+ -1 moreEd arrived promptly at 7:50 a.m. on July 25, 2007, to estimate how to remove a hornets nest which was built between my bedroom window and the outside storm window. The storm window was open about an inch at the top which allowed the hornets enough room to get in. He then sprayed them with several types of spray until they were inactive and closed the storm window. Ed told me to wait about a week, then scrape the nest away with a putty knife and vacuum up the remains. He even offered to come back and do that for me! He was very professional, he worked without hesitation and was very courteous. I was very happy with his service and will definitely call him again when needed.
Description of Work: Ed checked first from the inside to see where the hornets were coming in. Then he made sure the window was locked and approached the task from the outside using his sprayers and a ladder. He sprayed the hornets for quite a long while with several types of spray until they were no longer active. When he felt confident they were gone, he closed the window to keep them from coming back in.

Our cost was what the other exterminator typically charges us. We would hire and recommend CES Pest & Termite Control, Inc with no reservations.

I've had no problems with termites and a service person checks the traps that surround the perimeter of our home every month. Occasionally, a trap will be smashed by a mower and they replace them at no charge.
Description of Work: The charge is an annual fee for Sentricon Termite Trap monthly checks and repairs.
