They've done work for us and they are an A class company.

They seemed very careful in estimating the cost of the job. They were very reasonable and the job was done right.

Inspection, bidding, and actual work done in a reasonable amount of time. Quality was great. Cost was fair and reasonable.

They didn't try to talk me into a whole new roof or any goofy thing like that. They fixed the leak and it has stopped leaking. I didn’t do any price comparison.

They showed up at 6:30 am in the morning and started pounding on the roof. They didn't knock on the door or call and let us know they were coming. I almost called the police because I was startled. I went out and had to show them where the plug in was and they asked that I move my car so they could park their dumpster. I said no because there was plenty of room on the street and across the street. They worked on the roof until 5:00 pm that night and didn't say a word to me all day long. They finally called back 2 days later and said they were coming by with a checklist that we needed to go over. I told them I didn't want to do the checklist because they upset me with the way they handled things throughout the job and the total lack of communication. After I said that and hung up, they called me back again a total of 4 times. I kept telling them that I didn't want to talk to them again or complete the checklist. Overall it was a aggravating experience and I would never do business with them again.

They did it quickly. The price was average. The best part was that they had someone come and inspect the work after it was done. He even had them come back and fix a part he didn't feel comfortable with. They showed up on time and finished when they said they would.

It was excellent. He came out and he was very nice and professional. In a week or two the crew came out and repaired the roof very quickly there was no mess, I came home and it was done and everything looked great. I have had no problems with the roof leaking anymore.

It went fine. The only problem we had with them is that their date was wrong and there was a miscommunication where they came when we didn't know they would be. They were on time and returned our phone calls promptly.

The roof was not done professionally to begin with. They came out and were responsive, and it took about three times, but it was done to my husband specifications when they were finished.

They got out to give me an estimate quickly and I promptly accepted the estimate. From that point it was a long delay to having the roof work begin. I placed several follow-up calls. Some winter weather contributed to the delays, but I only learned this by calling to check when they were coming. They followed up after completion of work to make sure I was satisfied.

I did not hire them based on price and their lack of follow-up procedures. This company arrived on time for the estimate and completed it thoroughly. They provided me information and the estimate. However, they never contacted me to determine my decision.

WHEN I CALLED TO SEE ABOUT GETTING AN ESTIMATE, I WAS TOLD THEY HAD A MAN IN THE AREA AND HE COULD BE THERE IN A FEW HOURS. WITHIN 1 HOUR, HE SHOWED UP AND LOOKED AT MY ROOF AND SAID HE WOULD MAIL ME AN ESTIMATE. I RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE AND CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE WORK. I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WAS ONLY A REPAIR THAT NO ONE WOULD NEED TO BE HOME AT THE TIME OF REPAIR. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ABOUT 7-10 DAYS BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK. TO MY SURPRISE, 2 DAYS LATER A CREW SHOWED UP AND COMPLETED THE REPAIR VERY QUICKLY. I WAS GLAD TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE TO BEAT THE RAIN AND SNOW OF FALL.

The work was done well and they did a great job of cleaning up before they left. We did have to have our gutter "Monster" removed before they could replace the old roof. They came out a year ago and gave us the estimate. The price did not change in a year.

I was told that I would be contacted but never heard anything.

The crew was extremely professional. They did a wonderful job with clean up. They were back up and working when it came to breaks. When I got home that evening I could not tell they had even been there and I had a beautiful new roof.

After initial call I waited about 2 and a half weeks before calling again. I was told in the second call that the rain was causing a delay in estimates. I called again after one more week and was informed that they had no record of my having called for an estimate. I cancelled the job.

The company was prompt with the estimate, and the price was very reasonable. However, the estimator did not include my front porch in the bid. (I had asked for the clay tile to be replaced as I had a leak in the house, and the tile on the porch was cracked and falling off.) At first, I thought it was a scam trying to get more money for the job. The estimator was not receptive to my complaints stating he ''thought I didn't want the porch done.'' This should have been very clear. The owner of the company, however, responded quickly and appropriately, and in the end, I would use them again. Even after this occurred, the estimator failed to call me to tell me the porch required quite a bit of wood replacement. Communication with the customer by the staff could definitely be improved. In the end, the problems were resolved.

Quick response to my inquiry. The salesman was polite and professional, and sent me a written estimate with several options. Suggested installing vents to help keep the roof from bubbling which was my current problem. Price was a little higher than competition, but not so much higher as to be an issue. Took some time to get the job done, but weather and other issues were a factor. They came, did the work, cleaned up in one working day. Would have liked a call before they showed up!

Excellent. Fast, best price and very easy to deal with. Would recommend and use again anytime. Cleaned up and left my yard better looking than when they arrived!!

AMONG THE VERY FEW ROOFERS THAT WOULD EVEN QUOTE ON THE SMALL JOBS. THEY QUOTED ON A TIMELY BASIS; REASONABLE QUOTES; REPAIRS COMPLETED TIMELY AND EFFECTIVELY.

I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, PERIOD. I THINK THAT THIS TELLS YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE. HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY.

PLACED CALL THREE WEEKS AGO. ESTIMATOR CAME TO RESIDENCE ON 2/1/05.

I RECEIVED SEVERAL BIDS AND THEIR PRICING WAS IN LINE. IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT BEFORE THEY STARTED ON THE ROOF, HOWEVER, THERE WAS A MAJOR HAIL STORM IN THE AREA & MANY ROOFS BEING REPLACED. THE DAY AFTER THE STORM, THEY CAME OUT AND PATCHED MY SKYLIGHTS EVENTHOUGH I HAD NOT HIRED THEM YET. THEY DID A QUALITY, EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
