This was the first time I have used them. Someone else recommended them, and then I recommended them to a third party after I used them. Two other people had success with them also. I have an old graffiti house on the stone foundation. I lived here for 34 years, and I had mice for 34 years. I have not been able to get them to stop. I haven't had a mouse, since the time they have come out here. In addition to laying poisonous things what most of the companies do, as a part of their service, they go around the house and try to figure out from where they are getting in. They found a couple of spots that we weren't aware of, and then they fixed those spots along with the method that they used to get rid of the existing mouse. It has been 100% effective; since they have been out here, we have not seen one. We had the mice since the time we moved in. The technician was very nice and very friendly. A lot of people don't like to talk about those kinds of problem, the guy couldn't have been nicer. He was very understanding and very helpful. He came out more than once. He spent a lot of time. He found the places that he thought were responsible for the entry point. He came back out a week later and fixed them. As a part of their initial service, I can call them six months later to do a once over the house to make sure there are still no entry points. They are a really good company, and I wish I would have known them 34 years ago.

At the end of the winter, we discovered massive damage in the attic from squirrels. I called CC and they came immediately. There were multiple entry points found in the attic, probably because the squirrels had been there last winter, too. CC gave me an estimate for trapping the squirrels, closing the entry holes, and putting screens over the vents that had also been used as entry points. Because I was very busy, I paid extra to have them come out every day and check the traps. For less money, the homeowner can keep track of the traps and call CC when something has been caught. They left me a report every time they came to check the traps. In less than two weeks we determined that there were no more squirrels to catch. They closed up all the entry points. We had also asked for an estimate from them to clear out the squirrel-damaged insulation, clean and disinfect the attic, and install new insulation. However, CC only does blown-in insulation. I wanted batting instead, so I went with a different company for that. The only element that is not completely satisfactory is the large screens that CC put on our roof over the vents where squirrels had entered. I had expected the screening to be inside. They are not very aesthetic, so when I do major renovations on our house in the near future, I'll have some other type of squirrel-blocking device installed that is not so visible. We have also called CC for other smaller rodent problems, inside the house and out. They have always been quick to arrive and seem to solve the problem. They are a little more expensive than some other companies I called, but their rapid response and success is worth it for me personally.

Everything about them is top-notch. They came back within the period of time they said they would to do another treatment and I have been very happy with them. There was no charge for the second time that they came. They inspected my house and the area around it to make recommendations on how to keep the critters from getting in there again. I would recommend this company.

We were very happy with their customer service and particularly the knowledge of the guys that came out to our house. Critter Control guarantees their work. We had so many mice, they had to come back a couple of times. The mice are finally gone.

They were expensive. The initial visit, they charged us $100 to $200 and every raccoon caught we paid $60 to $70, to be taken away. They caught about 6 to 7 raccoons. They came for the job, every morning and did a great job. They were very professional and I will use them in the future too.

We had a bat flying around inside the second story apartment of a building we had recently purchased. When we told our neighbor, he explained that the building had a history of bat problems. We called as couple of pest control companies, but they didn't really know what to do about bats. We called Critter Control and they sounded like they run into this problem everyday. They explained what they were going to do and when (must avoid bat roosting season!). They explained the repairs we could make for ourselves and what they would do. Very professional. It was a pleasure having them do the work.

They are very thorough. They come immediately when you call them. They also took measures to make sure the squirrels don't come into the house again. They are reasonable.

The snake went under a raised wood rack, and I didn't feel comfortable with leaving this around with my dogs. We also had them out for some wasp nest to be removed. They done a good job and cleaned the light lens when they finished.

The rat tripped one of the traps but didn't get caught, so we ended up putting out poison to kill the rat. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We feel fairly confident now that we won't get more rats coming into the house since he blocked the entry points, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

Scott put the mole traps in the parts of our yard where there was no damage from the moles. When we asked him to put the traps where there was damage, he wouldn't do it. He never caught the moles in our front yard, which continued to get torn up. He then removed all the traps from the front yard. We asked him to put them back in, but he refused. We would never hire them again.

When I realized we had squirrels living in our walls, I wanted something done about them quickly. There were other companies that charged less than Critter Control, but all of them had a long wait time. Critter Control was able to come to our house right away. The technician inspected the house, found the point of entry and set up a trap. When a squirrel was caught, we would call the company and they would be out quickly to remove the animal. After a few weeks of no new trapped animals, they came and repaired the holes. The cost of all of this was a bit annoying, but there's not much you can do when you have animals living in your walls. We liked that they were prompt and they finished the job.

Still in progress because the service if provided through the end of the calendar year. I didn't think the critters would be active at this time of the year, but they are!

The technician arrived in the time window indicated, was friendly and made every effort to avoid tracking dirt into the house. We had heard noises in the ceiling/floor between our first and second floors and he performed a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the home, looking for possible entries for mice/squirrels/rats. He found very small openings and evidence of mice so he sealed the openings and set traps/poison. We haven't heard any noises since then.

They arrived within an hour of calling. They had no difficulty removing it.

It went wonderful. I thought it was worth every penny. The guy that came out was very nice, polite and professional. The screen he put on looks nice.

My neighbor had recommended them to me. All I needed to do was explain over the phone what the situation was. They quoted a price and sent a technician. They solved the problem in about a week.

Work is still being performed & they are obligated to complete it by 4/30. If it is not completed in a professional manner, I will sue. So far they have done good work but have cheated me on price every chance they got. Be very careful with what they tell you and make them explain everything. I have had at least two surprises. The first was they charged to remove bird nests from my attic. They quoted me a rate of $80/hour and $20 per trash bag. Here is the rub -- they used the smallest trash bags I have ever seen. What could have been removed with 2 large bags took 10. Also be warned that even though they tell you the inspection fee can be applied to removal and trapping they are going to do everything possible to not let you apply it. In my case, they found moles in the yard during the inspection but since the moles are not "in the house" they would let me apply the $149 inspection fee against the cost of trapping the moles or apply it to removing the nests in the attic.

Critter Control was very thorough and professional. They were able get the job done in their first visit and I haven't seen those bees ever since. They were recommended by my Terminix tech since they don't work on those issues.

I did not like the fact that they charged for the estimate. The guy that came in was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure well, but they were slow to get the contract to me. We needed the bats out of the attic before June 1st because from that day to the beginning of August they mate and the babies would have stayed in the attic and died. It s not humane to do that to the animals.

They were very prompt, nice and courteous. They are very humane and they do not harm the animals. They are very knowledgeable.

Very Well! These guys came and gave us options for removal of the squirrels and pigeons. Cost of the job was discussed and they set traps the next day. The squirrels were gone in a week. We have now noticed a dramatic decline in the amount of pigeon droppings on our patio, porch and yard. We didn't have to be home when the gentleman came to empty the traps and he left a report of each days catch for review.

Late on a Saturday afternoon a squirrel found a way into my hall closet. I called Critter Control. The receptionist was helpful and specific regarding the services. She confirmed an appointment time with a range before we ended the call. Joey, the technician arrived within the agreed upon time frame. Actually he was early. He quickly and efficiently removed the squirrel and provided some additional information for me. He answered all of my questions patiently.
