Easter Fence, Deck & Renovations

Adam and his crew did a superb job on my backyard wooden fencing and wooden gate. They arrived early and on time, working all day (seemingly without a break). My fence was a custom job and the skill and craftsmanship in the final construction is well worth the money. I cannot praise them highly enough and will definitely use Easter again.

Salesman was charming, but ultimately unsatisfactory. He “forgot” that we decided on tannish brown vinyl fencing. When the truck showed up today with creamy white fencing, I checked the contract, and he had written “tan.” I called him, and he said that he didn’t remember because he meets with so many people. I asked him why he doesn’t take notes about each client’s job. Then he said that “tan” is creamy white! He also did not notate on his drawings for the installation crew that there are railroad ties all around the perimeter, so they are having to move the placement of the fence. I would not trust this company to send out competent salespeople to provide the desired product.

My vinyl fence was damaged in a storm and we hired Easter fence to come out and repair it. They were very prompt at coming out as it was around a pool. The two young men that came out, Justin and Adam, were both very professional. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and in my opinion went above and beyond! Highly recommend this company and these two young men!

Easter replaced my deck and siding and installed a leaf/gutter system. My deck included a 16x16' screened and gable roof enclosure with two screen doors and a 12x15' open area with a ramp and gate. I'm a perfectionist and Easter was exceptional. They were knowledgeable and took ownership of the work to my satisfaction. Management and crew were qualified and hard working and professional and very responsive and respectful of me, my property and neighbors. They used quality materials and adhered to my goal of wanting a low maintenance exterior. Easter was fair every step of the way and gave me options to control the costs and schedule and communications were excellent.

The crew Erminio and Emmanuel did a very good job. We had a large project that cost us around U$10.000 for Vynil fencing all the way around our backyard with 2 gates. Sado was always very helpful over the phone. The whole job was finished in 2 days. They did a clean job. We will definitely use/recommend them in the future .

Wanted to start work in winter to keep people employed, installed decking material is now bowed due to warmer weather, trim not attached correctly and low voltage transformer for lighting only work once. Contacted them 3 times they responded back but no one has addressed these issues as of mid June work completed in February.

Fantastic. I contacted several other companies on Angie's List for this project. Appeared that no one else was interested, those that did respond were outrageous. I contacted Chuck at Easter and he responded right away. I sent him photo's and approximate length and received a bid the next day. Price was very reasonable. Ryan Doria the Installation Manager was great to work with. Gary and Jordan actually came out to do the job. They were awesome. Several of my neighbors have stopped to say how nice it looks. They were very good and hard workers. Mr Easter was very good working with customers and he personally came out. They did a good job and looks nice.

I was very pleased. We needed the job done quickly, and they fit us into their schedule to get it done in our timeframe. Randy and Chuck were very professional. They made sure they were clear on what we wanted before the work was started. They had to fabricate the gates over a weekend, and they did a great job of securing the fence while it was in progress, so my dog wouldn't get out. And the finished gates look really good! All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Mathew Rogers and the young man with him. The fence looks great. I thought it might take longer to do it considering I have 2 large oak trees on the property line but it did not. They were very courteous and professional and answered all the questions I had. I would use the company again.

A salesman, Dan Bryson, came to give me an estimate on my repair. Dan told me the gates and fence were okay. That the only thing wrong was that the double gates were misaligned leaving a large gap in the fence line. He readjusted the gates at no charge. Dan was very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. (I was becoming the caretaker for a small dog in a few days, and needed something done about the gap in the fence line as soon as possible.) The installed a 3 foot vinyl fence installation went as expected, it is a nice looking product and price was good. The problem came with the install of a 6 foot privacy fence. The fence was installed below the grade of the driveway . When I called he asked me to send pictures, so I did. They came back and said I should have told them that I wanted the fence above grade, and offered to repair it for a slight discount to the original price for that section. I emailed back to politely correct some information. I have had no further communication from them.

They were great, did an excellent job installing black vinyl fencing for our dog, were very accommodating with the scheduling and we were really, really appreciative of that. Nice product and good install. We will recommend and use them, again.

I accepted the price quote May 14. I had to call to get the work scheduled. The fence was repaired and the gate repaired on June 14. The crew did not know they were supposed to install a second gate. They were prepared to repair a different gate, not install anything. The second gate was installed the next week. The cyclone fence mesh that was attached to the top-pole they replaced was left in a crushed condition.

I recently had Easter install a new deck (13 x 24) with treated wood. They also installed stairs and a new door where a window was. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the job Easter did. They really exceeded my expectations. In a world where many contractors over promise and under deliver, Easter really has restored my faith in people. They were very professional, prompt and worked hard the entire time. The quality of work was fantastic and feel like the work they did was solid. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Several years I had this company do a modified cedar fence. After the completion, we noticed the top rails had been cut poorly and the edges at an few angled areas hung over. We called several times and had no response. Finally, after pursuing Easter with phone calls initiated from my side, I spoke with a manger,, who eventually came out to view the sloppy workmanship and agreed it needed to be recut. i insisted that he do the work so that it was done correctly. The fence has lasted several years, but now several of the posts and slats are splitting and I called to see if they would repair. After several phone calls, again, they finally had someone come look and he agreed that there was some work that needed to be done. He also questioned why the top rail was not put on properly. I was told that I would receive a quote via email and never did. This company may be lower in pricing than most, but the communication factor and shoddy workmanship in the products say it all.

Tried contacting twice... no response. No fence for me I guess!

Easter did outstanding work replacing our old stove and installing a new microwave over the stove and a new backsplash. A special thank you to Donald Marks for his care and expertise. We are very satisfied.

Easter Fence is terrific. The yard was partially fenced, but I needed the two areas in front completed along with a wide gate installed. I won’t mention the name of the other company that came out and their bid. That was a joke. I want to brag about Easter Fence. Sado Cerimovic came out, surveyed the job and quickly came back with a fair bid in the style of vinyl fencing I was hoping to get. The scheduling was done by Ryan and he couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating with my schedule. Bill Gibson, the Crew Leader, and Joey showed up on time, politely introduced themselves and went on to do a perfect job! When they finished the first day, they left the area clean and their work items off to the side. When they came back in the morning, they checked in and went to work. When done everything was picked up and swept! As I said - perfect. The posts are solid, the fence on both sides is level and because of their precision, the gate opens and closes perfectly. I’m so happy! Easter Fence has a great reputation and now I know why. I highly recommend this company and it was my good fortune they installed my fence. Jim was very responsive on all fronts and overall I am very happy with the work that was done. Our project was a fairly unique one which included a subcontracted concrete job, a wood perimeter fence, a garden fence with wire inlay, and an aluminum fence. The entire job was done to satisfaction and we are very happy with the services provided. We will be referring friends their way. Thanks very much for your efforts on this project.
