check immediately.

John did a superb job. I recommend that everyone use his services; I am very happy with the work. Oh--he works diligently and is a pleasant, interesting person.

I couldn't be more pleased with Grateful Pressure Wash. John Thiel was punctual, considerate, accommodating and provided a thorough service with much attention to detail. Because I had not yet cleaned out my gutters as I had planned, due to our many storms, and doing them after the pressure wash, would have soiled the special gutter treatment, I decided to add a gutter cleaning offered by John, to the original purchased deal for a very modest added fee. My siding, soffits and gutters look like new! - and they are far from new. Even my screens and windows are clean! John Thiel's work is very professional. He went above and beyond to make this customer happy. He also readily answered any and all my questions in a respectful and friendly manner. A job very well done!

They did a good job, gave a price, and they did the taking off the paint, at no additional cost. He was just very nice. I will be calling them back for some works on my gutters in a couple of weeks time.
