We have used them since the 1990's for our HVAC needs. They've always had polite and knowledgeable technicians, always been good about calling to let us know when they were coming (or if an earlier opening came up), and were quick to come if we had a problem (which was rare.)

It's the product they put in, not everybody service that brand and so they know it they have all the parts for it and they do great every time, I can rely on them every time they come out.

Since I had used Crestside for my A/C work at my last house for 13 years and was very happy with them, when I had a problem with my A/C leaking water from the coil housing at my new house I called Crestside late in the afternoon on Monday, July 21. They had an estimator call me in less than 15 mins and arranged to come out at no charge first thing Tuesday morning to take measurements and check model numbers. Ed was right on time and scheduled the installation of the new coil for 8AM the next day - Wednesday July 23. John came on time Wednesday. While working, when he discovered a part was needed that he didn't have on his truck he called in and had it delivered by another technician instead of interupting his work to go get it. Likewise after he installed the coil and took final measurements for the new sheet metal, the shop fabricated it and sent it out with another guy, so again no lost time. The whole job was complete, old parts and empty boxes removed, and the unit tested by 1PM the same day. A nice clean job and I now have the right size coil and sheet metal so I have more room to get past the unit to the washer/dryer.

During the 35 years we have owned our house, we have used Crestside exclusively for hvac services so they maintain all our equipment and installed any new equipment we have needed during that time. So we only call them. Two weeks ago the top of our 18 year old water heater was leaking slightly and not producing much hot water. We decided we needed a new water heater and called Crestside for an appointment. When they did the spring inspection of our a/c, they gave us an estimate of a new waterheater. They gave me an appointment for the installation, arrived when they said they would. The installer was polite and friendly. He wiped up any water spills, removed the old waterheater. He entered through the basement as I asked. The price was exactly as they estimated. Now we have plenty of hot water. The experience was entirely positive.

I called for an estimate on 1-22-14 and told Jeff Young what I thought I wanted. We made an appointment for 1-23-14. He arrived on time, looked at the area, agreed that a vent could be installed in the bathroom. I asked his advice about the fact that the second floor bedroom didn't get as much cool air from the air conditioner in the summer as the rest of the house. He investigated and found that one vent was disconnected and agreed to have his serviceman repair that. He also advised me to add more insulation in the attic and suggested a provider he had used successfully. That provider is also a highly rated on Angie's List so I made an appointment. I also asked his advice about our water heater because it is old and runs out of hot water quickly. He advised me to turn up the temperature a little but also gave me a price for a new water heater when I am ready. The estimate for the two vents was for $155. He made an appointment for his serviceman to do the work the next day. On 1-24-14 the service provider came at the agreed upon time, did the work as agreed, left the area clean, did the work within the estimated time limit. Both men were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have used this company for 35 years for all HVAC work, including a twice a year maintenance plan, which has kept our systems in great working order.

I have a maintenance plan for both the furnace and air. They do the furnace in the fall and they come back in the spring to do the air. For the last 3 years, I've gotten a rebate from the sheet workers union of $25 so it ends up costing me about $110 a year. They are close. I've used them for years. They were very good when the put the equipment in. I've never had any problems with it. They have done well when they come to do the maintenance. They clean up after themselves. I have a lot of trust in them. I will definitely continue using them.

Technician arrived on time and quickly found the problem and repaired my AC unit.

Excellent. They provided the quote over the phone and then order the humidifier unit. On our scheduled date they were on time, and efficiently installed the humidifier. The end work looks great and I am very happy with their services.

Efficiently and professionally removed old furnace and AC (over 30 years old). We have had a service contract with them for many years which is probably why the old units lasted so long. The two man crew finished, cleaned up and were gone in 7 hours. One man did the furnace and the other did the AC. We highly recomment this company.

The customer service rep provided a reasonable window for service. Arrived on time. Gave me options, discussed repairing the system or replacing. Pros and cons. I went with the repair and still have same system 3 years later.

My air conditioning stopped working the evening of July 11, one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Crestside the minute they opened at 8 a.m. the following morning. I explained my AC stopped working and that my mother was staying with me while she was recuperating from a pelvic fracture, so I needed service as soon as possible. The service technician arrived at my home at approximately 9 a.m. and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. I appreciated the prompt service especially since the temperature hit 102 degrees that day. I have used Crestside for many years and have always been happy with their service.

Did a great job! Beginning with the estimate/bid, the installation and services provided was impressive and outstanding. The work crew arrived on schedule, had all materials/equipment/tools and skilled personnel needed for the tasks. Everything was planned, performed and completed in a professional and pleasant manner. Everything was completed in one day! I am thoroughly pleased with this company and the products purchased, and there were no "surprises"!!!

This is our second time using this company and their service is excellent. Every step of the way they worked to customize the job to our needs (in this case keeping the costs under control). Very happy with the service once again.
