Glas Tek Windshield Repair

HIGHLY recommended, and will definitely use in the future!!! I recently purchased a used car which had a large rock chip with surrounding cracks. As I will be out of town this week, I saw his Angie's List deal, and sent a message. He came to my place of work just 2 hours later, which was amazing. On top of that, upon inspection, he informed me that the damage had already been repaired, with only a very small part that could still be treated, but likely wasn't necessary. I did not need to spend the $59 for the deal, or $100+ that it could have cost me to take elsewhere, and he didn't even ask for anything for his time. Could not have provided better service, and I definitely trust him for future repairs!

My husband told me to find someone to fill a chip in his vehicle. I found this deal, and was much cheaper than elsewhere so gave it a shot. When the technician arrived and inspected, he told my husband the chip was already filled lol (vehicle bought used only a few months prior so must have been previous owner)! However, he continued to inspect and said he found and filled another minor one chip. I was impressed he was honest with us instead of pretending to go ahead and fix the one that didn't need it, and pocket the money. The only thing that would have made the experience better was to refund us at least part of our money vs trying to find something else to fix. However, I am not complaining since it was $59 vs over $100 like some of the other quotes I got. I will use them again in the future and recommend.

My windshield got chipped way back from Georgia on 12/29/15. I looked up Angie's list while driving back on next day. I got home, bought coupon and called. Service man was very near my house and came within an hour. We were lucky the he was near. Very nice guy. My windshield was repair same day I got back from travel. Quick service. Chip is not noticeable anymore. Thank you!

Was able to come out and perform the work at my home within a couple hours after I called him. Courteous, professional, did great work which he guarentees, and provided discount for Angie's List members. I highly recommend Glas Tek!

They called me back right away and told me I was going to need the whole thing replaced. So I didn't use the deal.

Contractor looked at photo of windshield and said the crack was too long to repair.

He wasn't able to repair my windshield because the crack was 11 inches and was near the base (by the defrost line). He responded quickly to my purchase of the Big Deal and asked about the repair and let me know that it is the one area of the window where the repairs tend to not hold up as well. I very much appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He even gave me a referral to someone who could replace the windshield.

Incredible experience. I called and within 2 hours he was at my work (garage parking) and my windshield was fixed. I didn't have to wait while he worked on my windshield, he called when he was finishing up.

We called Glas-Tek this morning to see if they repaired windshields on motorhomes. He said yes, asked where we were located, and said he could be there within 30 minutes. My husband met him at the storage unit, it was fixed professionally and in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed with his promptness and availability. Would definitely use this company again.

I called Dennis this morning after reading the reviews on Angie's List last night. He answered his phone promptly, asked about the problem. He then gave me a time to meet me at work to make the repair. He showed up on time, looked at the damage, told me what he could do, what he would charge and then did it. He assured me the repair would hold up and said to call if it doesn't. While I hope I never need his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him or recommend him to anyone I know.

He was fast, friendly, and on time. Very personable and did a great job.

I called Dennis at 9:45 and the two chips in my windshield were repaired by 10:55--he arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule, even. He travels to you and works fast; we had just enough time to figure out we went to the same high school before the repair was complete. Very fair price and explained what he was doing just as a part of his routine. Seriously, what more do you ask for in a local business? Will definitely recommend him to family and friends with the bad luck to crack or chip a windshield.

Couldn't have been easier! I called Dennis late yesterday afternoon, scheduled a time slot for this morning (he came to my work location (extremely convenient); no additional cost), and he arrived during our scheduled time (punctual). Dennis is very friendly, professional (he explains what he's doing and why), and quickly repaired the damage in less than 20 minutes. The cost was slightly less than he normally charges because I used the Angie's List member coupon. Very happy with the results, too (I can barely see the chip damage, and the several small cracks orginating from it are invisible). I would highly recommend Dennis and his company for ANY windshield repair needs, and I would use him, again, though I hope I don't have to anytime soon! :)

Things went great. He came right to my office and also repaired windshields on two other coworkers at the same time. The repairs went smoothly and he provided instructions about how to take care of any future chips to make them eaiser to repair. The whole process was done quickly and for a great price.
