Description of Work: Checked for the presence of mice and then sprayed for bugs. The technician was very helpful in explaining about the pests that I was concerned about.

Description of Work: They did a very thorough job. We had squirrels in our attic and they got rid of them as well as cleaning out attic and putting in new insulation. They knew what they were doing and provided a professionally done service.

Description of Work: Placed traps for a mole. Caught one mole. Left traps in place for two weeks to make sure there where no other moles. Charged $50.00 to place traps and $100 per mole caught. They said there would be no charge for a year if they needed to place traps again.

Description of Work: Initially, they came out for an inside mice issue. Put bait boxes in the basement and then later came and sealed areas on the outside of the house. The visit on 2/3/15 was for a quarterly service in which bait boxes were placed around the outside of the house and spraying for spiders. I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism

Description of Work: Set traps for moles that had my back yard a mess and placed poison in vole holes in front yard.Vole problem ended, moles are a come and go situation still(1-19-15). Young tech that came out to set mole traps did what I considered a haphazard job but the worst problem was the fact that through no fault of his own, he barely spoke English(which I consider a very big problem whether it be an in-person situation or phone conversation)so his explanation of the contract/service agreement is/was sketchy at best. Also since he wasn't licensed to do the vole poison, he was to inform the office that I needed a tech out for that and 2wks later I had to call and they had no idea they were supposed to do this. Whether communication problem with the non English speaking young man or inter-office problem never was determined. Price not too too outrageous so may use again. Will use again if I can figure out the difference between customer "refusing Premium Mole Service(whatever that was supposed to be)" and experation date of 8/5/15
