I am a senior citizen and a widow on a fixed income, I live in a four bedroom ranch-style house with a large sunroom. The sunroom was added about 20 years ago. I moved into this home in 2007 and I added a heat pump to the sunroom to make it a four seasons room. I have had nothing but problems with it and my furnace was insufficient to keep my home at a comfortable temperature all year round. I hired a heating and air conditioning company a few weeks ago but they were unfamiliar with fixing the heat pump so I hired JT Dunn Heating and Air Conditioning to find a solution. They sent out a service man by the name of Mr. Allen Moran who spent over two hours explaining the solution to my problem. I decided to forget about fixing the ineffective heat pump and to replace the furnace that would service the entire house and sunroom. My furnace was due to be replaced. Allen and his partner Jeremy Schilling, came to my house three days in a row spending up to ten hours or more per day installing the new furnace plus a free humidifier and a non programable thermostat. There were obstacles, but Allen and Jeremy tackled the job very professionally - keeping in mind that my budget was a major concern and that I wanted to have a long lasting solution to my problem. They did duct work, and boxed in holes for venting, and I paid $8,800 that should adequately solve my problems for many years to come. They worked outside in very inclimate weather and they installed a 95% 90,000 BTU gas furnace with a 10 year outdoor conditioner, a coil warrantee, a 10 year equiptment on parts, and a 2 year service warantee. They installed a reliable Sure Comfort air conditioning and heating furnace, plus they installed $1,400 of insulation in my garage in order to keep my sunrom and the rest of the house adequately climate controlled. There had been no insulation so they remedied that problem. I had my neighbor who is well versed in maintaining the workings of climate control in our homes that were built in 1964, he and I were very impressed with the solution that Allen proposed. Allen has built at least three homes and has spent many years in his field, so I felt that he was being truthful, economical, and practical. My fixed income and my practicality were of the upmost concerns that were very well satisfied. JT Dunn stands behind their workmanship and I am more than grateful that I hired them to solve my dilemma without breaking my bank account. Allen and Jeremy were prompt, hardworking, and they left my house spotless each time that they were here. I could not be more please, and I highly recommend JT Dunn and their employees for sincerely being dedicated to their customers.

I've used JT Dunn for several projects on a couple of different properties. I stick with them because they are reliable, reasonably priced, and do quality work. Today, one of my AC units went out and JT Dunn sent somebody out within a few hours. Turns out there was a bad switch. Cost to repair was very reasonable. I've also used JT Dunn for furnace repairs, other AC repairs, a humidifier install, and an AC cage installation (on a rental property). Previously, I used someone from Service Magic -- which was a disaster. I also used Hoffman Brothers for a furnace repair and they did a good job but they were overpriced in my opinion. I like JT Dunn because I get the same quality work at a reasonable price. I've also found the employees to be very approachable which is good because I like to talk!

We used them to do the annual inspection of our heating and air conditioning during the fall. In December, the coldest day of the year of course, our heater stopped working. We called them around 9pm and spoke with an employee who was out at a store. He showed up within an hour and investigated. The problem could not have been detected on the inspection and required a part that would have to be picked up at a warehouse that did not open until 7am. They offered us space heaters from their office, which we declined, then showed up at 7:30 am the next day and fixed the problem. They only charged us for the part. Great service and professionalism. We recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service, after the gas company caused the chemical smell to be increased. We reported a gas smell and the gas company came out and shut of f the gas, without finding the source of the leak on Saturday. I called J. T. Dunn middle of Saturday afternoon. They called back quickly enough, but at that time my option was to pay the tech overtime or have them come out on Sunday morning. I selected the Sunday morning option. The tech showed up on time was able to find the leak, fix it and verify that there were no other leaks. Well done and reasonable price for a weekend service call. I'm not sure how to evaluate the price but good service on the weekend (which allowed hot water for the Monday morning shower), I deemed this as a good price. I also apprieciate that the company offered the option of the immediate fix (with overtime cost) or waiting for the next day at lower cost. This allowed for my control of the situation.

Mr Nejmanowski spent 3 hours going over every aspect of the selection process and installation, including copies of his certifications, degrees, etc. It was very clear that he is passionate about his profession and doing a good job and most importantly making sure the customer was satisfied. He worked until the job was done (10:30pm), but would have stopped and returned next day, if I had requested it. I feel totally confident that I have a great product and that it was installed with perfection!

They cleaned up very well and were courteous. I don't know about quality, because I have not used the furnace.
