Dennis is awesome! I noticed a windshield crack this morning which I thought was pretty small, turns out it was about 8" long (I couldn't see some of it). I found Glass Tek's information on Angie's list with great reviews and a coupon, so I called this morning when I got to work (turns out he just fixed my bosses car recently too). Dennis even mentioned there was a coupon on here just in case I missed it. Super awesome to do that. He was in my work garage downtown a little over an hour later and had the job done so fast! I stood down there with him to see how it's done because I'm a curious George, he's such a nice guy. It's supposed to freeze this weekend, and I'm driving to Denver in 2 weeks, so I wanted to try to fix the crack early. I HIGHLY recommend Dennis and Glass Tek. He'll be my glass guy for life. :)

This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. At 8:00 a rock hit my windshield causing a deep chip. When I arrived home I researched my repair options - Safelite wanted $128 but luckily I found the Glas Tek deal on Angie's List for $59. Dennis called me immediately to schedule and by 10:30 my windshield was fixed. I never expected that this would have been completed in less than 3 hours from the time the chip occurred and at more than 50% less than the cost of other service providers. I really appreciate the service Dennis provided and would recommend him to anyone.

The work was completed very quickly. I called the day I purchased the deal and was able to get the chip fixed that day. The service was excellent, I can barely see where the chip was. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.
