Very well. It took a couple of months for them to get there but worth the wait

It didn't go at all. I wrote in to see if they did this type work and they said yes. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate on the work. We made an appointment and my husband scheduled time off work to meet the representative. We get a call and he says something came up and he wasn't coming. I wasn't happy but stuff happens. We make a new date and my husband schedules time off work again. This time he shows up and stays maybe five minutes. My husband told him approximate measurements and he said he had a computer program he would put the info in and it would come up with an estimate. He told my husband he would call on Monday with that estimate. Monday came and went. On Wednesday I messaged the company again to see where my estimate was. My message was ignored. It is now Thursday and no estimate, no call, no message, nothing. I find it very rude and unprofessional. My husband is an architect and if he needs to make referrals to clients, Easter Fence will get a big thumbs down!

I was referred to Easter Fence by another fence company, which told me that they must be trustworthy to get a referral from another fence supplier. Dan came and took measurements and within a day I had my detailed quote. The price was very reasonable so I scheduled the work for 4-6 weeks. This lead-time was fine with me, but I could see why others might think that too lengthy. I was contacted the day before to let me know the crew would be out early. They showed up on time and had my job completed by the end of day. Matthew and Told were assigned to my project and they were both very professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Easter Fence to anyone looking for a quality fence.

Went great. Dan came out promptly to meet with us to discuss what we wanted. The install group (Randy Gaines) showed up on time and was very professional. Went over with me everything that was to be done and when he finished he walked me through the finished product. We wanted it low to the ground to make sure our two little dogs did not escape. They met this requirement 100%. The job was scheduled for 5 days and they finished in 4! I also want to talk about the scheduler. We were originally scheduled for after Thanksgiving. They had a sudden opening and moved our install date up two weeks. Really appreciated that

The new pillars look great! The trim at the top of a few of the pillars could not be installed in the regular manor due to the porch roof being uneven (old house) so the installers came back the next day and filled in the gaps with pieces they constructed so it all looks great! We did have to wait a few extra weeks past our original install date due to them receiving the wrong pillars the first time they ordered from their manufacturer, however, they were very apologetic and kept us informed so it was all good. The guys doing the work were very nice and friendly.

The work performed was excellent. Ricardo and Ryan were polite, pleasant, professional, methodical, careful and diligent. They were all one could have asked for.

Very well. Great customer service. No unexpected or extra charges -- what was bid was what was paid. Good quality. We got 5 different bids. While theirs was not the lowest (or highest), the lower priced competitors mentioned potential extra charges whereas Easter said the price was the price...and it was. I'd use and recommend them again.

Amazing! Easter Fence from start to finish were polite, professional and friendly.

They seem to be a very busy company. One they started the job, they finished in one day and came back for a clean up.

Easter was prompt with the bid, thorough in their process and was the most reasonable when we factored in the combined cost of the retaining wall and fence. (several companies didn't even want to bid on the retaining wall) Even though they had to spend much more time than expected to remove some bushes along the fence line and deal with 100 degree days, they were there every day, did a nice job and honored the original bid.

Amazing work! Easter fence was punctual, inexpensive, and exceeded my expectations. The guy who came out to do the fence (I think his name was Randy) did a great job! He made sure to call me to confirm where I wanted it because it wasn't very clear. He was incredibly nice and professional. Plus he did the job really quickly and really well. Whenever I called the office the people I talked to were awesome there as well! In the future, I will go to Easter fence without even getting bids from other companies. They did such a great job and were so easy to work with.

They did an fantastic job. The supervisor Ryan, Matthew, and Todd got here early, and did the job really well.

Dan Bryson came to my house on time and was very open to any and all questions. Explanation was very detailed. I was told up front there was a 2 month wait. His crew was very impressive. Mathew Rogers and Todd were very professional, prompt, courteous, and would stop and cover all my concerns with a smile! They called to say when they would arrive, knocked to say they were going to lunch, and worked in some awful weather to complete the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them. The professionalism and peace of mind provided by Easter Fence is unparalleled. Our job required coordination with another firm building a retaining wall and everything was worked out perfectly. Our timeline was short and Jimmie made sure it was completed on schedule! Even when Jimmie was required to be out of the office, his staff took over without missing a beat. Highly recommend this organization!

They did an excellent job. Their price was extremely competitive, they answered all my questions, and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want (no, I do NOT want a cedar deck, thank you). The new deck makes my old one look like it was made out of twigs. Ricardo and Keith showed up on time and everything was done well and cleaned up, despite some nasty weather. I definitely will hire again!

Lanny came and provided us an estimate for the job. After he left, I realized that a small section of our neighbor's fence was tied in to ours and that a revision to the estimate would be needed. The communications about this, as well as the permitting process, could have gone more smoothly, but it all worked out fine in the end. Gary, the crew leader, and Jordan, his main assistant, were professional and easy to work with. They were attentive to our concerns, particularly with the fencing that runs very close to our prized 45" diameter oak tree and its extensive root system. They did a nice job. We like our new fence and gates.

Overall process went very well. Original estimator was on time and very open to any questions that I had. We were told up front that there was a 2 month wait for installs which was good to know and not have that be a surprise. Crew showed up early each day and the foreman gave me an update daily of what work would be completed that day. Finished product is high quality and shows clear attention to detail on the part of the crew.

It went very smoothly. They knew what they were doing and repaired the fence with the same material I had already. They also installed two metal bars so in case someone were to run into the fence again, the bars will stop them.

We found Easter Fence to be very professional through the estimate, order, installation and follow-up. We felt like we were working with a family business all the way. The installation crew was very prompt, professional, listened to our every concern and did a great job! Continue to receive many complements from neighbors on the fence.

The Easter Fence Co. performed a great job for us. They were very responsive, professional, timely and efficient and I highly recommend them. We had very good communication with everyone in the company. The Crew Leader (Mathew R.) and his help Nick and others were very hard working, courteous and willing to work with us to address some of the details. They delivered a good job in a timely manner and the job was reasonably priced. I would use them again.
