I liked their prompt service. I would use their services again in the future.

We definitely enjoyed working with Doug. His bid was better than the others we received. They were on time and friendly, and did a good job. Just the normal small problems that arise with a project of this size. They worked around other contractors who were working in the house at the same time and they were able to make some adjustments on the fly when we asked them to.

They were very good to work with - very responsive and extremely neat. I was pleased with the whole experience.

Doug showed up on time to give me an estimate, which was in line with the other estimate I had gotten. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. I decided to go with Climate Masters as their quote for a Carrier was about the same as another company who only sold a brand I wasn't familair with. Doug even agreed to throw in a furnace cleaning with the A/C replacement. I was very happy with the service and would use Climate Masters again.

Doug came out and did a good job of explaining our options and put together what we thought was a good bid compared to the other two we received. They were able to start work on the day we asked, and were on time every day. My wife and son thought the two guys who did all of the work were extremely friendly and polite. They brought their lunch every day so they didn't disappear for hours and were always there to answer questions. They worked hard to get the registers in the best places and worked around other construction going on. They were also able to step up and provide bids for a couple of projects (gas line, radiator pipes) that came up during their other work. The one problem that popped us what that they didn't get a permit or tell us to get one, which we found our when a city inspector showed up. The inspector said they were doing a great job and let them keep working while they got the permit. That's why I didn't give them A grades accross the board. We did like them enough to continue to sign up for the maintenance agreement, so we will continue to use them.

The receptionist that answered the phone was very nice. She mentioned that due to the amount of service requests for that day that a technician would be available late in the day or first thing in the morning. I left my cell number to contact me when someone would be in the area and I could let the worker into the house for repair. In early afternoon I received the call I was hoping for. The worker was professional, and did a great job getting the hvac system back in order.

Climate Masters was terrific--they were prompt, courteous and delivered exactly as promised..and then some. It was a long, tough job and they were terrific.

We had an excellent experience with Climate Masters. Doug Becker, their sales rep, was always prompt and helpful. He recognized that the ductwork previously installed (but not yet used) in our exterior walls with no insulation was likely to mold in the future and was able to recommend an effective solution. The installer was also willing to cut a hole in our closet ceiling when out at the house with Doug in order to figure out if running ductwork through our ceiling was going to be possible. We love the little round ceiling vents. They are very quiet and heat/cool a room amazingly quickly. Climate Masters was easy to work with when scheduling the HVAC install around our other contractors. They did a beautiful job with the install. In fact, other contractors working in the house even commented on the quality of the install. We would definitely work with them again.

Every time they check my furnace, they tell me it is working fine, even though it is very old. They are very good about telling me when they will arrive. They call me when they are on the way to my home.

They did a great job and they quoted me a price and they did the job for exactly that price. They were very helpful and very nice. They were the kind of people that you would want working in your home. Overall I am very happy with them and I would highly recommend them.

We were impressed with Doug Becker (their sales rep) who was prompt in responding to all of our requests for info and scheduling our work very quickly. Replacing our unit was a major production since it sits in the attic and the only access is through a small opening in a bedroom. The workmen, Chuck and Mike, did an excellent job of installing our AC, were very pleasant, and cleaned up perfectly. We are very happy with Climate Masters and are ready for our sizzling St. Louis summers!

They did an awesome job. They were on time and finished in the timeline we had. They cleaned up the site and left it cleaner than when they started.

This is a good all the way around company. I have used their services for at least 5 years. They are completely reliable and they know their stuff. They are always prompt when arriving to my home. I like the fact that there are no surprises with them. You know you can trust them.

I have never been so happy with a home improvement project! They specialize in older homes. Mine is a big old house built in 1906 and the job was sometimes complicated, but they managed to do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I have used them for a while and I think that they are very good for older homes. What I like the most about them is that they are reliable and also the fact that they seem to know very well what they are doing.

They were the same company that installed this unit several years ago. They now return every six months to do a checkup. They are a very good company, we have used for many years and will continue to do so.

My air conditioning went out during a heat wave. I called over the weekend and they got back to me very early on Monday. Apparently, their office person had figured, with the heat wave, there could be emergencies and she came in early to take calls. They sent someone right out, found the problem and fixed it. It has been working fine.

I was not satisfied with this company, so I did have to let them go after my contract was up. They were very difficult to get a hold of. They seemed to not be reliable at all. They said that I would receive phone calls when it was time to schedule maintenance on my unit, but they never called me. Once I did get a hold of them it would take a long time for them to do the work as well. Now that I switched companies, I realize that they were charging me double the price for the same service.

The repairman said he couldn't/wouldn't do anything until the radiators were bled, but he didn't offer to do it. He just gave me an estimate to replace the pump, and charged me $49.95 for a service call. I called another company, the serviceman showed me how to bleed the radiators, and gave me an estimate for a new pump (if needed) that was $100 less AND he didn't charge me a penny for the service call.

We have used them for years. We have never had a problem with them. They polite and punctual. I feel comfortable with the techs that come out.

I have never been disappointed in this company. They are always on time and professional. Their service is not cheap, but it is reasonable and they are always courteous.

They are supposed to call us twice a year to remind us to make an appointment to check our furnace and air conditioner. One in the spring and one in fall. They never call though, we always have to call them. They do come though once they call.

Returned call, kept appointment on time, did walk through and described work that would be done. Sent written estimate back and last we heard from them. Price was higher than we were willing to invest.

We have hired this company several times. They are located close to our home and they have always been prompt, polite and efficient. The people handling their scheduling are friendly. They have always shown up when they said they would.
