Description of Work: I called these guys on Friday morning, 4/12/11 and left a message saying I would like them to check out my chimney for cleaning and also wanted them to give me an estimate on tuck pointing of the chimney. I left them my home phone number and my cell number. I waited until Monday morning, 4/18/11, without a call back and called them again and left another message. Now it's Wednesday morning, 4/20/11 and I still have not received a call from anyone. I'm not sure how these people do business like this, but I don't think I will call them back a third time.
