Description of Work: They did a maintenance check on AC. I had them install a new HVAC system (furnace and AC) a few years ago. Very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: We bought a deal for a new furnace for $1499. When the salesperson came to our home, he said the deal would not be large enough for our relatively small (1400 sq ft) home and showed us what we would really need. New total: $3200.00 |The day they came, my husband told them that I was sick (we probably should have delayed installation, but it was November and we had no working furnace!), and that he needed to leave for work by 3:30. They said they would be finished by then. My husband showed them their access through the side door that opens directly into a short flight of stairs that run down and alongside the furnace in the basement. He asked that they please use that door and not come upstairs because I was ill and trying to rest. Further, he asked that they close and lock the door as they were leaving. They were not finished at 3:30 and, in fact, they did not finally finish and leave until 6 or 6:30. |Twice one of the installers barged upstairs and into the kitchen - once to leave an invoice (my husband had asked them to leave any paperwork on the stairs at the side door) and the second time to turn off the smoke alarm that was right over their heads on the ceiling over the stairs. |Our new furnace was entitled to a rebate from Laclede Gas. After repeated phone calls to the Dunn office, we finally received the rebate check last week! (end of May, 2016). |We asked the salesperson for a new thermostat that could be preset. We got a new thermostat but it it is impossible to do any settings. It is just a basic point and turn on... |Bottom line? I think this company is what my father would have called "all hat and no cattle." They talked a good game, but we were disappointed at every turn, from the special offer through installation and the rebate which took 5 months to arrive. |

Description of Work: Installed a whole house humidifier. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace (Rheem) and air conditioner unit in my condominium. Service representative was friendly and technicians arrived on time. Dealing with folks when doing work on your home is subjective and can be overwhelming, but I felt these folks did a great job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They put in a new Trane airconditioner and furnace. It went very well! Great 10 year warranty, parts and labor. They took lots of time to sit down and talk and answer all our questions so we could make an informed decision.

Description of Work: Called a mechanical technician out to fix a Freon leak. Found the leak fast and fixed it fast as expected.
