They arrived a hour early. They got the bulky items I want out of the attic and also gave me a bid on the basement. Thank you Matias and Chris, you guys did a great job!

It went great. They did everything I asked and were very pleasant.

Clarence, Montrell, and Chas were all professional taking care to first introduce themselves and then proceeding with care throughout the household. They were quick without being careless. And made sure everything was processed correctly. Would recommend them and would use them again.

They quoted me a couple of hundred dollars more but they were not available the week that I needed them. That is why I did not use them. They could not move a specific item because they felt it was way too heavy. That particular item was my safe. It is near 800 lbs. A large safe. They said we can not move that for you. It is way too heavy. They could move everything else except for the safe. That is the purpose of moving. It was for the peak season for moving. If they want to get more customers, then they need to move as much as they can. To go above and beyond. To extend to more services. If they are limited to their services, they won't get much customers. They really did try. They knew what they could do and couldn't do. But that was unfortunate for them but they were good about it. If they could go above and beyond then yes I would get another quote from them.

Pablo and team were very careful with our possessions, taking time to wrap them and carefully move them. They did a nice job, were professional and courteous.

The team was absolutely terrific. We had 2 and half truck loads. The team went to work within 5 minutes of their arrival. They took everything requested and made it all fit! They were able to arrive early and called to let us know. The basement has not looked this good since we moved in! Many thanks to River, Justin and Clarence from St Louis for a job well done.

My team AJ,Q and Matt were exceptional. Very well prepared and made the move stress free. I had alot of heavy pieces and they exceeded my expectations! I plan on using them again, and highly recommend them. They were polite, nicely dressed and professional!!

The Hunks did great, despite the move being on a very hot day. They had to go up and down the stairs carrying furniture and boxes from attic down through second and first. Also bringing the washer and dryer up from the basement. The Hunks, Shawn, River and Andrew M. were energetic and efficient and completed the job in less time than estimated.

The scheduling process went smoothly. The movers arrived late on the day of service because the customer before us significantly underestimated the size of their move. They called to tell us they would be late. The movers who arrived looked so hot and tired after a long day, but they remained very professional and did their best to meet all of our needs.

First Estavon wanted to do the job early & I had a 1 p.m. Dr, appt. so I wouldn't be done til 2 p.m. He kept texting me the window was 3 - 6 p.m. He didn't arrive until 5:30 p.m. and took a look around my place and said that it was cluttered and unorganized and that he wouldn't have his guys do a job that he wouldn't do. That's why I was going to spend money to have his guys pack for me. He then just kept recommending Simple Moves. He was in my place about a couple minutes.

I would use them again. They were very professional. The crew and they have 3 different crews. Most of them were the same guys. We had one crew that took the stuff out of ht house, and 2 days later bring it to the new house. So it was done on 2 separate days. Both crews were outstanding. The people were very friendly, nice, and very professional. Very courteous. I was really really pleased with them. I even put down the names of the people on the crew because they were so good.

AJ and Q were punctual and were very conscientious in disassembling and re-assembling some complicated pieces of furniture, and moving things into some tight spaces in an old house I would highly recommend them.

Pro: They showed up on time. They were very personable. Cons: The movers complained/joked about having to take my things to the basement. They acted annoyed with having to do their jobs. They also broke my front door.

It was a very good experience. Scheduling was straightforward and easy. We had Andy and AJ. They did a great job prepping including floor runners and putting padding on the doorways. They guys were quick and efficient. The experience was enhanced in part because they guys were just plain nice guys. I recommend them highly.

Clarence, Brandon, and Andrew D were careful, thorough, and fun to work with. I highly recommend using this company.

Clarence and Smitty were prompt, courteous and professional. They called ahead and arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time. They removed the furniture and walked me through the paperwork quickly. Everything was done in less than ten minutes.

This is the second time we have used this service. Again, Esteban, Escan, and Devin did a great job! They are fast, courteous and professional. We will definitely use them in the future.
