He did my house today even though it was storming and when the lightning started he just sat in his truck and waited it out. You don't find that kind of service just anywhere anymore! A deck, driveway, driveway walls, front and back porches and front walk were soft washed to remove grime and mold. The deck went from just a deck to a like new selling point that other contractors have agreed looks great. The unpainted deck was clean enough that it could now be painted. $320 for a contractor with a truck full of equipment and over a days work was very reasonable.

I contacted several companies for quotes, indicating I needed the powerwash completed in a very timely manner due to the upcoming wedding. Grateful Power Wash got back to me quickly, and worked very late one of the nights the following week to fit us in. I appreciated his responsiveness and outstanding work. Our house looked beautiful for the wedding!

We unrolled our awning at approximately 6:30 and discovered how it had become moldy and extremely dirty from a winter and summer of being packed up. I called John from Greatful pressure wash and despite the fact that it was almost 6:30 at night John gracefully put your shoes back on and came out to take care of our urgent situation. His soft wash procedure is second to none are canopies never look so good and I highly recommend his services. Despite the fact that we were an out-of-town race team and in an emergency situation his price was more than reasonable and that was greatly appreciated also.

He was great and did an outstanding job pressure washing the entire house, deck and external garage. The house looks great with all of the dirt and mold off. Pricing was extremely fair considering how much needed to be completed. I will definitely hire him again when the time comes in about two years.

I'm in the process of selling my home and the previous tenants spray painted on the driveway. I called John who was very responsive and made a same day service call. I honestly thought I was going to have to resurface my driveway until he showed up and worked his magic. I literally can't tell there were ever any painted marks on the surface!
