Description of Work: We have an ongoing maintenance contract to Crestside Ballwin going back to early 2000's. They service our heating and air conditions. It has been an excellent relationship. As part of a routine inspection, they discovered a small gas leak after the gas company had hook up a line for a gas fire place. They check the systems twice a year as the seasons change. When there is a problem they are quick to respond. We could not be happier. As for how much we have spent, we spent 594.00 since 2011 which included that annual maintenance contract and the replacement of a blower that went bad.
