In the end, we are pleased with our new fence. The carpenters built it by scratch and materials and labor appeared good. However, as soon as I complimented the laborers, they build our two gates using inferior material that included knots and discoloration. Upon notification, Easter Fence sent a crew and rebuilt the gates. Our yard is well landscaped, so we had the work completed in March before most of the plant growth began. We were sad to observe they ripped a clematis from the ground rather than laying it to the side, and their cleanup work in the yard could have been better. Perhaps I should have been home while they worked, yet in the end, the fence looks great and would recommend them.

The estimator was very nice, although really quiet and not very helpful. We decided to go with another company, as they were able to give us the estimate on the wood type we wanted.

Disappointed in the professionalism and responsiveness of service. It took over two weeks to finish a fence on a very small yard. The first day they showed up late and only removed a four foot section of the chain link fence - this made it so that we could no longer let our dogs out in the backyard until the completion of the project. There were days that no one would show up after the first day (not always weather related). Once I called in to ask why no one was working on the fence and the person in the office thought there was supposed to be a team at our job and wasn't sure why they hadn't shown up. I had to continually call to make sure that the job got completed. Once the job was finally finished the final product was not up to satisfaction. The hinge on one of the gates was bent so much that the gate would only open about 45 degrees, there was a board that was split completely in half and one side of the fence was very uneven and wavy. After a few phone calls I finally found the right person to talk to and got these problems fixed. in the end the fence is nice, but was a long journey to get there.

Went great! Would recommend them to anyone that needs a high-quality fence!

They were very good to work with. They were not the cheapest but their price was reasonable. They did a nice job. They had measured the gate wrong and they came and fixed that. They were there when they told me. They were very responsive. I have recommended them to few other people. I would use them in the future.

They were very prompt in coming to the house and making an estimate. The explanation of types of fences was very thorough and professional. The installation was prompt and the job finished quickly and well. Had one problem they immediately remedied with a small gap next to the house. These guys are great and know what they are doing.

They were great the only complaint I have is the gate that they installed is already starting to crack and it appears that it is not sturdy enough for the intended use. I have to have another gate replaced and will probably get a bid from them for this future job, I will make sure to request a sturdier gate.

referred a friend that had never been to B.B. AUTO. they treated her very well, were very honest, am proud to refer these guys to everyone I know, just hope they don't get too big to handle all their business.

Needed a back yard fence in order in order to adopt my Boxer. There was a time line involved and Easter was on time with the estimate and met the promised installation date. Installers took the time to explain how they were going to place an additional pole to ensure a snug fit at a small problem area (and eliminate a possible escape route for a clever pooch). When the job was completed, they didn't leave until I was shown the completed work and that the gates and latches all worked properly and that I was saitisfied with the job.

I was very satisfied with him, he helped me out quite a bit. He came out and measured and gave me an estimate. I told him up front that all I needed was an estimate at the time, and he got in there and did it no problem.

Went great, no problems at all and the fence looks fantastic.

I thought they were very professional. They took time to find out exactly what our needs were and what we wanted the fence for. He suggested that we drive around our neighborhood and look at other fencing. We ended up deciding on something other than we first thought we wanted. The fence looks great, compliments the neighborhood, and is exactly what we needed.

It took a while to get an estimate, and the guy who came out seemed a bit miffed that we wanted estimates for several options. In the end, he came through, and we picked a reasonable estimate for our fence. We had to wait a couple of weeks for the guys to come out. When they did, they were very courteous and careful not to trample our or our neighbors' landscaping. They worked fast, and in the end we ended up with a beautiful, sturdy fence.

It took multiple phone calls to Tom Reilly to get an estimate mailed to us after the first one got "lost in the mail" and even then, the area in the estimate did not include all areas we had needed for repair. This was after I called to specify which side of the yard posts were torn. When calling to follow up on the lost estimate, Tom answered his cell phone (the number was printed on his card) and said it was not a good time and if I could call back and leave a voice mail message. Why even answer the phone? It also seemed like I got a quicker response when I left my husband's work number versus our home number for call backs. It was quite disappointing as we had used Easter previously for a fence addition. Their estimate did not include all areas in need of repair and took too much time to track down.

Easter Fence does not do business in the City of St. Louis. I contacted the company and asked if they would provide me a bid to replace our 54-foot fence. I took off work and met the salesperson, Tom Reilly, at my home. We discussed the project and he told be that he would return a bid within three days. After two weeks, I did not receive the bid as promised and contact Tom again. He indicated the bid was in the mail. After another week, I still did not receive the bid, I again phoned Reilly, and he informed me that Easter was not longer doing business in the City of St. Louis. This was a complete waste of my time.

These people were great. Everyone from estimator/sales person to workers were on time, efficient, effective, pleasant to have around. They completed the work in exactly the time the stated initially and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day and the end of the job. Highly recommend.

By all accounts, we were very satisfied with this company. The work was performed in a timely manner, and the finished job was up to our expectations.

THE FENCES LOOKS GREAT AND THEY WERE ON TIME.

THE FENCE LOOKS NICE. THEY PUT THE GATE IN THE WRONG SPOT, BUT MOVED IT AFTER I CALLED. THEY DUMPED THE EXCESS DIRT FROM THE HOLES BEHIND MY GARAGE, WITHOUT ASKING. WE MISTAKENLY PAID IN $600 TOO MUCH, AND NOTICED IT A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER. WHEN I CALLED, THEY REFUNDED THE OVERPAYMENT, BUT I HAD TO ASK, I WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER ABOUT THE COMPANY IF THEY SENT IT BACK ON THEIR OWN.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND CLEAN. THE ONLY THING AGAINST THEM IS THERE WAS A ROTTEN BOARD IN A YEAR AND THEY HAVE YET TO COME AND FIX IT, SO I GAVE UP.
