A Horrible, Harassing, Intimidating, Unorganized, Unequipped, and Unapologetic disgraceful behavior from the office manager and president, These are words I can say about my own personal customer experience with Ferguson Roofing Management. You can run away, easy for you. Facing problems and working through them makes a person strong. You hurt me and my family bro. Why did you abandon contract without finishing as outlined? Why did you try charging me for work that your contractors did that was specially detailed NOT to be done? Why was no supervision on you staff or team? Why did your staff harassed me in your office when I came to pay the bill. Why did your staff Not order the siding early and insist it was available? you had months to get that, right? I yes I had to finish the job myself. Your salesman said to me ”I am just another p***** off customer”. Yes it sure feels like it. BBB accredited? Ran this complaint through and not sure what it accomplished. Every detail of evidence was uploaded on the complaint. Looked to my viewpoint the BBB approves such dreadful practices.

Subpar work to say the least. After waiting a month for Ferguson to repair multiple holes in our roof from a downed branch on August 12, the country inspector had to stop work because Ferguson didn't pull the proper permit. Then I was required to higher an engineer by the country to make sure repairs are done correctly. During the inspection by the engineer he found multiple lower and upper broken trusses, along with other repairs ignored by Ferguson. Not to mention subpar repairs to two upper trusses that Ferguson said were not damaged. If there was no damage then why is there two by fours glued to the trusses right were there where holes in the roof? The engineer from Everroux Engineering also community Ferguson definitely should of pulled a permit and made proper plans before starting repairs...

John at Ferguson Roofing was outstanding! He came out on the weekend to do the repairs, and was quick (but thorough) and professional. I would definitely use Ferguson roofing again.

I noticed shingles missing off my roof and several storms came through this spring. I contacted three different roofing companies to give me an estimate on what needed repaired. The first two companies both tried to tell me I needed an entire roof replacement. I contacted ferguson roofing who told me the majority of the roof was still in good shape and only need a few hundred dollars of shingle replacements. After the estimate a date was given for the work and they showed up on time and completed the job. Not only were they honest and reliable but they are huge supporters of first responders and military.

John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. I highly recommend them, whether it's for repairs or for an entirely new roof.

AMAZING! JOHN CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED ON SATURDAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WE HAD HEAVY RAIN ON SUNDAY AND HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH JOHN AND THE REPAIRS. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS AND THEY ARE TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO TALK WITH THEM FIRST BEFORE SIGNING WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Work was phenomenal and done in a timely manner. John was great!

Very well! We were happy to find out about the slope issue before any major issues happened. John is very knowledgeable and he showed me everything that was needed before any work was started.

It went so smoothly I hardly even noticed. They found some unknown by me damage and fixed that very reasonably.

This was an insurance claim. They take all the time that's needed to do a thorough inspection. They made sure they came out when the insurance rep was here so they could make sure they were all on the same page. We had a hail storm and we would have never known all the things that had been affected.

They were here early in the morning and had everything including the clean up done by 11:30 am. I am very happy with the job they did.

My personal ones included them throwing away my satellite dish. My neighbor saw it as it dropped on the drive way, the loading of the shingles was not done with any care, and when a leaked developed they initially stated the cause was from loose siding, except the siding they fixed was on the other side of the house. Then it was siding from an area closer. Then an unsealed nail hole. Now after they have found an unsealed hole they want to say their warranty doesn't cover interior damage. Where do they think leaks go.

They are very good reputable firm and very professional.

Ferguson Roofing just finished replacing the roof on my house for the second time. The first time was due to age and most recently due to hail damage. Prior to the first replacement they made repairs to parts of my roof. I would recommend them without hesitation! From the inspection, through the bid and working with my insurance adjuster, to the clean up afterwards, Ferguson is a class operation. Their pricing is competitive and they do a fabulous job. Ferguson is the BEST! I would definitely use them again. My first experience with them was when they did a roof repair for me. The second time was to replace my entire roof due to age. The third time was to replace the entire roof after hail damage. They are reasonable, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and so nice to work with! You can't go wrong with Ferguson Roofing!

Just a little better communication. I would recommend them, they are okay.

As a professional project manager with 9+ years experience for both Fortune 30 & 100 companies in the St. Louis, MO region and Research Triangle Park region in North Carolina, I am pretty accustomed to dealing with construction suppliers. At this point I have to say Ferguson Roofing completely underwhelmed me with the ability to schedule work, communication among work groups, lack of attention to detail, especially in the production department. Here’s a list of general observations about this specific job: • Work scheduling for neither the roofing or the fascia was not communicated to the homeowner-job site, • The homeowner was not informed the fascia work was complete, • The wrong shingle product was delivered to the job site (this error was caught by the homeowner not the field supervisor/foreman), • Roof inspection indicated a rolled asphalt product (low-pitch product) was used in place of the shingle product ordered without discussion/explanation/approval by the customer/homeowner. This was later noted during an inspection and walkdown, • The field supervisor failed to follow-up on two different occasions to discuss/resolve identified punchlist items and a I initiated a third/final follow-up with the field supervisor/foreman to get closure on the punchlist items. His responses clearly showed lack of follow-up with regard to installation specifications of the shingle product that was being discussed. The invoice description (not amount) was also incorrect and it took two corrections to ensure both the correct product and the necessary warranty language was included in the invoice to ensure an intact warranty. I also sent an additional request to the customer service contact and the production department which would be an immediate red flag to any experienced project manager that there were customer issues. Since we replaced the roof on this home three years ago due to age with another supplier with very trivial follow-up and my experience as a project manager, I believe this assessment is both fair and data-based. I was really disappointed in the service level provided by Ferguson as the company came highly recommended to us. Obviously we had a different experience than other customers hence our decision not to proceed with the gutter installation as we had no desire to continue a business relationship. Save yourself the hassle and hire a contractor with better communication and attention to detail and scheduling abilities. I get the impression they were too busy to provide a better customer experience. I will not recommend Ferguson for any future work based on our personal experience.

Its was very well and satisfy from the very first start of the call to the end of service. Great pricing and warranty for the work done. I will go will them again for any work done for the home.

They were here in 2003 - 2004. I wasn't pleased when they came this last time. It's been long enough we had some roofing material that the color changed on it, we called them back out. They sent us this paper that supposedly we would get a discount but if and when we do our next roof, I just didn't think the quality of the,you know, the material wasn't really that good and so we were just not satisfied. We never pursued it. If I was rating them I would give them a C. I mean we don't have any leaks or anything of that but we're kind of happy about the material that, like I said, part of the roof has different colors and they just left it and they decided that it was some kind of manufacturers defect but they never really did anything to fix it supposedly. So we might get a discount if we get a new roof but I probably won't buy a new roof from them. I don't think that we thought they were outrageous with their price. I don't remember having any problem with them coming out. 3/14/16 - Ferguson Roofing addressed our concerns regarding our 12/16/15 review. They sent someone out to inspect our roof and made some repairs to existing problems of which we weren't even aware. They submitted a claim for us to Owens-Corning regarding the discoloration of a number of our shingles (our main concern) and we received some financial compensation. We appreciate that Ferguson looked into this matter after so many years and followed up with us. Our conversations with Wayne from Ferguson were both helpful and professional.
