Overall they did a great job. They were a little on the slow side and took much longer then necessary. No complaints about the quality of the way they moved. Would recommend th highly.

I saw a flyer for College Hunks Hauling Junk at Maryville University. Mike Darling, Hunk of Smiles (yes, that's the title on his business card), called me back right away to set up a date for the move. I told him what I needed in terms of moving furniture around the house and he said that would not be a problem. He quoted me $49 for the trip charge and $95 per hour with a one hour minimum. They were to arrive at 8am this morning but arrived at 8:30a. Mike apologized and said he'd neglected to write down my phone number because he would have called. They were dressed in company uniforms and were very friendly and professional looking. They got right to work. They moved one large antique dresser to the basement, moved two dressers up from the basement, and a large armoire into another bedroom. they moved a bookshelf to the basement. Two boxes of albums to the basement and 7 boxes of books up from the basement to the living room. They also moved a chair up from the basement to the living room. They accomplished all of this in just under an hour. They didn't dawdle. They were very careful with the furniture. I have wooden floors in the house. Mike noted that one of the dressers being moved upstairs had a metal foot in the middle of the dresser. He took the time to point it out to me and then put a felt sticky pad on it so it wouldn't scratch the floor. I was very appreciative that he saw that and took the time to make it safe to put on the wood floors. When it was time to settle up, Mike reminded me that it was for a one hour minimum and since there was about 10 minutes left on the clock, was there anything else they could do for me? I said "no thank you" but was impressed that they asked. Since they were one of the lower cost movers and the ONLY movers I could find that did a one hour minimum rather than a 2 hour minimum, I was very happy with the cost and the time. I will definitely use this company again. They do junk removal as well as moving.

Things went great. After moving the tub, they also moved a bathroom vanity to be installed from the basement to upstairs, and they took away an old love seat for us.
