I wished I could give them an A+. They are always cordial. They follow up and they clean up too.

Considering what poor condition the roof was in, we were very pleased with the outcome. We had some serious leaks in the house and they haven't leaked since. I would recommend them and would use them again.

I like that it stuck because years ago, we had have another company and they had to keep coming back and charging more every time they came back for repairing the same spot. This time, they repaired it well with some flashing that needed to be replaced as well. Our interaction with them was fine. The work they did turned out fine. It has held for at least one year. I do not know how it will hold going forward.

Everything went great. They have the best warranty & the workmanship was quite good. They always arrived when I was told they would be here, & did a good job on cleanup. There were two small issues after the initial installation & they were taken care of the day after I contacted Ferguson. I am well satisfied.

The job was great. They were very, very nice and easy to work with. I had to call them out about something. They just didn't look right to me. They came out the next day and looked at it. They made the adjustments. They had mentioned something else that we've had issues for years and the guy could not take care of it that time. There was water in the gutters. We left town and my neighbor called me up and she said, "Somebody just pulled in your driveway. He got out of truck and he was getting up on your roof. Are you expecting anybody?" I said, "Well, not really but go ask who they are. If that's some service in roofing, then they'd come out to take care of the issue." The guy said that I don't have to be here. He said he'll just come up and take care of it. He said we have to have dry weather to do it. He came and he did it. I would give them A+. They were terrific. We had other bids and they were all pretty much the same. The insurance covered it. The roof sure looks good. We haven't had any leaks. I can say the quality is good. They take pictures of the old roof and they take pictures as they're doing things. If there's any question, they can say, "Here's what we were putting on this and that." They have proof of everything. You see it and they have proof that they have done it. I would use them and I would recommend them to other people.

They did a great job, we were very pleased with their work.

They repaired areas of the roof that needed repair before putting the new shingles on. The did a good job of keeping the area clean and cleaned up when the job was done. I was very pleased with the overall job.

They were good workers, but my husband had to coach them a little bit about the chimney flashing throughout the process. They were professional and are satisfied with the end result.

Everything went well. They were very fast and did it in a timely fashion. They are very reasonably priced.

I thought it took awhile for them to get to me once I signed the contract. Told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks. There were a few rain days. Took around 5 to 6 weeks to get to me. Once started everything went fine. Took two days. to complete.

We had a few screens that were damaged when the roof came off. We called them and they came right out and fixed them at no charge to us. They were awesome. The sales person responded immediately. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Any followup questions I have they were very responsive. Even their financial person was very courtesy and helpful. I do not have anything negative to say and I would definitely recommend them.

Gentleman arrived with a truck and ladder and introduced himself advising he would examine my roof and provide me a written estimate. After approximately 15 minutes, he provided me a written estimate starting at $5500 with options bringing the total to $6500 for an approximate 2200 sq foot roof surface replacement job. I ended up taking some options and settled for a $6040 total. I was put into the companies calendar and two weeks later a team of 5 men arrived at 8am and finished the roof replacement in approximately 8 hours. All old roofing debris was cleaned up and the new roof looks awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you need a new roof.

They showed up on-time and they were careful to cleanup after themselves. They didn't leave a mess and the job they did was exactly what they said they would do, they were very professional.

They did a super job. They went out on the day that they were supposed to. The price was right. They did everything that they said they were going to do. They did change the date a couple of times, it wasn't because they weren't willing to go out, it was just because I think it was snowing or raining.

Horrible. We have been told the roof is shot after 10 years. All shingles flat. An old shingle was used and too many holes were punched into each shingle. We are shocked. All this after our house failed inspection with a contract ready due to this roof problem. I hope this company is put out of business.

I discovered a leak in my roof on Sunday. I contacted Ferguson Roofing at 8:30am, on Monday. The person I spoke with said that they would give my information to the person that makes that schedule for their estimators/roofers to come out, and look at the needed work. They said that this person would contact me regarding an appointment, later that day. I stated that I had a leak in my roof, and that it was urgent that I have someone come out and take look at it and/or repair it, within the next day or so. I contacted Ferguson Roofing, at 4:00pm that same day (Monday), because I hadn't heard from them, regarding my appointment. When I reached someone, I told them my situation, and they stated that the person that makes the schedule for the estimators/roofers, had gone home for the evening. They apologized and stated that they would be in contact with me, the next day (Tuesday). Tuesday has come and gone, and I still haven't received a call from Ferguson Roofing. I thought when someone states that they have a leak in their roof, that a roofing company would have a sense of urgency to come out and fix the leak, or at least give them a call back, for an appointment. Neither of these things were performed, and I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in Ferguson Roofing. I will NOT be using Ferguson Roofing for any of my exterior projects (personal or business). HORRIBLE customer service.

They always do a good job and we have never had a problem with them. If anything is wrong they always come right back out and fix it issue. THey had competitive prices too.

The previous owner of this house had Ferguson install the roof (2009). We have had some issues with leaking between the garage and 2nd story of the main house since we have lived here (since late 2010). We contacted Ferguson and they spoke with us regarding our concerns. Apparently part of the issues we are having are due to roof design. A crew performed repairs under warranty even thought the original roof was installed to the previous owners' specifications. The repairs appear to be excellent quality and we are looking forward to a dry and leak free garage. The technician we spoke with was polite and informative and kept us updated with scheduling. The repairs were performed in a timely manner.

They were very professional

First Rate service from the initial meeting to the final installation. I solicited bids from 3 companies and Ferguson had the lowest cost and in my opinion provided the best assesement and explanation of what needed to be completed. On the day it was installed the employees were kind and curtious and went out of their way to ensure my family was safe when entering/exiting the house. I was amazed to see that they had even spray painted all the vent pipes to match the roof. They followed up afterwards to see if there were any way they can improve, even offered to pay for a flat tire I had on my riding lawnmower becuase of a stray nail.

I originally had Ferguson come out for an estimate because I had hoped I might be covered by insurance, and of the providers suggested by my insurance, they were the highest rated in Angie's List. Even when I found that I would not be covered by insurance, I liked them and had them do the work. They removed two layers of old shingles and re-roofed. The team that came out arrived as scheduled and worked quickly but well. In addition to how my roof looked, I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up my property.

We had a leak develop on our 3 year old home. The company that had installed the roof refused to come out in a timely manner and with rain in the forecast, we called Ferguson. They came out the next day and fixed the leak. We requested someone also come out and do an overall more complete inspection of the roof. The staff was punctual, polite and informative. When it's time for a new roof we will definitely think of Ferguson

I thought they were good. They had to return because they had the wrong size skylight. They found it and came back and did the work well as far as we know.

Everything was excellent. The leak that was there has ended since. After some very bad storms, everything has seemed to turn out well, as there are no further leaks. It did take about 4 weeks for them to start the project but it came out great.

They are honest. They do a good and quality job. They are very professional and friendly.
