Additionally, the plumber corrected a refrigerator water line valve which they had been installed a few months before, at no extra charge. As a result, my new refrigerator started producing ice and dispensing water correctly.

Description of Work: Sewer backup into the basement, of course on the weekend. Gave us a 12-2 time slot, but subsequent calls to let us know that it would be later due to complications on jobs previous to ours. Finally arrived about 7:30 that evening.

Description of Work: Dec. 20, 2014 7 pm. While trying to replace washers in the vanity fawcett.The stem and insides blew. Water shot to the ceiling. I finally got the water turned off. I called Bore's, they advertise 24/7 service. The women I spoke with said she could have someone here in 30 minutes. Mike was prompt.No tool box no booties for his muddy boots. He took his car keys out and put the blown parts back together. Used my tools to put the fawcett together. He said he did not have replacement parts and this would take care of the problem. The charge $150.00 and a 7 day warrentee.The next morning the fawcett was leaking worst. I called and spoke to the same women. She said Mike was for sewer work and clogs.I asked why he was sent when neither of issues were the problem. She could send a plumber on Dec.22 at 9 am. I asked about the 7 day warrentee and would some of the cost be adjusted as no repair was made. She became very rude and argumentative. Monday, Jerry arrived very professional, tool box in hand, booties on his shoes. I had purchased a new fawcett as parts were likely not to be found. Jerry was stunned when I told him what had taken place. He installed the fawcett, adjusted the bill, added a 6 month warrentee to make up for all that had taken place. I would not use this company again because of the rudeness of that woman and ineptness of Mike. Jerry was wonderful.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen stack replaced from just above the basement floor up to and including a new P trap. The work was completed in approximately 6 hours and the following week the county inspector approved the work.
