So far I have no complaints I'd rather someone who is trained at handling wild animals be hired to perform their duty and guarantee their work as opposed to hiring someone to do it who is not an expert. So overall up to this point it has worked out pretty good.

We have an ongoing problem with squirrels invading the attic. We called Critter Control, who showed up at the appointed time. We are pleased with the results so far, but there are more squirrels, including some who climb on the traps. Unlike another service we once used, Critter Control promises to repair any holes they put in the roof for securing the traps. They also make recommendations for repairing the attic and other squirrel damage.

The $99 inspection gave us a complete picture of where our pest vulnerabilities are, and some estimates on what it would cost if Critter Control did the mitigation work. We chose the 90-day guarantee on the $104 one-time spot treatment they completed that day by placing bait traps in the unfinished areas of the basement and attic, as well as under the kitchen cabinets. Tom Hodge and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. I did not get a second estimate on the work prior to having Critter Control do the work, so I don't know how their price compares to others'.

They were very polite and punctual. They informed us of what they were doing and when we still had problems, they responded quickly. They guaranteed their work and placed more traps around the home to ensure all the mice were caught.

The men who came out were knowledgeable about squirrel behavior and always were polite and helpful. They did what they said they would do and in a prompt manner. They have a good system to report an animal in a trap and were prompt about removing it. They were also knowledgeable about bat behavior though this may be a difficult problem to solve.

I called for information about possible squirrel or mice removal. I asked for explanation of my options and the guy I spoke with was impatient in answering my questions. The price seemed very high so I called around. Their price was four times higher than next company I called!! The other company was much nicer and willing to talk to me about my problem.

He was on time, polite, and efficient. He looked at the situation and provided a quote explaining the work that would be done.

Although it was an awful task, the technician did a wonderful job. He called me at work when he was on his way so I didn't have to miss extra time and met me when he said he would be here. The price was not out of line for the work performed.

Critter Control was very quick to respond to our request. They were very professional and also gave a written report for the removal and the repair of where the squirrels had eaten holes to get inside. Critter Control answered all our questions and took care of this problem within hours. They show they have good customer service.

Tom was very professional; he even put show covers on when in the house. He got right to work, was finished quickly, and alerted us to other issues in our crawl space for future consideration. I would use them again. Call the main number for the most immediate response.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB, AND ITS (SO FAR) LASTING RESULTS. THE SERVICEMEN SUGGESTED SOME RATHER PRICEY PREVENTATIVE WORK BUT DIDN'T PUT ANY PRESSURE ON US TO GO AHEAD WITH IT.

THE ABOVE FEE IS FOR MOLES #4 AND #5. THEY DID A GOOD JOB CATCHING THE MOLES. IT IS PRETTY EXPENSIVE THOUGH. YOU HAVE TO PAY AN ANNUAL AGREEMENT AND THEN PAY PER MOLE. OUR YARD IS MOLE FREE NOW.

SERVICE PERSON WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARE PROMPT IN ARRIVING AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. SO FAR, I'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

I WAS THRILLED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH CRITTER CONTROL. I CALLED THEM EARLY ONE MORNING, AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN THREE HOURS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND OFFERED SEVERAL OPTIONS. I FELT THEY HAD GREAT FOLLOWS UPS AND THAT THEY STAYED ON TOP OF THE SITUATION WITHOUT MY HAVING TO CALL THEM. ALTHOUGH I FELT THE PRICING WAS HIGH, I DIDN'T COMPARE PRICES WITH OTHER COMPANIES SO THEIR PRICES MAY REFLECT THE TYPICAL GOING RATE.

IT WAS SOMEWHAT COSTLY, BUT WELL WORTH THE COST. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THOROUGH WITH EACH OF THE FIVE CAPTURED SQUIRRELS.

THEY ARE GOOD BUT SLOW IN COMING ONLY COME ONCE EVERY WEEKS.

I THINK THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GENERALLY KILL ONE OR TWO AND THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY WALK THE YARD, PUT THE TRAPS DOWN, AND KILL THE MOLES. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

WE ARE SATISFIED. THEY DID THE JOB BY PUTTING SOME PELLETS THAT WOULD POISON THE MICE AND OUR PET WAS NOT COMPROMISED.
