Description of Work: Initially came for a tune up on the garage door since it was not opening or closing properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem which required extra parts. Also advised us to keep the garage door closed since it could do further damage. He arrived the next day to install the strut and finish the tune-up. Will use again!

Description of Work: My garage door wasn't working, so I checked Angie's List and decided to call Frank at F2 Garage Door Solutions. That turned out to be a very good choice. Frank came the same day that I called him and diagnosed the problem immediately; the spring was broken. Because my garage door was over 40 years old, he offered me the option of buying a new garage door as well as a new spring. Without any pressure, he carefully explained the pros and cons of each option. I decided to buy a new door and a new spring. Frank came back two days later with his two helpers and installed the door and spring. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old door. I was very pleased with Frank's responsiveness and professionalism.
