We are beyond happy with our new garage door and particularly the service from F4 Garage Door Solutions LLC. Frank came our home the day I called to access our broken door and offer us alternatives. He kept a great secret, our children gifted us the new garage door for Christmas as a surprise. My son Kevin had used F2 and initiated the execution of the surprise. The turnaround time was amazing, the workmanship by Dan exceptional, the quality unsurpassed and we could not be happier! Thank you F4 for the great work and all my children for making this Christmas present that keeps on giving for years to come!

When I called to actually get a new garage door opener, they told me up front the prices that they could do and what models they had available to be able to purchase. They also gave me the option to purchase my own and kind of laid out the details between the two. I ended up going with the one from them. They came out as quick as they came in. The installment was done in like thirty minutes. It was an easy transition.

The experience was good. The best part was that they came out and, unfortunately, it wasn't doing the same thing for them that it had been for me. So they kind of did a whole work up of my system. They realized that the springs were starting to go, so they went ahead and redid the springs and kind of reset everything back to original qualifications. It was working well then.

He was in and out in about an hour and the garage door is greased and working better than ever.

I called on Wednesday and set up appointment for Monday morning because they were not available till Friday, and I wasn't available on Friday. I received a message from Phylis Friday afternoon that they would not be coming Monday, or at all. They apologized, but said something else came up and they would not be coming. She referred me to another company, who she said would call me, but they did not.

F2 Garage Door Solutions showed up at time expected. They adjusted my door quickly to get it back to working order. They made some other suggestions of things to do and provided information about future door replacement if necessary. Very helpful and very professional. Would use again. Thanks a bunch.

I called early to schedule an appointment. Frank arrived the same day and took care of the issue with a very positive smile. He's very customer service oriented and very professional. I like to support veteran owned businesses and Frank spent a whole career in the Navy before launching F2. I'll definitely call F2 with any issue I have in the future. A++++++

They were very friendly but worked quickly and efficiently. It was my 92 year old in-laws' door and who were very pleased with the service.

They were great. I would always refer them to somebody. They know what they are doing, they do a good job, and they are responsive. He is great, and he is wonderful.

With the first phone call I made to F2 garage door company, Frank (the owner) was very prompt and courteous. Frank explained to me what he thought needed to be done as far as installing a new garage door opener vs. trying to repair a garage opener that was over 20 years old. He sent out Tyler to assess the situation and give me an estimate, Tyler was very nice and explained what should be done. The company worked well with me as far as getting the job done with my work schedule. On the day of the installation, Tyler and Will came out to do the work and had my new opener and 2 springs replaced in about 1 hour. Tyler explained how the new opener worked and went over warranty information with me. Any mess that was made was cleaned up and the work was done in a very particular way; it is very evident that Tyler has knowledge and skill in this profession. F2 garage door was comparable in price with some other locally owned companies, but F2 garage door was priced much lower in comparison to the large chain garage door companies. It is great to use a locally owned business especially one with such great customer service! I was referred to this company from a family member who also was very impressed by the professionalism and promptness of the company after having a horrible experience with another large chain garage door company. I have already recommended this company to others and plan to use this company in the future for any other garage door issues.

I was leaving for work in the morning and opened the garage door. When I went to close it, it wouldn't close and then things just started looking worse as I tried it a couple of more times. It made me a bit uneasy leaving my garage opened but, I had to get into work since I was going to be off the rest of the week and checked Angie's list to see if I could find someone quickly. I called Frank and he was able to get one of his people over to my house that morning. They gave me an estimate over the phone which I okayed. They let me know when the work had been completed and when I got home everything looked great. I'm definitely keeping this provider as someone to use for any future needs.

Everyone was very friendly and explained everything they were doing in detail. The owner even showed up and introduced himself.

The springs on our garage door failed suddenly,at the beginning of a major holiday. We were in a bind so we went to Angie's List and found this contractor. My husband was impressed with his knowledge and very prompt response to our issue. He was out to inspect and fix the door that afternoon. This transaction occurred on Friday afternoon before Labor Day. Frank came out to determine what kind of springs the door needed. A previous contractor didn't put in the heavy duty springs. He was able to find the springs we needed and they were installed that day. We would definitely recommend this business if you have garage door issues..

The service went well. I paid additional for a new cable and I thought the additional fee was reasonable for that. The technician was professional, direct and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was very descriptive in what he was doing and an efficient worker. I had a frame and he was able to complete the service within my time frame. He went above and beyond for me and I had no issues with scheduling.

I just called them yesterday, they came this afternoon. They did exactly what needed to be done and were very reasonably priced. They didn't try to see me anything I didn't need. They were just very helpful. He showed me all the things he checked as well as the things that didn't need replaced and explained why. I was very satisfied.

I called yesterday afternoon and left a message, they called me back soon after. I explained everything to him and he gave me the name of the manager that would be contacting me. Tyler, the manager, called me this morning first thing. I said I was not quite ready yet, he called back at 10 and he came out soon after. I met him outside, and he was very nice. He examined the door and quoted the work. He was very thorough. He inspected everything else. He did a marvelous job and cleaned up well. It works like new.

Frank was awesome. He and his helper were very friendly and worked around my schedule. The price was very fair, and he gave me a break on the second door. Pretty awesome, especially because the second door was even more work. I'll be sure to call them anytime I need work on my garage door system.

Mr. Totten and his wife came out to my son's house very quickly to repair their garage door. My daughter in-law was a bit upset because she did not want to leave the house unsecured by leaving the garage door open. Their promptness was well appreciated. We like that they are a husband and wife team. They are hard working and honest people. The pricing was also very good according to my daughter in-law. I look forward to having them fix my garage door.
