I e-mailed the website that morning and promptly received a call to set up an appointment for that afternoon. When Dennis arrived, I showed him my auto insurance info and he informed me that my carrier no longer covered chipped windshield repair. However, he would only charge me what he would have charged the insurance company with a discount. Then when I told him I had found him on Angie's list, he gave me another discount. The repair was quick and thorough. There is a reason his company is #1.

I emailed a request on the Glas Tek web site late Sat evening and Dennis called me at 8:30 Mon morning. I wasn't anticipating such a quick response, and wasn't able to call back until Thurs. When I called, he said he was in the area and would be at my house in 20 min. to do the repair on my windshield. Then my husband told me he also had a ding, so when Dennis arrived, I asked him if he could repair that while he was here. He replied that it was better to do his repair at the same time because then he could give me the second car at half price. He also asked how I found him, and when I told him I found him on AL, he also volunteered that he had a 10% off coupon for Angie's List members currently running that he would apply on top of the second car half price deal. (I had printed out the coupon, but hadn't mentioned it yet.) He also fixed a third ding on my car for free because it was so tiny, and a fourth ding he looked at but said it was so shallow that it wasn't worth paying to repair it. The whole thing took a half an hour. From start to finish, Dennis provided the kind of honest and professional service that is rare today.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Glas Tek - Dennis answered the phone (no voice mail), set up an appointment & came to my house 2 days later. he fixed the damage quickly and also guaranteed his work. I was also impressed that, after seeing the damage, the fee he charged was substantially less than the other companies I had called. Thoroughly professional & courteous. I will definitely call him again if I ever have more windshield issues.

Glasstek came to my worksite to fix my windshield. I scheduled it online at their website. Received a call the very next day. The repairs went smoothly. Very professional. He is the best of the best. I have used him over 4 times so far.

I was really thrilled to find someone who would repair a windshield crack that was larger than a dollar bill! I called Dennis on Friday and he came to my home to fix the windshield on Monday morning. Although I can still faintly see the crack in certain light situations (it looks like a thin scratch), it is fixed and Dennis has guaranteed that it will not crack any further. I was really happy with my entire experience. Dennis arrived on time. He was professional, polite, and helpful. I would definitely call him again. He saved me a lot of money - to replace the windshield would have cost $262, and no one else would repair a crack of this length!

Dennis came within 1/2 hr. after my phone call. He was honest and explained that because the chip was deep I would see a slight spot after the repair. The spot remaining was hardly noticeable and I was very satisfied with the job. Because he bills the insurance company directly, there was no cost to me.

Everything went great. I actually called a different company to do the work, but they subcontract the very small repairs to Glas-Tek. Dennis met me at my workplace and had the repairs complete within about 10 minutes.

The company was very responsive. I have received a service the next day after calling. The company member was also very flexible about the place where to perform the service. The service was done in the parking garage while I was at work. Very convenient.

I called another auto glass company, that out source chip repair to this company. He returned my phone call promptly. Quoted me $60 for the repair. This included coming to my place of work to do the repair. He gave me a two hour window on my day of choice. He arrived within the two hours. He was very pleasant and completed the repair quickly. All in all a very pleasant experience. He does provide a life time guarantee on his work.

They were fast and helpful. He was able to schedule my appointment within an hour of me calling. It wasn't very expensive either!
