CES Pest & Termite Control

What a great company. Craig inspected our house for pests and termites. Given the conditions he found, he gave us several options for the future. We did not need to act now. Both the receptionist and inspector were as friendly and knowledgeable as ever. There was no high pressure, just honest service and advice. We look forward to calling CES Pest & Termite in the future.

They installed this system more than five ??? years ago. In recent years I am not aware of any technician services although I am billed $260 yearly. I never have any evidence of any visits. I am home most of the time & never see their truck, or get a knock on my door. The leaves around the devices they installed are never disturbed. I believe I am making a donation to them yearly. I recall some years ago complaining & they said they couldn't locate some devices as they got covered up. Couldn't believe they were so unprofessional as to not map the locations or insert markers. In past years I have found some insects & hope they were ants.

CES went above and beyond, agreeing to come out on Sunday of the holiday weekend to spray, helping to ensure the fleas were contained to the basement where future treatments would be repeated. We couldn't be happier with CES or recommend them enough.

They were excellent. We have use them for fifteen years now. We would use them again.

CES was on time & did the job well. I have had no problems with bugs, ants & spiders since they have come. I will call them again in the future for annual or bi-annual spraying.

I chose CES to do a termite inspection on a home which I am getting ready to sell. I had never heard of CES before, but I chose them because of the good reviews here and because they offer the Sentricom termite treatment system (I've used Senticom on a previous residence). Craig was punctual and professional, and took his time doing the inspection. He did not see evidence of recent termites, but warned that there were a few places that he could not check because there were barriers to doing a visual inspection in these few spots. He was friendly and spent plenty of time explaining things to me. The inspection eased my mind and actually cost less than I anticipated because I did not need the paperwork required for the home purchase/sale, because it was too soon to do that type of inspection. He did not try to sell my any other services. I would highly recommend Craig and CES.

I have used CES for 16 years plus. I have maintenance spraying twice a year. The service people have always been very nice and professional. They check around carefully as they go through the house. When I had the mice show up (aargh!) they came in and spent quite a bit of time looking for any possible nesting/or evidence of infestation which gratefully they did not find. They put baits outside and came back to refill them (without additional charge). I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the mice are done. (We did finally find the site where the mice were probably getting in.)

It's a small company but they were great to deal with. The people were great and very accommodating with their scheduling and things. They were punctual and professional. They were on a very big deal when the came out to my house during the winter, but still they were good and well equipped. They were reasonably priced.

CES has great customer service. We've been working on a rehab in the city and there was a history of termites in the building. We requested that CES inspect for termites and spray the house for bugs. The first time Craig Sr came out he was very friendly and did the termite inspection but explained that we should wait to spray until we completed the construction. There was no charge for the fist visit, he just told me to call back. Once we were finished we made an appointment and Craig Jr sprayed the whole house in/out. Very friendly, prompt, and most important they don't make you sign a contract for quarterly or semi-annual spray. You call when you want them to come back and spray. Very nice.

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon. He showed up right on time, was very polite and courteous. He sprayed my entire house inside and out.

Just fine. It was easy to get a convenient appointment time. The gentleman who came to spray the house was right on time, friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly.

They gave me a price before they came out. They were very thorough, but I don't know if it was successful or not. We will see. They did come on time and did what they were supposed to do.

Very well. We were told to expect somebody at about 4:00 (not "between 12:00 and 4:00", as many companies will do), and the person arrived within 5 minutes of that time. Service was quick and professional. We asked for a single spray and got exactly what we paid for, and no effort was made to pressure us into buying a "long-term maintenance package."

Everything turned out fine, and I was happy with the service.

They guy who came out originally was really nice. I had to call them back to spray again because the bugs never left. They eventually came out and did a power spray but that only worked for a week.

They showed up on time when they said they would. They sprayed both the inside and outside when they came out. I plan on using them again for future work.

Came out and sprayed for bugs. They we on time polite and did a very through job of spraying my house for bugs. I liked that they don't push an expensive contract where the come and spray every quarter. They are low key, no pressure or scare tactics, just what you want when you want it.

They were referred by another pest control service I had used. They were very quick to come out and did a very nice inspection. They were very professional and very honest.

They did a really good job and I haven t seen any bugs since they came out. The worker who came out to my house really listened to the questions that I had about the spraying. They were here on time and they were very kind people.
